Arche is waiting outside the hospice for the arrival of their other colleagues because today they are going to Anthony's Island for vocation. Haru and Nicole were talking when Arche informed Jasper that he would come inside to see Dante. Jasper immediately nodded at him. When Arche walked in the hallway, he came across to Grandma Rosy's old room. So he went inside the room and he carefully closed the door. He sadly search his eyes around the room and recalled the happy memories he had with the old woman in this room. Until his eyes went to the side table and he saw a paper, so he grabbed it and opened it.
My dear daughter and granddaughter,
If you can see it, maybe I'm gone. I haven't waited for you yet. I wish I could be with you for a long time, but I'm having a hard time fighting my illness I want to see you even with my last breath, but it's vague that it will happen because I want to let go. I'm having so much difficulty with my disease, I want to rest. I love you, Jazmin, especially my granddaughter, Jazmin. Take care of your child. Raising them to be good children. Goodbye, I'm going to rest.

Arche did not realize that his tears were already dripping because the last breath of Rosy, she didn't see her own daughter.
"Who are you?" Arche turned to the person who had entered the room, and here he saw Rosy's daughter. Arche slowly approached her and handed the paper he got in the room to the lady, and the lady immediately took it. Then Arche sadly came out of the room and left the lady inside. When Arche came out, he wiped away his tears and went straight to Dante's room. When he entered, he found the man smoking again. Arche immediately took the cigarette from the man and then he turned it off in the ashtray and threw it in the trash.
"Brother Dante, it's because of your smoking that you got terminal cancer!" Arche said with an angry face. 
"That's why it's my purpose to get my cancer worse! No matter what I do, I'm going to die, young man. So I'd better kill myself so I don't have to suffer anymore."
Arche sat down next to the man.
"Think of your daughter, Dante. Give him happy memories, because if you disappear early, your daughter will not have happy memories with you. Also, think of your wife, who is looking at you from afar and she only seen you, when you are asleep. At least you will be a lucky person because the person you love will not leave you." Arche's last words and then he left in Dante's room.
"Arche, where have you been?" When Arche arrived at his colleagues, Nikki immediately asked him where he came from. He smiled at the colleagues and approached Haru and invited her to ride in a van while the others were in the other van.
As we traveled, everyone was already making noise inside the van, while Haru was quiet and did not speak. When Haru and Arche look at each other, she smiles to her boyfriend. For a few more moments, Arche leaned his head on Haru's shoulder so Haru lost her attention to the outside.
"Why were you so quiet?"
"Because I'm taking my time enjoying the beautiful scenery that I can see."
Haru answered Arche's question. Nicole immediately heard what Haru said from behind them, where Haru was sitting.
"Huh? Why?"
"Maybe I won't see them again."
Nicole sees Haru's smile as she says that word to Arche. Nicole suddenly looked at Jasper because  Jasper held Nicole's hand as if to indicate to her that what Haru said meant nothing.
"Why? You won't be lost to me, right, my Haru? Every day you will see the beautiful scenery and the sunset with me." Haru smiled happily at this, and she answered Arche's question.
"Why should I be lost? I won't be lost as long as I'm with you, I'm just here next to you."
Nicole leaned on Jasper's chest and silently cried.
I hope she won’t get lost. But it was stamped to us that she would leave us when the day came.
Nicole said in her mind. 
"I also won't get lost next to you no matter what happens, because when you get lost, I will follow you." They even heard Arche's words. 
Five hours later they arrived on an island owned by Anthony's grandfather.
"Here we are!"
After that, they looked outside the island and were just astounded to see the beautiful scenery. It was so beautiful, and for Haru and Nicole, it was fun to go for a walk without thinking of any problems. One by one, they got out of the van they were riding in, and almost all of them were smiling a lot because of the sight they saw, and they were saying pure praise to Anthony.
Nicole glanced at Haru, who was still silent until now. Nicole can't blame her because she thinks about her situation now.
"Let's go," Anthony said to his companions, and he led them into a house. When they entered the house, they were amazed by the beautiful design.
"You can rest first and later you can go for a walk or take a swim." Anthony's said again.
"In one room, all the women will be together, and for all men will be in one room. If you can't fit in one room, you can use the other room. It's up to you who you want to be with." Everyone nodded to Anthony.
Afternoon came, Jasper and Nicole stared at Arche and Haru sitting on the sand and they watch the sunset.
"It was hard for Haru what she was going through. She tries to hide her true illness from Arche." Jasper suddenly said as he hugged it from behind Nicole.
"It's I only now that I've seen Haru happy since she met Arche, but it will also take her back right away," Nicole said sadly while her eyes were on Haru, who was still laughing happily.
"It's the same with Arche since he met Haru. He's changed. The man who was chased by the trouble, the man who make a trouble, and didn't care about the world is now the opposite of everything. How long will Haru be able to hide her illness from my friend?"
Nicole kept quiet about Jasper's question because even she didn't know how long Haru would hid her illness from everyone. If she could have do something for Haru, she would do it. But no matter what she does, and even if she finds a way, nothing will change. If she could take the pain that Haru is feeling now, she would do it. She took a deep breath and invited Jasper to rest inside the house.
