When Haru arrives at the hospice, she finds Nikki sitting on the sofa.
"Where's Nicole?" She suddenly asked when she approach her.
"In the garden," Nikki said and then stood up, but before Nikki could get away from Haru, she immediately grabbed her arm.
"What Haru?!"
"I know you're angry, and jealous of me because of Arche, Nikki"
"Good thing, you know."
"Nikki, I know you're jealous because you like Arche."
"Can you let me go? Tsk" Haru didn't let go of her instead she held it tightly.
"First of all, Nikki, I have no intention of hurting you. I'm talking to you like this because I just want to tell you something. In case I get lost."
"Why? Are you leaving Arche? I'll be happy then."
She ignored Nikki's question and continued speaking.
"Please take care of Arche if I disappear. Because I know you helped him, I'm very grateful to you right now, Nikki." Haru's last word then left in front of her. Nikki unable to understand what Haru said, and she was very confused.
"Haru? What do you need? Only now have I seen you again since you donated a lot of money here." Kian was shocked, because when he entered his office, Kian immediately saw Haru, sitting in the sofa and obviously waiting for him. Kian sat down in front of Haru.
"I just wanted to say something." 
"What are you going to tell me? It looks like it's very important what we're going to talk about."
"Let's wait for Nurse Freya and Nicole first."
Kian nodded and a few minutes later, the door opened and Nurse Freya and Nicole entered, but Jasper was behind Nicole and followed her, Haru looked at Nicole with a question because she had told her not to include Jasper here, but Nicole didn't look at her, so Haru didn't do anything.
"Haru, what are you going to say?" Freya asked, Haru bow her head and spoke to them.
"I have stomach cancer." Kian and Freya were shocked by what Haru said while Jasper and Nicole bowed their head.
"Any time or the next  day I'll be gone." Haru lifted her gaze from those people in front of her and started dripping tears that she shouldn't show to others.
"If you think I'm joking, you're wrong. I don't know how to explain. I don't know how to say but this is all I want to tell you that I'm not going to the big hospital to have my chemo. I would have wanted to stay here in the hospice and please, take care of me nurse Freya." Freya didn't know why her pity for Haru. She immediately stood up and approached Haru and hugged her tightly. She didn't want to see Haru crying in front of her. While Kian didn't know what to say, he was dumbfounded while Nicole and Jasper were very surprised.
"A-and I just want to tell you that I hope no one knows about this, especially Arche." Nicole was more surprised when Jasper suddenly stood up next to her.
"Haru! I respect your first favor, as you said before, but this? I can't keep my mouth quiet! Don't you want to be with Arche for a long time?! Huh, Haru?"
"Jasper!" Nicole scolded him, but Jasper ignored her.
"Haru, if you can't tell this to Arche, I'll tell him by myself!" Jasper said and then left the office, and Nicole immediately followed Jasper to stop him from doing what he was going to do.
"Jasper, wait a minute!" Nicole shouted and pulled Jasper in front of her.
"Have mercy on Haru, Jasper!"
"Sorry Nicole, I can't hide what I know anymore! I feel bad for my friend. And she's only thinking about herself! What about the people around her?! Why doesn’t she think of the people around her who are hurting because of her actions?"
"Jasper, do you think Haru will heal right away after you told Arche that she has cancer? Do you think everything will be fine? No, Jasper, right? She can't heal if you tell Arche about her illness!"
"H-H-Haru has C-cancer?" They both looked at the people who were speaking, and they were shocked to see Jayson and Nikki.
"N-Nikki, J-Jayson" Nicole stammered here.
"That's why she talk to me earlier, it would seem like she would disappear. Because she has a serious illness that she tries to hide from the people around her."
"Jasper, Nicole is what Nikki and I heard is true?"
They did not know what they would answer to the two of them. Nikki and Jayson were shocked when Jasper pulled them, while Nicole followed them. They got to the farthest part of the hospice with not many people coming, and it was also Jayred's previous room.
"What you heard before is all true. I hope you don't tell others everything you heard." Jasper said to them.
"I beg you, Nikki and Jayson, don't tell others, and especially Arche, this is for Haru."
Nikki was leaning against the wall because she couldn't believe what she found out about Haru.
"Nikki, Jayson, please, I'm begging you," Nicole repeated to them.
"Jasper, Nicole, Jayson, Nikki? What are you doing here?"
They looked at Haru, who was smiling and asking them questions.Haru was suddenly surprised because Nikki suddenly hugged her. 
"W-why? Why didn't you say that you had a serious illness? And why are you still able to smile like you don't have a problem?"
Haru was daze because the two people in front of her already knew the truth about what she was hiding.
"Haru sorry... We didn't tell them, they heard me and Nicole talking about your illness."
"I-I want to be alone first," Haru said and remove Nikki's hand from hugging, then she entered Jared's old room. While Nicole and Jasper breathe deeply and worry about Haru. They invited Jayson and Nikki to leave.
They pity her and felt very pain for Haru even if they want to sympathize with her, but they can't because Haru is want to keeping her problems to herself.
