Haru silently stared out the window of her room in the hospice until from here she saw Arche was walking. She sadly followed it with her eyes. When it disappeared from her sight, she quietly closed the window and fix the curtain and lay down on her bed. A few moments later, the door opened and Nikki and Nicole entered her room.
"Haru! Why is your room dark? Why don't you turn on the light and why is the window closed? Aren't you scared?"
"You doing it again, Haru!" They both shouted while Haru ignored them. Nikki turned on the light and the window to cause the room to light.
"Get up there and eat your breakfast." Haru slowly sat up in bed and faced the two of them.
"Just leave it there on the table and I'll eat later."
"Haru, you lost your weight so much. When Arche sees you, he will be shocked to see you." Nikki sadly said here.
"Arche is here now. When are you going to show him, Haru?"
"Nicole, he will never see me again. Please, just put what you brought on the table and get out of the room." Haru said and took the laptop and she makes busy herself. The two looked at each other and quietly left the room after they closed the door. They are shocked when they saw Kian and Arche standing in front of them.
"W-what are you doing here?" Nikki asked nervously.
"We should be asking you that. Why are you in that room? Aunt Freya said to us, don't enter that room."
"Nurse Freya tell us to give the food to the patient," Nicole said while looking at Kian because she had a hunch that the doctor would tell Arche about Haru.
"Ah, I'm  here because Kian asked for help to help the person inside this room." Arche was about to walk to the door when Nikki and Nicole immediately blocked the door.
"The patient is fine and she said don't let anyone enter inside." Nicole lied and her eyes met Kian's eyes.
"Arche, go back to your job, I remember that, didn't let anyone to enter this room because the patient had a contagious disease." Arche left while shaking his head, while Nicole before they left in front of the doctor she whispered here.
"Please have mercy on Haru, she doesn't want to hurt the one she loves. I hope you understand that, Doctor Kian."
Kian stared at Nikki and Nicole as they walked away until they disappeared from his sight. He took a deep breath and glanced at the door before leaving in front of Haru's room.
On the other hand, Jayson was furiously walking into a hospital going on the way to Dr. Ramirez's office when he arrived here, he opened the door loudly, which surprised Dr. Ramirez, and he closed the door loudly with an angry face.
"Jayson! You are not at home to do that! That is embarrassing for the people passing by my office!“ Dr. Ramirez shouted loudly at Jayson.
"Why didn't you tell me you knew about Haru's illness?! Why didn't you tell me that she had a serious disease, brother?!" Ramirez was shocked when he heard Jayson call him brother because it is the first time that Jayson called Tyrel a brother.
"Why Tyrel?! Why?!" Jayson yelled again at his elder brother, who was able to get Tyrel back to his senses.
"Why do you seem to have a concern for her, Jayson? I remember you cursed her before?"
"She's still our family, Tyrel!  So I hope you tell me that she has cancer!"
"Family? Did your brain shake, Jayson? Did you have amnesia? Ever since you found out that Haru is our relative, you have almost killed her! Then now, you're going to come here and say those words!"
"Yes, I wanted to kill her before! Because of her, our father and mother died! Because of her, I grew up without a parent to lean on us, and because of her, no one helped our family!" Jayson said and knelt in front of his older brother.
"When I found out that she had a serious illness, I thought I would be happy because she would suffer, I thought I could get revenge, but I was wrong, my brother, I was wrong! It hurts to me every time I see her struggling, and it hurts even more when I found out that she experienced hardship when she was a child."
Tyrel approached his younger brother.
"I told you before that it was bad to retaliate. What happened to our parents was not her fault, Jayson."
"Brother, help her, I beg you, please heal her. Brother, help her."
"Jayson, her disease is egregious now. Her only hope is chemotherapy and I'm offering to help her, but she doesn't want to." Tyrel said to his younger brother, and he helped stand up his brother.
"All we have to do is pray for her and to support her."
"Brother, it's better if we tell her an-" Tyrel immediately interrupted what Jayson was going to say.
"Jayson, will be there trouble, if we tell them. It’s better to let Nicole do what she does because I know she has plans. You'd better take me to the hospice to visit Haru and convince her to go to the big hospital." Tyrel said and he took off his doctor's uniform and they left Tyrel's office. Some people in the hallway were looking at them because they had witnessed Jayson slamming the door earlier.
"Carmen?" They stooped walking when Tyrel recognize the girl. Carmen immediately stopped walking too, when she saw Kian and Jayson, she hurriedly approached the two of them.
"What a gimmick this? You're so weird, Carmen." Tyrel teased Carmen, but Carmen glared at Tyrel.
Carmen was dressed all in black so people didn't recognize her.
"What about this, Dr. Tyrel Rameriz!" Carmen shouted angrily, Tyrel took the paper she was holding containing the results of Haru's illness.
"I saw that in Haru's room, so I immediately went here to find out if that's true." Tyrel was about to answer when Jayson spoke.
"Yes, it's true, Haru has cancer that she's fighting right now." Carmen was stunned and she was about to fall, but Tyrel grabbed her immediately.
"She'll be fine, don't worry."
"Now I understand, she hid in my condo for a few weeks because she was hiding something from us. And why didn't you tell me? I thought we were going to help her? But why is it like this, Tyrel?"
"Carmen, the decision is still with Haru. In her eyes, I'm just a doctor, not a family." They stared at each other for a minute before Jayson invited Carmen to join them to go to hospice so that Carmen could see and talk to Haru, to which Carmen immediately agreed.
