Four hours later, they are standing in front of a big hospital. Tyrel helps Haru to go out in a car. When they entered the hospital, they immediately went straight to where Tyrel's doctor friend was, but they immediately stopped walking because Tyrel saw his friend who was at the nurse station, so they approached it immediately.
"Dr. Ralph!" Tyrel called to his friend, the man immediately turned to see who had called his name. His eyes were shocked when he saw Tyrel.
"D-doc Tyrel."
"Doc Ralph. That's what you said to me earlier, so you are the one to say to him about your reason, thank you." a nurse said and left.
"Doc Ralph, this is what I'm telling you. Haru this is doctor Ralph that will help you."
"T-Tyrel, the truth, we won't accept Haru here anymore." Haru, Jayson, Carmen and Tyrel seemed deaf to what they heard. People around here were shocked because Tyrel suddenly punched Ralph.
"You said everything was fine! You said you could help us! We hope your help Ralph, but ends up like this!"
"T-Tyrel I did everything but the director denied it. He said We don't accept her as a patient here." Again, Tyrel punched Ralph hard.
"Doc Tyrel enough," Haru said in a weak voice until four doctors arrived here.
"Dr. Tyrel Ramirez!" Tyrel stopped punching Ralph when he heard his full name. He stands up and faces the doctor who calls his name.
"You? Tell me the truth in front of me that you did it, Larry! You are a coward!"
The doctor was about to speak, but they were all shocked when Haru suddenly knelt down in front of these doctors.
"I'm begging you, help me, help me to survive this illness, I'm begging you, I want to be with the person I love for a long." Haru cried as she bowed her head while the people around her looked away.
"The department's decision is final. We can't accept you here because we can't do anything in the final stage of cancer."
Haru stood up while crying and faced Dr. Larry.
"You need more money? I can give as much as I can. Just accept me here and heal me. I beg you." Haru said and pulled out all her credit cards and took the money. She handed it to the doctor. When the doctor did not take it, she threw it in front of them, which caused it to spread on the floor.
"If that's not enough, I'll add more. just cure me. I'll pay even if I spend billions on it. I'm begging you."
"Money can't buy life, I'm sorry." The doctor said to Haru and he left in front of them. The other doctors followed him, while Ralph looked sadly at Haru. Haru slowly sat on the floor and cried incessantly, Carmen approached Haru to help her. While Tyrel walked quickly where Larry had passed earlier when he caught up with it, he called it by his name and punched Larry.
"You're still cowardly, Larry! I thought you were smart, right? You can do everything for patients with chronic illnesses, right? That's why I was expelled from this hospital because of you! Because of your cowardice. But why did you hurt my patient's feelings? Why?!"
"Tyrel, we both know she won't live long! You're also a doctor like me, Tyrel. Even if we find a way, nothing will change because her disease is getting worse."
Tyrel would have punched him again, but someone shouted his name, and it was his brother.
"Brother, stop it now!" Jayson shouted and continued to approach his brother.
"Come on, you don't have to punch the coward," Jayson added that Tyrel and Jayson were about to leave but they both stopped because Larry suddenly spoke.
"Yes, you're right, Tyrel. I'm a smart person, but I'm a coward. Is it my fault if I reject the patient who counts on life to stay here any longer? You know the reason why I didn't accept Haru here in the hospital, right? Because we both witnessed before that there was a person with a serious illness. Yes, you are right. Because of me, you were expelled from this hospital instead of me. Because I was afraid if my family might disappoint to me. Yes, I admit I am a doctor who was a coward. You know, every night I wish I was just like you, that I wish I was like you who could do everything for a patient."
After Tyrel and Jayson heard what Larry said, they walked again without looking at Larry until they got to Tyrel's car. They saw that Haru and Carmen were already inside the car, Tyrel and Jayson got inside the car and Tyrel glanced at Haru in the mirror before he slowly drove the car.
The whole trip was quiet inside the car until they got to Tyrel's house. Carmen helps Haru to enter the house.
"Carmen, take Haru to that room first so she can rest." Jayson pointed to a room that Carmen immediately followed. The siblings sat on the sofa and breathed deeply. Five minutes pass, they looked at Carmen when she came out of the room where Haru is now. She sat down on a single sofa and gently closed her eyes.
"How is she?" Tyrel asked Carmen.
"She fell asleep right away because of fatigue."
"What are we going to do for her, now?"
"I won't stop looking for a hospital that will accept Haru. If I need to take her abroad, I'll make it to be cured of that cancer." Tyrel said seriously and got up from his seat and left Jayson and Carmen.
Jayson stared at the door where his older brother came out until he heard his phone ringing, so he took it out of his pocket and looked at who was calling him. He saw Nikki’s name. He took a deep breath before answering the call.
[Hello, Jayson We've been looking for you for a while here in hospice. Where are you? Why aren't you here at the hospice yet?]
"Nikki, I am sick, so I didn't go in hospice now." He lied to Nikki.
[What?! Do you want me to go there?]
"N-Nikki I'm fine and I'm not here in my house. I'm staying at my brother's house. Please just tell them I might not be able to come to the hospice for a few days."
[Okay, just be careful and get well.]
Jayson didn't say goodbye to Nikki because he immediately ended the call, and he breathed deeply because he thought Nikki would ask about Haru because his colleagues at the hospice might have found out that Haru was not there.
