*Pryce Winsley's POV*

"Oh, yes, the academy. Of course... It has been thirteen years that I was employed as the principal there. I did everything to be in this position because I want to protect its name with all I can. It's been a while since your father sold it to Ford Herrera, and my family purchased a twenty-five percent share of it from him so that I can have the capacity to manage it at a young age. It is also because I want to honor you, Pryce, not just as the person who I looked up to during my high school days but as a friend and as someone so dear to Blair. By the way, I am so sorry about your father. And I know you want your academy back. It's always been yours. Don't worry. I will help you with whatever you want to do with it." Marvy explained and reassured me that it somehow made me feel better, knowing that she at least owns a part of it. It would be an easier and more accessible way for us to achieve our goals.
I nodded my head lightly with a grateful smile on my face when she mentioned my dad. "Thank you, Marvy. I'm glad that we did the right thing in approaching you." 
"Who is Ford Herrera?" Blair curiously asked the woman, and I, too, wanted to know who it is. We better know who is the one we would deal with in claiming back my property.
"He is a man in his fifties, has a wife and three sons. He has been my father's business partner when Dad was still living, and he owns the rest of the academy. Here is his photo." Marve answered and showed a picture on her phone to us. He looks unfamiliar, but I am sure he is an influential businessman in our community nowadays.
Marve kept her phone and let out a breath. She looked at us with a small smile on her face. And she apologetically mentioned, "His family is currently having a business trip and vacation, at the same time, to different countries in Asia. They left last five days ago and will probably be back here next month or so. And, I hope it won't be much of a problem if we could have an appointment with him by the time they get back here. And... I suggest we better meet some lawyers while waiting for the Herreras. I know someone who could help us, too."
"Oh, it's okay, Marve. What is important is we have information about who the owners of the place are now. Thank you so much. Yes, we would love to speak and consult someone who knows this kind of stuff." I told her and noticed that my mate raised her right hand, and we all looked at her when she spoke.
"You mentioned that Lee and Drea saw us at the mall and other places, right? So... I'm just curious. Do they really think we are alive, or they are just making guesses and what-ifs?" 
"Oh, them? Well, it was Andrea who freaked out when she saw you first in the footage at the hospital a few weeks ago. She really called me dead in the night when they found it out. I thought she was just paranoid since she was working so late at that time. But I saw the video, and Leanne also had proof when she saw you both at the mall. So yep, those two hope you are just around, or other supernatural entities are using your forms. Shapeshifters, perhaps." The woman explained, and I looked at my girlfriend and saw and felt that she seemed glad and yearning.
"Cool. I never really thought that CCTVs could see me there at the hospital. It was an emergency, and I couldn't care less about what risks I could take just for my sweetheart to live. And, at the mall... Well, we need to buy food and things, of course. But we were mostly always in our human forms when we head out to the community to buy something. Just like now." Blair chuckled and asked Marvy, "So did they get married? Do they have children now? How about you, Marve?" 
"Oh, I have three kids: a fifteen-year-old son, a thirteen, and ten-year-old daughters. And... Yes, those two got married right after college. They absolutely believe they have been soulmates since high school, and they have a seventeen-year-old daughter—a cheerleader, of course." 
"Oh, really? Damn, that's awesome! Let me guess... The kid's name is Adrianne. Am I right?" My girl cheered and asked her dear friend, who nodded her head with a surprised face. Oh, I think she guessed it right.
"Fudge! I knew it! Those two bitches really did make it come true! We were just talking about their future plans decades ago, but that was just last month for me, and well... here they are... Finally enjoying it. Oh, the time flies by so quickly. Damn, I feel so old, even though I really am, but not really. I'm sure they look so good being adults right now. All of you are." Blair continued amusedly, and she snapped her head to me when I uttered, "Why don't you call them and tell them to meet us here, Marve? That would be amazing. I just hope they won't get scared, though." 
Blair tried to look me in the eyes intently to see if I am kidding or what, and I just showed her a reassuring smile.
I believe it would be better if they would know, and I know how much my girl missed them, and they also missed us. I trust them that they could keep our true forms from everyone else, but if not... I know witches have their ways of making someone forget something. It won't be a problem.
I turned to my right and looked at my best friend, who seemed startled when her phone suddenly rang. Someone must have been calling her.
"Well, speaking of those biatches... I got a call from Leanne." Cassie let out, looking so apprehensive, and turned to me.
"Should I tell them to meet us here now?" She asked us, and I agreed. I looked at my mate as I felt her ecstatic emotion, and she rejoiced, "Yeah! Of course! Or we should just go to them right away. What do you think, Babe? We go teleporting! Let us find out who will faint and lose their shits!" 
"Shhh, don't be so loud, Blair. People around can hear you. Let's just make the girls go here, so we can't freak them out." I hushed her when she suddenly let it out so loud that it made the other people at the distant gazebo turn their heads to us.
"Nah, they won't believe it even if I tell them we eat swords for dinner and broken bottles for breakfast, then we shit diamonds." She wittily replied and laughed with Marvy while Cassie shushed them both when she answered the call from our old friend, who is now a lawyer, a mother, and a wife.
"Lily, hi! What's up? Is Andy there with you?" My best friend cheered and asked.
The woman on the other line answered after clearing her throat, "Hello, Cassie! Yes, Rey is here beside me. Are we disturbing something? Are you busy back there dissecting some hooman? We could just call back if so."
"No, no. It's fine. I have just finished. I held two human hearts and opened one of them about an hour ago. The patient is doing just great so far." Cassie answered, and we all turned our heads to Blair when she noisily sipped on Marvy's glass of red wine.
I saw my mate licked the side of her lips and smiled and said, "Yummy." And I suddenly felt something strange in my stomach, which made my girl look at me with worry in her eyes. No, I don't want to imagine anything about human organs and blood. It's making me feel weird right now, even if I am in my human form.
"Oh, that's awesome! Now, I called because of... Umm, did Marvy contact you lately?" Leanne replied and asked, and I bet it has something to do with us being alive.
My girlfriend fake-coughed and her old friend gently rubbed her back to soothe her feelings. 
"Uh... Well, we... Umm. Yes, she did." Cassie answered, and Blair mouthed to us that she would go to the restroom and left.
"Really? What did she tell you, Cass?" I'm sure it was Andrea who asked her, and I noticed that my best friend is having a hard time finding what she would tell the girls that would appear less horrifying.
"It's about... Just things. Yeah, just some casual stuff. Why? Why did you call anyway? It seems to be a very important matter." Cassie answered, quite nervous, and asked them, which made the people on the other line stutter in reply.
"Oh, uh, yeah. No, I mean... We called if... I don't think it's a good time for this subject, but we just want to... Uh... send you something and ask your thoughts about these things." Leanne began, and Andrea continued, "It's about your late cousin. And Pryce."
"Alright. What is it about the---" Cassie replied but was cut off by a scream on the other line, "Oh, my holy grail! Mother of shits! No. No, this is not real. How in the world..." 
When I heard the girls panicking, I hastily turned to my vampire form and tried to sense my girlfriend's aura around us but failed. She indeed teleported to the poor couple. Could you remind me to knock three times her thick, stubborn skull later?
"Uh, hello there! Sander? I might be needing another doctor's presence here. Drea passed out, and Leanne seemed brain dead. Yep. I need you all here." I heard my girlfriend's sheepish voice on the other line, and I took a deep breath.
"What did I tell you recently, Blair?" I sternly said, which made the hybrid chuckle and answered, "The last three words are Freak Them Out, Pumpkin. I'm sorry. I just can't wait any longer. I hate suspenseful surprises. But I love to surprise people. Mhmm. Come on in here, you girls. I'm serious, Drea fainted, and Leanne ran off somewhere. I'm home alone here with an unconscious doctor and a--- Holy Fudge! Hey, hey, Lee, it's me! It's me, Blair. Remember me? Hey, no! Do-don't, don't shoot! Oh, sh*t!"
It's my turn to panic when I heard a gunshot, and I uncontrollably teleported to my mate's location. She must be in trouble.
