Aini woke up and stretched her body. He looked around to see where he was right now. After looking around for a while, he remembered that he was currently at Lia's house. A small smile appeared on her lips, happy and also happy that she didn't have to deal with Niar or her father. That's why Agni intended to cook breakfast for the two of them. 
Once she had gathered her life back, Aini immediately went to wash her face and got ready to make breakfast. Unfortunately, when she opened the fridge, she didn't find anything she could cook for that morning, making her remember what Lia said last night that she rarely buys ingredients for herself when she's alone. A deep sigh escaped Ain't lips before she decided to go shopping. 
He himself felt that this morning there was no need to cook something so great or big, considering that later they would also return to campus. Something that can upset the stomach for a few hours is enough. With that in mind, finally Aini started to prepare and left a note to Lia who was still soundly. It was indeed a habit for Aini to wake up earlier than anyone at home, all, so she could find peace. 
“Hm, cooking pancakes looks delicious too,” muttered Aini who noticed the milk line in the shop. Luckily, when he got there, the shop was already open, so he didn't have to go very far. “But, if you cook, fried rice is also delicious. At Lia's house, there is still rice. Become confused.”
“Is there anything I can help with?” asked the worker who suddenly appeared and surprised Aini. 
“A-ah, n-no….” Aini scratched her why awkwardly, feeling a little confused about what she should say in front of that person. 
“Only until today for milk here there is an eleven percent discount. As for the rest, you can see it here.” The worker shows Aini a flyer that she has never seen. It's true, there are various discounted prices that made her face happy again. 
“Thank you very much!” cried Aini. 
Only with the brochure, Aini finally decided to shop for a few things and will make pancakes that morning. Surprisingly, her originally mixed and confused feelings calmed down, and she couldn't stop smiling. That was all until he saw someone standing in front of the shop he was shopping at. Just by looking at his posture, Aini could already guess who it was. 
The feeling of uneasiness that had previously disappeared had now returned, so Aini deliberately sent a message to Lia, hoping that her best friend would come soon. For a few moments she waited, she did not set foot out of the shop, making the cashier confused but said nothing. Occasionally, he did glance at where Aini was paying attention, before he finally became aware of the existence of a man who was a little chaotic. 
That person was none other than Hendramo. To be honest, Aini didn't know how that man got to this place, even though she was never interested in his life. That way, it would be impossible for him to find out about Lia's house. A long sigh came out again before Aini glanced at her watch. He had been waiting for Lia for almost fifteen minutes and still no response. Maybe she was destined to meet Hendramo, so Aini chose to leave. As expected, Hendramo recognized Aini and immediately called out to her. 
“Aini!” called Hendramo loudly. He even ran to the woman and held her hand. "Let daddy help carry it, okay? Where are you taking all this?”
“No need,” whispered Aini. Even if he wanted to speak harshly or snap at his father, he simply did not have the strength to do such a thing. Hence, she bit her lower lip and lowered her head. “I can do it myself.”
“Why say like that? Never mind, I'm your father, why be cold to me?”
"Father? Be cool?” replied Aini who could not stand it. Possibly because all this time he was holding back his emotions, now everything was getting out of control. “Have I even been considered a child by you?”
Those words were true, but Hendramo's pride still hurt. “How dare….” Before he could finish his words, he could see Aini's meaningful look, as if he wanted to challenge Hendramo. Seeing that, he was reminded of the purpose and purpose of his coming. "Let's have a good talk, shall we? I'm sure there's just a misunderstanding between us.”
"Misunderstood, huh? As far as I remember, recently dad and Niar had a fight, right? And if I recall correctly, you guys were talking about cheating, right? Why didn't Dad say anything? Do you still believe in him and everything he says?”
“Niar can't possibly do that!” protested Hendramo. The wrinkles on his forehead had now appeared, as if indicating that his real self was about to come out. 
"Is that true? Even though there is evidence, but don't want to believe it? Meanwhile, when the mother was alone … without any proof, the father immediately believed her. Should I believe in Father too?” The tone given by Aini sounded so hurt. She herself was trying to hold back her tears. Even though he thought he would be strong if he talked about his mother. Obviously, that's all wrong. 
"Aini, I'm sorry, father. A father can make mistakes, right? That's why, go home and let's talk about this marriage with a cool head!” Hendramo seemed to be begging Aini, he even gave a pitiful expression. “Father also apologizes for slapping you. Father promised not to do something like that again.”
Aini clearly shook her head. His grip on the bag filled with groceries grew firm. His head was lowered as he took deep breaths, like he was trying to steady himself now. Once she had the courage and strength, then Aini looked deeply into her father's eyes, clearly showing anger and hatred there. However, all of that was wrapped in a sad look as if he wanted to say that he was tired and also wanted everything to end. 
“If you really love me, you should show it with actions, not words like this. Won't hit anymore? I will never believe it.” Aini's words were then accompanied by him walking away. Of course, Hendramo could not accept this and immediately held Aini's hand. 
“There are still many things that Father wants to talk about,” said Hendramo, who returned to Aini pitifully. This time, it wasn't Aini who held Hendramo, but Lia who kept her father's hand from touching Aini. 
"So? Too bad, Aini has absolutely no intention of talking to you. So leave before I call security here.”
“Do not interfere …!”
“I can and have the right to meddle in your affairs. Because of what? Because Aini is my best friend, someone that I have considered as my relative and family. Then what about you? Do you treat Aini as family? Otherwise, I have nothing to say to you. I go!"
Lia's words were sharp and coupled with a piercing look, as if she wanted to threaten Hendramo. And with that, Aini and Lia left Hendramo, who was confused about what was happening to himself.
