Alan wakes up to the smell of breakfast. He's surprised to learn that he now lives alone, but even when he lived with Cauã, he didn't make breakfast and couldn't even find him at home. Curious by nature, as he left his room he heard someone singing. Baby i'm falling head over heels Looking for ways to Let you know just how I feel Wish I was holding you by my side I wouldn't change a thing Cause finally it's real It's you - Henry Listening to Alan for a second, he didn't remember that there was someone in his house. With curiosity taking over his being, he went to ask what the man he was helping was up to in his kitchen. When he walked through the door, the surprise left him in a catatonic state, he would never have imagined that B had that kind of physique, okay, Alan was being prejudiced in judging him by his size, but he would hardly have thought that the guy who was staying at his house would know how to serve a breakfast feast and even cheer him up with an angelic voice, the man was shirtless, showing off his juicy backside, this according to Alan, as calmly as if he had lived there for years, he fiddled with something on the stove absent-mindedly. Alan couldn't understand what it was that interested him so much about B, okay, he was really hot, but that wasn't the only thing that caught his attention, B had something, something that made him take all the teacher's attention. "Don't tell him that. Oh my God! I'm going crazy!" thought Alan in disbelief at where his thoughts were taking him. But what wasn't his biggest surprise when he came across Jo Ann, full of herself, sitting in one of the chairs eating her breakfast as if the house were her own. "I really am going mad! How did I not realize there were two people in my kitchen?" Alan thought. - Good morning! - Good morning, crazy train," said Jo Ann, glaring at him. "Why didn't you tell me you had a delicious breakfast at your house? - What is my friend doing here at this time of the morning on a Saturday? - I've come to see how my dear ungrateful friend who never tells me anything else is doing. - Woman, I told you I'm fine. - As far as I can see, you're more than fine. Alan looks at her as if he wants to kill her. - Eita! Don't look at me like that. - Should I look at you differently? - Of course I should. I'm the love of your life. B finally left the stove and turned his attention to what was happening at the table. As he was finishing breakfast, he was holding in his laughter at Alan and Jo Ann's conversation. - Finally finished! As soon as he sat down, B noticed that his two friends were looking at him curiously, at least on Jo Ann's part it was curiosity, while Alan couldn't tell what she was thinking by looking at him. - What's wrong? - He asked without understanding what was wrong with him to make them look at him so much. - Where did that crazy man find you? - Jo Ann asked without any fear. - On the street. - Friend, tell me this street and I'll see if I can find one for myself - Jo made Alan blush with her words. "How beautiful he looks like that" B thought, already punishing himself for the thought. - Now, what did you do yesterday? - Jo Ann That's enough - B is startled by Alan's shout - You're scaring him. - Not at all. Alan looked at her in disbelief. - You scared him with that scream. - And you're impossible. - And you're a pain in the ass. You don't even let me know about your life. - I've told you enough. - Fine, you want him all to yourself - she says, getting up - I'm leaving. Take care of this crazy man, Ben. - It's all right, Jo Ann. - What's gotten into you to treat her like that? - As Jo Ann leaves, B asks Alan. - Aishhh! I don't know - Alan really didn't know what kind of a wacky spirit his new 'tenant' was - I really hate it when she comes here unannounced - Alan interrupts what he was saying, craning his neck to the left to look at B - And on top of that, she comes intruding where she hasn't been asked. Alan finished saying how indignant he was at everything that was happening in his life: first his marriage had broken down, second his friend was treating him like a two-year-old child incapable of living on his own, now he found a Greek God in the square, took him home, only for his friend to show up at his house uninvited the next day and, as a bonus, began to draw her own conclusions about why he was at her house. - Are you annoyed that she knows I'm here? - No, I'm not. - But... - There's no but. - The way you're angry, there's a but, but you don't want to tell me and that's fine, I'll be here when you want to tell me - B said as he picked up a loaf of bread and began to butter it. An uncomfortable silence remained at the table, Alan didn't know what to say to break the silence that was bothering him so much. - There's a 'but'... Alan began, not having the courage to continue, and waited for an answer from his listener. - Hmmmm... - I ended my marriage last week - Alan said it for the first time, he thought it would be more difficult, he took a deep breath. - For what reason? - For several reasons, one of which was that I was no longer happy in this marriage. - From what you've said, that's not the only reason. - No. He always cheated on me, I knew he was cheating on me, but I didn't have the courage to stop it. He diminished me - Alan said, concluding that he was glad to get something off his chest. - Hmm, got it. B looked into Alan's eyes to see how he was feeling about everything that had happened. - Are you okay with what you've done? - I'm fine He looked at him like he couldn't believe it. - I really am. I'm fine. I just wish I'd seen it sooner," Alan lamented. - Do you regret it? - Are you Jo Ann's brother? - He asks sarcastically. - No. Why? - Because you're asking the same questions. The two of them laugh for minutes.
