"Guess I'll be leaving", Jae-seong said facing Ten as they reached the lobby. "Thanks for escorting me down", she continued with a smile. "Anytime! As long as I have some free time that is", Ten responded with a smile as well. "Well I have to get going, see you around", Jae-seong said before heading towards the doors and to her ride. Just as she got inside the car, her phone started ringing again, without looking at the caller, she answered immediately. "Jung Jae-seong speaking", she said. "Why weren't you answering my calls", Yuta asked furiously. "I already told you I can't entertain your calls when I'm working", Jae-seong responded calmly. "And if it's an emergency? What do you expect me to do", Yuta asked with a hint of sarcasm in his tone. "Then message me, inform me of the situation, not bombarding me with calls", Jae-seong answered still trying to remain calm even though she was visibly irritated. "Why are you so busy when you aren't even gonna debut", Yuta asked which triggered Jae-seong horribly. "Listen, if you know nothing about the nature of my career, you shouldn't have a say in it. I don't even need to explain to you. It's either you will support me or don't, I don't give a damn. So you can keep your unsolicited opinions to yourself, thank you", Jae-seong responded before hanging up and tossing her phone inside her bag. "Are you alright", her manager asked who was sitting at the passenger seat. "Perfectly fine", Jae-seong answered with a shy smile. "Don't lie to me Jae-seong", she said making Jae-seong sigh. "I'm just having a hard time maintaining a relationship with someone who doesn't really have the same goal as me", Jae-seong said giving up. "How did your goals differ anyway", she then asked. "Well, my primary goal is to succeed in my chosen career and I guess that the relationship is just a bonus for me, but for him, he sees the relationship as his top priority and I can't really read unto whatever his goals are", Jae-seong explained. "I'm here if you need any help", her manager said looking at her with a smile. "I know. Thank you always", Jae-seong responded nodding. Moments after, Jae-seong's phone started ringing again. She immediately picked up and answered the call knowing fully that it wasn't Yuta anymore. " Jung Jae-seong speaking", she answered. "Are you on your way", Taeyong asked. "Yeah we're actually near", Jae-seong responded chuckling. "Oh great, food was just delivered, see you", Taeyong said before hanging up without letting Jae-seong respond. As they arrived, Taeyong greeted Jae-song cheerfully and quickly directed her to the food. "I'm not allowed to eat just yet", Jae-seong said laughing making Taeyong put on a confused look. "Why", Taeyong asked scratching his nape. "Well I'll do a shoot, right? I don't want to appear bloated on camera you know", Jae-seong answered still laughing. "Oh... then why didn't you tell me earlier", Taeyong asked now feeling shy. "You didn't give me a chance to", Jae-seong responded making the two of them laugh. "Ms. Jung, time for hair and make up", the staff called catching their attention. "Well see you later", Jae-seong said towards Taeyong before leaving with the staff. Taeyong just sighed and faced a dark corner of the room with death glares. "I don't know how many times I should repeat this to you but you shouldn't be here and you know that", Taeyong said seriously making Yuta come out of the shadows. "And why will I follow your stupid rules", Yuta asked sarcastically as he continued to walk towards Taeyong. "First of all, this is my territory Mr. Nakamoto. And second, you don't want me to tell her the truth now, do you", Taeyong responded in a threatening tone. "How will you even prove your claims, Mr. Lee", Yuta asked taking a step towards Taeyong once more. "I have all the proof I need. Don't try me because I won't hesitate to spill the truth", Taeyong said pushing Yuta by his chest making him lose his balance and take a step back. "Now stay out before I have to force you out of here, and trust me, you wouldn't like it", Taeyong said grabbing Yuta by his collar and eventually letting him go before leaving the scene. As Taeyong walked away he couldn't help but feel anxious and as he was sure that he was out of Yuta's sight, he then sat on the ground like a lost child and just stared into nothingness while taking deep breaths. "What truth Yongie", Jae-seong asked making Taeyong widen his eyes as he slowly lifted his head up to face her. "Tell me what? What was that about", Jae-seong asked again looking real confused as she stared at Taeyong.
