Those eyes are what they have been careful while staying at the mansion, the imperial knights that survived the incident.
They have been recuperating from the incident as they stayed at the mansion but they were also sent to become the palace's eyes and ears.
The group fell into heavy silence, appearing as if they were depressed from their vacation ending.
"Let's just continue as we go along the way? We can still drink and party while on the journey." The crown prince exclaimed, as he gleefully stood from his seat and widely stretched his arms with a sneering smile.
They all rejoice, not because of what he said but the meaning behind it.
What he actually meant to say is that they will continue to dig while they are on their way back to the capital.
Yui and Maylene also stood from their seat as they followed behind the men who walked ahead of them.
Then suddenly, Yui felt a different sensation from above her, and immediately she lifts her head.
At the top of the mansion's roof, there she saw a familiar figure of a man wearing a dark cloak with the same dim smile on his face.
It was that image she exactly remembered, the face of her mother's killer.
A sudden rage of emotions boiled upward Yui's body and in a blink, she disappeared from Maylene's side.
"Yui?" Maylene uttered when she turned her head only to see her friend missing.
"Where is Yui?" She asked the others and they all look at her with the same confused looks.
Bang!
They all heard a loud sound coming above and their eyes all followed the direction where the sound is only to see colorful lights after the sound.
It was a firework.
All the guests went out of the hall to witness the beautifully colored night sky as it implicates that the party is nearing its end.
However, Yui is still not found.
"You f*cker! Why are you running away from me! Don't you want to kill me!"
Trying her best to follow the unknown man's speed, Yui used most of her mana in speeding up.
And because it's only been a week since she fully recovered her mana, her struggle in managing her power is evident.
Adding to this is her distorted expression and raging emotions that seem to be getting out of control at any moment. 
Withstanding such stature as her heavy breathing and nearly exhausted energy, Yui didn't stop following the figure of the mysterious man when a speed of wind swept her along with her long black hair.
Abruptly, a tall dark blue hair man blocked her and grabbed both her shoulders to halt her movements.
Instantly her mana disappeared but not her outrage.
Clenching her jaw, Yui forcibly pushed the man in front of her like a madwoman screaming, "You bastard! let me go."
Retaining her sight ahead towards the path where the figure disappeared, Yui tried to escape Gael, who is trying his best to be gentle while preventing her to go further.
His pair of purple eyes swiftly noticed the blood coming from her pressed lips and so her clenched hands. 
Her aggressive behavior isn't new but at that moment Gael felt her anger is on a different level, he could smell a stench of bloodlust coming from her and it was very unpleasant.
"Stop! It's an illusion!" distraught with the situation, Gael screamed and vehemently embraced Yui and released his aura to nullify every mana she will try to release.
"What the f*ck are you saying! that was my mother's killer!" Yui yells back at him.
Gael grits his teeth, exasperated, and pressed his eyes to close before opening his dry mouth suppressing his emotions, "No! Yui that was an illusion, it was a mana phantasm."
Yui was paralyzed for a moment and recalled everything that just happened which eventually calmed her down.
She saw it wrong, again.
"I know and I understand what' happening to you," Gael uttered, pulling Yui's head closer to his chest and his face buried in hers.
"I know how you've been out of yourself during a certain time at night and this is the reason why I always come to your room." 
Yui's eyes widened, astounded by Gael's story that she heard for the first time.
It was indeed true, that he has been up to appear before her every night, she already asked but it was the first time she's hearing his reason.
The fireworks could be heard and somehow lit up not too far ahead of the two of them and for a short while the noise lasted.
They were able to reach almost the back of the mansion among the forest area of the large land where they were staying.
Gael held Yui like glass and carefully assisted her to let her rest for a while at the bench along the pathway.
He removed his coat and gently hung it on Yui's shoulders, yet Yui is still dazed, blankly staring into the space.
"H-how long have you known this?" It was Yui who broke the silence first holding the hem of her clothes.
Gael scratches his nape before answering her with a low voice "Since the incident." 
'Just recently, huh.' Yui thought tightly holding the coat, somehow distressed to know that someone has discovered her mental condition which she never told anyone about.
"You have been experiencing this since before? aren't you?" Gael asked, glancing at Yui, seeking to see her present expression.
Yui pressed her lips again causing the blood on her lips to become visible but it was Gael who did a painful expression.
"The nightmares and hallucinations, they are the results of your trauma," Gael spoke again with a dim expression.
'I know this same feeling,' He then thought but can't speak about it, rather he quietly held Yui's free hand that has been clenching her clothes without prying with the situation any further.
"Let's go back." He suggested and meet everyone back at the mansion.
Maylene quickly hug Yui and together they went back to their room happily telling her about the fireworks.
No one dare to ask what happened or where did she go nor why are they together, they just let it go as if nothing happened.
