Chapter 50

"Search every corner of this mansion! Don't stop until you see Rhea and her adoptive daughter!" shouted Ramon.
"Yes, your majesty!" his people responded.
Ramon is currently in the basement. The two rooms in the basement almost looked like a garbage can when he threw every item in it. He was very disappointed because Rhea was not there.
"Galvez," Ramon whispered. He immediately took out his cell phone and called his intel.
 {"The number you have dialed is either unattended or out of coverage area, please try again later."}
Ramon called Galvez's number again. His face turned red when the operator answered his call again.
"ShiT!" Ramon shouted in annoyance. He looked up at the ceiling. "Couldn't Ythan have discovered my plan? Couldn't he…he already killed Galvez?" He shook his head. "No. He probably couldn't kill the person he was with since he was just an ordinary policeman," he said.
Ramon looked at the scattered broken frames on the floor. Ythan almost filled the walls of the basement rooms with their family photos.
"Psychopath." Ramon was about to leave when he noticed something. "The floor is already tiled. Why does it need to be carpeted?"
Ythan slowly walked towards the carpet. He was confused at the same time, curious.
"This one..." Ramon bent down and removed the carpet. His eyes widened when he saw a square door. "A secret passage," he said. He frowned when he saw that it was locked. "There's a key? Where the hell can I find it?"
Ramon quickly explored every drawer of the cabinets that fell to the floor. Even the bottom of every furniture inside he peeked. He almost turned the room upside down, only to find the key. He pulled out his hair when he couldn't find the thing he was looking for.
"Tangína! Where did that demon hide the key?" Ramon picked up the things scattered on the floor one by one until it was no longer cluttered. He sat down while catching his breath without even finding the key.
The tip of Ramon's upper lip rose. He looked around the room.
"If I were in Ythan's situation, where would I hide the key?" Ramon asked himself. He stood up after thinking. "I wouldn't put it where I couldn't keep an eye on it. Right! Maybe he has the key in his custody!"
Ramon was about to come out of the basement when he suddenly encountered the police.
"Ramon Oligario, you are under arrest for trespassing. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you," said the police.
Ramon frowned. He did not know or even look like the uniformed people in front of him.
"Do you have your IDs?" Ramon asked.
The police looked at each other. Ramon carefully observed their actions. Later on, he smiled. He saw Tamahome coming. He held out his hands to the police to make them believe he was going to be handcuffed.
Ramon kicked the handcuffs with all his might. The two policemen who were holding him looked at him. He quickly twisted their arms. A few seconds before the handcuffs hit the floor, he managed to punch them in their most delicate body parts. Both were jumping and screaming in pain. Later, he took out the gun hidden behind his back and pointed it at them.
"I know you're not a real law enforcement officer. Who is your boss?" Ramon said breathlessly. He smirked and smiled when the two police pretenders said nothing. "I will count one to three. If you don't answer my question, your blood will be on the floor…spilling out from your head. One. Two. Thr–"
"Ythan Marcus. We are his people!" the two men answered quickly and nervously.
Ramon laughed. "I'm telling you! Tamahome! It's up to you to punish these two. If you want to put them in a cell, do it but if you want to silence them forever, I have no problem either." He hid his gun behind his back again.
"Your majesty, it's only a few minutes and my colleagues will arrive. Please. Don't do something that will harm you," Tamahome said worriedly. He handcuffed the two men. As a police officer, he doesn't want to stain his hands. For him, the blood of criminals should not be applied to the bodies of people of good will.
Before finally leaving the basement, Ramon confronted Tamahome. "You might be able to open that door." He pointed to the door square on the floor. The carpet he removed was still scattered above it. "I have a strong hunch that Rhea and her adoptive daughter are inside that secret room," he added.
 "Yes, your majesty," replied Tamahome.
"Alright. You'll take care of it. I'll go see my brother first," said Ramon before finally leaving the basement.

"Are you sure, Yael? This is where we can find your mommy?" asked the old woman.
After Yael's head hit hard, he miraculously remembered his identity even the people close to his heart.
"Yes, grandma. Mommy used to work here before," Yael replied.
First they went to Freya's old house but they found no one. Next, they went to Don Vandolf's mansion, there was no one there either. Only the LNGC is Yael's last hope.
Yael and the old woman looked up at the tall building. They looked around. All the people coming and going there are wearing casual and formal attire. They started walking towards the big gate of LNGC. They were about to join the people entering the building when security guards suddenly stopped them.
"Where are you going? Do you have an appointment?" asked a security guard. He looked at Yael from head to toe. He then shook his head.
"Sir Adan, we came for my Mommy Freya. Isn't she there yet?" Yael asked politely.
"Get out! You're just wasting your time here! We have so many employees. Do you think we can remember all of their names?" Adan said gruffly.
Yael quickly grabbed Adan's hands. His tears were also falling. "Please, Sir Adan. I'm begging you. I want to see and to hug my mommy badly. I miss her so much," he said, sobbing.
"This is the last place my grandson remembers. I am also begging you. Please grant the child's request," said the old woman. She held Yael by his shoulder.
Adan stared eye to eye at Yael and his old companion. He felt pity. He was about to open the gate when his co-worker suddenly stopped him.
"What are you going to do, Adan? Do you want to lose your job?" Britania looked at the clock. She ranks higher than Adan. "Ma'am Diana will arrive in a few minutes," she said.
 "Ma'am Diana?" Yael whispered.
The two guards almost froze when they heard a familiar voice.
 "What's happening here?"
