I grab the first letter I received and decided to read it.

Dear: El
Maybe it was the luckiest day of my life. That day I meet you since then I secretly admired you at the first time I saw you there . I was stunned by you're beauty despite that you feel so broken and empty . It's has been so long and I have a first love had died and there was nothing to live for but memories of her. I wish I can tell you this words I've written but someday I will have courage to introduce my self . And prove my love for you , I hope when the day will come you will learn to love me too.
There is something in you that sets my heart to happy bounds as you heal and fix my broken heart . I thought that I will never love again but I can't help to fall for you all of sudden. I'm happy spending a day with you even if you don't like my presence at all. Still being with you is enough and it make me feel so special . As I prove my love to you my dear.
I badly want to speak out my feelings to you but I decided I write this letter. Yes I'm coward and scared to confessed my feelings this Infront of you. Because I know that you will surely ignore me if I do so. I will always hoping for your approval to count you El . I know your kind and thoughtful and that one who is bound to complete with you in beauty and talent . Yet unborn your kindness shown to me even if you give me your annoying look everytime.
I'm afraid of the consequences of my action. You're my precious gem in this world that I don't want to lose. Accept this bouquet of rose as a sign of my love. If I already trouble you in any way . Pardon me and forgive me if I will consider this as a disturbance. Sincerely loving you.

I was speechless about the letter it's been a week since I always receive a daily letter with a bouquet of roses even if I'm not around, or I'll take a leave for 3 days still Venice always come to my hotel just to hand me those things. And today because of boredom I think of reading those letter and I choose the first letter I received.  I'm at the office right now, and it still 8:30 in the morning. Because I wanted to speak to someone, I press the button of the internet protocol phone and speak.
“ Venice, come over please. Venice came here! “ I uttered and wait for the response.
“ Coming! “ She replied and end the call.
I wait for her to come as I grab my water bottle and drink. I feel exhausted after the letter and my brain feels like it misfunction well at the moment.
I exhaled and inhale. It's suffocating me knowing that someone confess to me through letter and I don't have an idea who is he. It's not my first time reading a letter or love letter, actually.  I wait for Venice to come and after waiting for minutes she entered my office while catching her breath e.
I cannot help but raised my eyebrows and looked at her confused.
“ What's matter? “ I asked.
“ What? Why me? You called me, it's my turned to ask the reason?  You asked me to be here, right? “ She stated as she looked so pissed at me.
" I'm sorry , I just need someone to talk to. Also I will asked something important because I really want to know . " I answered.
“ What is it, El? “ She asked.
“ Did you know who is the one who keep sending me letters and flowers? Did you see the man who handing you those? “ I asked.
“ No and Yes, I don't know who is he, but he is the one who keep handing me those. I actually asked him why he can't do it or personally give those to you, but instead of answering me, he shook his head and left. “ She declared.
“ Really? “ She asked with a teasing tone. She keeps raising her eyebrows.
“ Are you interested in this person, El? “ Venice asked me as she sat down in the couch near in my office table where I was sitting.
I cleared my throat because of what I've heard. I can't help but to laugh at her. What I am? Do I? Of course, no, never!
“ What saying? Of course not! “ I denied.
“ Of course you do! Stop pretending, El, you like someone! “ She said.
“ Come on! Tell me the truth! “ She added.
“ Okay! “ I exclaimed.
“ You're so annoying, okay I someone, but I don't even know who he is! “ I added as I rolled my eyes at her.
“ That's it! You know him. Then let hunter down! “ Venice suggested.
“ What, are you insane? You work to do, so, do I? “ I responded.
“ It's recommending you know, but you are interested in this person. “ She extremely said as she walked out towards the door.
“ Yeah, yeah. “ I said as I looked at the letter once again.
I whispered this words onto the air.
“ I hope you saw yourself soon. “ And looked at the glass window as the room filled with silence.
Ash Ron POV
I was busy doing the house chores and taking care of Mr. And Ms. Cooper and my other clients for today's schedule.  I'm a manservant from Sydney Cleaning Home Service, and it's been a year now since I got this job and come here in Australia. I'm cleaning the Cr and rooms in the copper family in their mansion. For the first time I went here, I was stunned by the mansion but more amazed that the cooper family have a generous heart.  Back in my first day of work it was really difficult for me to adjust but later on. I manage to love my job as I am taking care of house chores while taking care of those elders clients. I'm currently in the Copper's Mansion cleaning the two-storey mansion, and it takes me hours even though we are 5 persons or maids in this house.  I'm cleaning the Cr in Mr. Copper's room when he called me.
“ Ash Ron! “ He uttered.
I stand up from cleaning the bathroom tiles. When i heard someone calling for me. Is stands up and went to Mr. Copper's room.
“ Yes, Sir? “ I answered as I asked.
“ Can you eat dinner with us? My wife actually want you to taste her old recipe. Because she already knows that I'm sick of her cooking skills. “ He answered as the old man laugh.
“ Sure Sir! It's an honor, also my next client will be later on at noon. “ I answered as I bow my head and went back to the bathroom.
I exhale and proceed to my work because copper family is waiting for me. For one year of being a man servant of different retired elders with different attitude and beliefs, it was so hard for me to adjust and interact with him. Knowing that, I only know basic English and I'm not confident in speaking it. For my family in the Philippines, I need to work hard and decided to work abroad. And luckily, I passed all the requirements needed and fly to Australia. I feared what will happen to be as I'm away from family. I have no friends, and lonely accompany me and anxiety consume me But then Simon, who is the man who wears black outfit every time and the most funny part is when he bumped at me. Damn, I was scared to death thinking that he can kill me right away.
But my guts are wrong, he ended up saying sorry and handed me the cans goods that I dropped.
“ I'm sorry, man. “ The man said.
“ Thanks! “ I replied.
The man was busying on his phone, but when he realized I'm staring at him. He looked up at me and said.
“What's the matter?“ He asked.
I shook my head in response and smiled at him.
“Are you new here?“ He asked again as he noticed that I'm holding luggage with me.
“Oh you must newbie! Btw I'm Simon dude. Welcome to Australia." He said as he smiled t me and handed me his hands, I accepted it and said.
"I'm Ash Ron Mendoza. Did you know where the Sydney Cleaning Home Service located?" I asked him.
"Oh. Yes, I know , I'm actually going there to pick up my friend's sister." He replied at me .
" That's great! Let's go? " I said and tap his shoulder.
" Are you doing to work there?" Simon asked me.
" Yes, I will. " I answered and followed him from behind.
" Do you have a place to stay? If you dohave n't booked in an apartment or hotels here in the City. You can stay in my dorm, I live with my two friends in there. We still have one room available if you like. " Simon stated.
" Really , Sure and thank you, Simon! " I heatedly said to him.
He smiled at me and tap my head and declared.
" Welcome to the family. " He said as he open his car door and went out, and I followed him until we reach a modern house located in a village.
“ Where are we?  "I curiosity asked.
“ To your new home! In Acosta Village " He replied and drag me inside the house before I could say a word.
I saw two guys who are busy playing in their PS 4 as they both focused on the game as we entered. Simon in the other hand cleared his throat and gain the two man's attention and said.
“ Felix and Demon, this is Ash Ron our new roommate! " He said as he gazed at me after.
The two mans named Felix and Demon run towards our direction that make me confused why. Demon suddenly throw a punch at me and because of my flexibility I managed to dodge the punch that supposed to hit my face. I saw the man named Felix laugh and grab the luggage that I'm holding and said .
" He's out of his mind , I'm sorry about that. Come, I'll lead you the way to your room. " Felix uttered and Simon just nodded his head and walk towards the room in the corner while I followed Felix who will bring me to my room.
" Sorry about that bro, that's how I welcome a new member. " Demon shouted from the living room in the house. I can't help to laugh because of want I've heard and walked away.
I might be away from my family, but I felt so welcomed, and I felt so safe just like I'm living with my family in the Philippines. Maybe this is the new start of my journey here in Australia.
When we get there to my new room as I stayed here in Australia. With my new friend Felix and Demon, especially Simon and I'm hope I'll enjoy my stay in this country as an overseas Filipino worker, I missed my hometown already especially my family.
I looked around in my new room and unpack my things and put in the cabinet, I hanged my clothes too by color. And after that, I open my phone and saw the time and my lock screen. It was my mom in my lock screen who is smiling widely while laying in the hospital bed. It's been a year since she died, being a board winner is hard knowing that your only siblings in your home and your father is nowhere to be found. I'm aware that my journey in this country will be rough, but I need to be brave for my siblings I left in the Philippines. I won't give up, just for them. Even if meant I won't continue my college degree as I wanted to just to witnessed them grow and graduate all together. It's enough milestone and happiness as big brother to my siblings as I witnessed their achievement in school.
I stop from daydream again when I've heard Ms. Copper shouted from Mr. Edwin Copper's room. I run towards the room and as I entered I saw Mr. Copper who is catching his breath while holding his chest. I looked for his medicine and handed a glass of water and the tablet. Ms Copper help me to put his husband back in the bed as Mr. Copper fall asleep. I grab the telephone and call of an ambulance to come over. I need to secure Mr. and Ms. Copper's Health, even if I'm just a hired maid. They both remind me of my mother and father, and I treasured Mr. Copper's existence not because I didn't felt to have a father as I grow but because they have a place in my heart not just a client or a boss.
“ Mr. Copper, are you okay now? " I asked as the moment he open his eyes and gazed at me.
He smiled and said,
" I'm fine Ash , I'm sorry if I make you worried. I always forgot to drink my medicine every time. “ He said as he looked down on his hands, might feel guilty about it.
" It's fine, Mr. . Copper , don't worry, I will give you the medicine in the time you need to drink it. " I said as looked at Ms. Copper who have this worried face regarding on her husband's health.
" Did Quinn called you? Or say a regards to us? "
He asked me about his daughter, who died years ago. This line is not new to me , he always asked this kind of matter after he will have a heart attack hoping that their only daughter will come home so soon, but that's not going to happen.
" No Mr. Copper , Quinn already dead. You always forgot about it. "
I replied with my low voice can't help to feel hopeless just like the copper family longing for their child to come home.
" Love , you must take a rest. I will let Ash cooked us a lunch , is it okay? Sleep for now, I'll wake you up later on. " Ms. Samantha Copper said as she smiled and kiss Mr. Copper's forehead and walked with me towards the kitchen area .
" Without you, Ash , I don't know to do anymore. We are both old enough and no one will take care with us. But you are still here helping me every time I own you one. " Ms. Samantha said as she ready the ingredients for me to start to cook for our lunch .
