Todd got furious being treated like that. He strode out of the room and go straight to the door.
Harry and Lily who was chatting at the kitchen were left dumbfounded after hearing the commotion after Todd left.
"I don't actually like the guy for the Young lady." Lily commented.
Harry smiled having the same thoughts.

On Todd's home.
He wanted to smash everything as soon as he got home. Siren really makes his blood boil with her attitude.
He started to calm himself down by taking deep breaths. After three consecutive minutes, he was able to collect himself again. And that's the moment his phone rings.
When he read the caller's name, it was Sam.
"Can we talk?" Her voice were trembling.
"About what?" He frowned.
"I'll tell you when I get there." Then she hunged up.
Within five minutes, Sam went in.
"Are you already here when you called me?" Now he's confused.
"Yeah. And I just want to confirm what I heard." She looked him in the eyes."Is it true that you impregnate that woman?"
Todd smirks seeing her like this. Why does she have to act like she's being aggravated.
"It's true." He answered coldly.
A sudden deafening slap made his face turn to other side.
"How dare you!" She growled. When he faced her, tears are already streaming down her face. "How dare you do this to me!" She pushed him hard though he didn't move a bit from it.
He grabbed her both wrist to stop her from hitting him. "Stop acting like shit!" He pushed her to the sofa.
"You know that I want to get you back! How could you this?!" Not too long before she attacked him again.
"Do you think I want this too?! I'm not yet ready to be a father but I have no choice! I don't want my child to grow up without me. Besides, I don't care if you want to get back to me again. I had no feelings left for you, so get lost!" Todd lost his temper and push her again. But this time, she wasn't able to get him again.
Those words he just said were like sharp blades that cut her heart open and she could not do anything but to cry out loud.
"Why did you do this to me? You know that you are the only one that I want all my life. How can you impregnate another woman just like that?"
Honestly, it was the same question he has in mind. But he didn't want to entertain such thoughts for now. What happens was supposed to happen. And even though he and Siren seems always like on the opposite poles, the fact that he has responsibilities now won't change anything at all.
After a few moments, Sam collected herself and strode out. Leaving him without a word.
Desperately, he washed his palms off his face. He was now at lost. There's a woman out there who wants to get him back, yet he was bound to be the father of a child, whose mother didn't even care about him at all.

Jeff who's about to visit Siren today was patiently waiting in front the elevator at the ground floor.
When the elevator opened, a woman in a hurry came out of it.
Jeff didn’t notice that, as he was focused on his phone's screen. That's why he couldn't avoid them colliding against each other.
Her pile of keys, as well as his cellphone, flew to the floor of the elevator.
The woman quickly grab it and strode out without a word.
Jeff frowned at her behavior. But he just continue afterwards. When he was about to pick his phone up, he noticed a small thing beside his device.
When he picked both of it, he noticed it was a USB flash drive.
He was sure it was owned by the girl earlier.  Maybe she didn't noticed it.
Too late to call her when the elevator already closed. He pressed the 'P' on the floor button.
When he reached the top floor, he found Harry talking with the housekeeper. Siren was not around so he asked her assistant.
"She's going to meet, Mr. Wines later for lunch." Harry informed him out of nowhere.
Jeff just nodded.
Actually, he's just looking for Siren as she was not roaming around for the past few days. He barely seeing her walking out of her residence that's why he decided to pay her a visit.
"I'll be leaving then. I need to meet someone. Please take care of her." He tapped his shoulder before leaving.
Harry nodded.

Siren, whose inside her room was slowly cooling down from her anger towards Todd.
She's now realizing that what she's been doing all along was wrong. Todd may seem to be overreacting but she knows that he's just being cautious with her situation. And she's getting guilty with her unreasonable act.
She heaved a sigh before she decide to take a quick shower.
After few minutes, she's ready to go to Todd's home. She needs to apologize to him and she must do it right away.
Wearing only a yellow summer dress and slippers, she walked out of her room.
"I'll be going to Todd's unit. I'll be back quickly." She informed the two person whose busy chatting at the kitchen.
After a quick ride on the lift, she's now at the front of Todd's door. She pressed the doorbell few times before he opened the door.
His face is still serious. And his furrowed eyebrows are indicating that he's still upset.
"Aren't you letting me in?" She crossed her arms above her chest.
Without a word, he open the door fully to let her in.
"Aren't you going to go out, you say?" He said after closing the door.
"I still have time to do that. Besides, he will wait for me no matter how late I am."
He sarcastically looked away. Not really impressed with what she says.
"Why are you here?" He walked passed her and lazily sat on the couch.
"I just wanted to say sorry." She said, making a straight face.
"For what?"
"For being rude."
She remain herself standing in front of him. Not daring herself to sit on the couch until he say so.
"What the difference if you apologize now or not?" He has cold expression on his face.
Though she was looking at him and having the time of her life navigating every corner of his face, she still don't feel anything about him. Yes, he was handsome and attractive, but it didn't pinch any affection inside her.
Unlike Conrad.
Conrad isn't the type of a person who can steal a woman's heart that easy, but still, he was the only that can make her heart flutter and could give her butterflies whenever he's around.
"Enjoying with what you're seeing?" His voice woke her senses up.
She rolled her eyes to cover herself from embarrassment.
"Yeah. As if." She whispered. "I think I have to leave now. I already told you what I have to." She turn around and was going to leave when he suddenly pulled her arm.
"Is that it?"
An annoyed look was on his face when she faced him.
Before she could say anything, he immediately cupped her face with his two palms and kissed her hard.
Siren was taken a back. But he wrapped his arm around her waist. Pulling her closer.
For a few seconds of being stunned, she pushed him after gaining her senses. But he's not having any intentions of letting her go.
She again, thought of biting his lips but she wiped away that idea from her mind.
When he stopped kissing her for a moment, he looked straight into her eyes. And for the first time, she could say that she saw a vulnerable feeling inside him through his eyes.
When he lowered his head to kiss her again, she moved her head to resist.
"Please." She uttered.
He heard him took a deep breath before slowly letting her off.
He combed his hair with his fingers before grabbing his own waist. A look of desperation was on his face while not looking at her.
