Chapter 21 "Why? What's your problem!" she replied frowning. "You don't fit in this place because you're uneducated!" Lyca replied in a loud voice. "Who are you to judge me huh!" she shouted back. Lyca laughed out loud and seemed to annoy Kelly. "What was judged? Isn't it true that you have no education and even highschool you haven't finished yet!" Lyca laughed. Kelly only finished Elementary and seemed to be slapped with the truth of everything Lyca mentioned. "Why? It wouldn't have diminished my personality if that was all I had achieved!" Kelly answered bluntly. "Be a little ashamed of yourself! Get along with people like you and don't get along with people like us!" Kelly's heart was almost broken by Lyca's belittling of her. "If you don't want to see my face here ignore me!" Kelly replied in her disgusted voice. "Not an ignorant person like you will dictate to me!" Lyca replied sarcastically. "There's nothing I can do if you don't want to see my beautiful face here!" Kelly annoyed Lyca even more. Lyca's cheeks flushed with rage. "You're like a wolf hiding in the gentle face of an angel," Lyca laughed in annoyance. "Maybe you were wrong in what you said? You must be a demon hiding in the form of an angel!" Kelly replied in an annoyed tone. "You're a low class because you used your body to indulge in the luxuries of life!" Lyca insulted Kelly. "Who is the lower class of us? Didn't you leave Stephen because you traded him for his richer cousin?" Kelly smirked. Lyca was speechless. "Who are you to interfere with my personal life!" Lyca scolded Kelly. “You also don’t have the right to tease me because Stephen and I are about to get married, I’m about to be Mrs. dela Calzada,” Kelly said sarcastically as she raised her left hand so Lyca could notice her engagement ring. Lyca's eyes widened in annoyance as she saw the diamond ring Kelly was wearing. "You're really flirty because you flirted with Stephen so he would marry you!" Lyca's cheek flushed as she gasped. "You're not good at flirting so until now his cousin hasn't offered you marriage," Kelly teased as she twisted her expensive engagement ring. "You're really annoying! Go away, because ignorant people don't suit this place!" she pulled Kelly's hair in utter annoyance. "Release my fiancee!" Loud voice rang out around. Lyca let go of Kelly's hair because the voice she heard was familiar to her. "Lyca! Is that how a highly educated woman behaves?" Stephen asked as he glared at Lyca. "S-te-phen," Lyca stammered. "You have no right to hurt my fiancee because I will fight her against people who will hurt her!" Stephen's thunderous voice echoed in Lyca's ears. "Stephen, I'm sorry, Kelly annoyed me so I couldn't stop myself from hurting her," Lyca said in a humble voice. "I know Kelly so don't make any more excuses!" Stephen's eyes were red like an angry lion. "I'm sorry," Lyca said softly. "I warn you don't hurt Kelly if you don't want to taste my ferocity!" Stephen warned in a loud voice as he held Kelly's hands. Lyca admits that she was hurt by Stephen's words. She was jealous of Kelly because he still loved Stephen but she regretted because she traded him for his playboy cousin. "Stephen, Is this how you treat me? You traded me for a woman who dresses smartly to look decent?" she scoffed at Stephen. "Don't underestimate Kelly because even though she didn't finish school but she acted more decently compared to you!" said Stephen in a harsh tone. "Wake up! That woman is only chasing your treasure!" said Lyca as her eyes glazed over in utter annoyance. "Don't judge Kelly based on what you see because she has a golden heart, unlike you whose heart is full of hatred!" said Stephen as he defended Kelly. "Don't be silly because she's just bringing bad luck into your life!" said Lyca in her hoarse voice. "You're the one who contributed bad luck to my life! Don't bother me anymore because we no longer have a relationship and connection with each other!" It was as if a sharp knife had pierced Lyca's heart because of Stephen's hurtful words. "Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and I pray that you will never be happy in your life!" Lyca cursed Stephen and Kelly. Lyca didn't wait for Stephen to say anything and left immediately. Her chest tightened with rage and hatred at the hurtful words Stephen had uttered to her. "Honey, why is Lyca here? Did you have the same class in high school?" Kelly asked as she clung to Stephen's sturdy arm. “My cousin and I were classmates back in highschool and Archie definitely invited Lyca here,” Stephen explained. "That's why that woman is hanging around here," Kelly said while raising her left eyebrow. "Honey, are you okay? Go to the comfort room first so you can fix your hair," Stephen suggested as he patted Kelly on the shoulder. As Kelly left for the comfort room, Stephen comforted himself by chatting with his other classmates who were also coming to the venue. While he was busy on his cellphone he had heard voices behind him. "Who is that woman in the black gown? Her beauty is enticing," said the woman's voice. "She looks like a living Barbie doll because her beauty is stunning," the interlocutor replied. “It’s like I saw a Miss Universe candidate here,” a voice said. Stephen's heart was touched by what he heard from those who admired Kelly. He became even more proud of his fiancée because of her inherent beauty. The first time he saw her, his heart was overflowing with joy because Kelly's attractive beauty was unique. As Kelly was on her way to the comfort room she met her ex-boyfriend, Adrian. He wore a Kingsman style orange Tuxedo and paired it with black slacks and shoes. She couldn't help but frown because she remembered that he had rejected her many times. Adrian looks even more fresh and handsome. She stopped and stared at him carefully because she noticed he didn't see her. "Why is this man here? Can he and Stephen be in the same class?" she whispered in her mind. Her heart was pounding and her love for her ex-boyfriend seemed to be returning. Adrian glanced at her. "Hi, you look familiar, have we met yet?" Adrian asked her with a smile. Kelly wonders about her ex-boyfriend because it seems like he suddenly became kind to her. "Wow! Did you have amnesia huh? Or did you just pretend you didn't know me!" said Kelly rudely.
