"My...belly!" I screamed out loud, asking for help, and I could hear noises from everyone. I closed my eyes shut, my ears ringing from all the sensations when suddenly, clapping from the background was heard. 
Time suddenly stopped as all the noise started to stop in my head, and I somehow got calmer. The pain seemed to disappear at the new man's words.
The voice was unfamiliar so I know that he wasn't Kai nor Rem or any of theMdinight's pack.
“Ah, am I late to the ceremony?”  The deep gruff voice asked, and when I could locate the owner f the voice, he was standing at the end of the field, just twenty feet away from me. He looks calm and composed, however, I could feel something different. His aura and energy are too overwhelming...and I felt like I was being burned. 
I looked at the pack members if I am the only one sensing it but it seems that I am not alone, and the pack healer was too. Like me, they are crying in pain. They were hunched down on the ground, screaming for help. They were static, not even moving an inch. Or atleast, they were trying to move as and attack the newcomer but couldn't. 
"My poor child, what did they do to you?" In a flash, he was standing right in front of me as he tried to glance at Kai. 
"Who the fuck are you?" My sense of sight seemed to be restored as I saw Kai yelling at the 
"This is it? The one you chose as your mate?" He asked, "My dear daughter, I could find a more suitable match for you."
I blinked, daughter?" His presence was surely strong. In fact, stronger than Kai, and I hate to admit how someone is stronger than the alpha twins. And I do not have to be a genius to know that this is the man who is responsible for all of this, how the ceremony was halted.
He stopped the ceremony by his mere presence. I could feel chills running down my spine from even staring at him. 
"Ah, it seems that I have missed a lot of things here, but let me explain everything once we get back to my place. Rem, take her." 
Instantly, Rem was beside me, trying to carry me but I struggled, not wanting to be carried and kidnapped for the second time by a stranger.
"No! Rem, back away or I'll have you beheaded."
Rem just smirked, "Ah honey, I do not mean any harm. I am just taking orders from my superior.." he shrugged as if it was not a big deal, "Didn't I warn you that you'll be meeting him soon?" 
I clenched my jaw, gnawing on my teeth as I spit on him, "You damn bastard-"
"I promise you won't call me that name once you'll know who he is." He suddenly started. 
"Then who the fuck is that stranger?" I cursed at him, trying to buy time as I could see Kai behind him, trying to regain control. 
"He's your true father." He said it so casually as if I would believe him. 
I scoffed at him, "My father is dead, he has been dead long ago when Kai and Zef killed him." 
Rem just sighed, looking at me with pity in his eyes, " So your dead fake father hasn't told you anything? He really must have taken the secret to his grave."
 "Rem? What's taking you so long?" The newcomer who claims to be my "true father" asked impatiently. 
Rem winked at me and cleared his throat to answer, "Ah, she's bleeding. We need to take care of her first."
The healer suddenly yelled hearing that. He was still frozen and controlled not to move, "No! The ceremony has not been completed yet! The pups are in a critical state!"
The newcomer's head tilted towards me, "Hurry then."
Just then, the wind breezed harshly and Kai managed to stand up and p his arms around Rem, choking him. His eyes were filled with fury, and I could see the nerves on his neck were visible, "Move and I'll kill you."
Rem raised his hands in the air, surrendering, "Calm down, dude."
Kai breathed deeply, glaring at the man. "Take her and I swear I'll blast this bastard's head to smithereens." He seems to know this man for him to recognize him like that. 
"Long time no see, Kai. How are you and your brother doing?" He asked carelessly, insensitive to the situation or he was just cocky enough that he was powerful and he knows that in a blink of an eye, he can take down everyone there.
Kai was surely angry that I would feel he would explore, or worse, turn to his monster self and go o a rampage.
I cleared my throat, trying to gain the energy to call him, "Kai!"
Upon hearing his name, his eyes softened at me, as he gulped, "Arya.."
The man who claimed to be my father suddenly got in between, "Awe, that's sweet of you. But I believe it's time to take my daughter back. She has enough of your shits."
Kai scoffed, "You're lying, her father was already dead. Not unless he has risen from the dead." Kai yelled back, "Arya, don't listen to this bastard." 
"Oh, so you are admitting you killed my daughter's guardian? I had trusted that man, Aullous, enough for him to keep my daughter away from the mess. I had bet on my life to let him guard Arya yet you killed him. It's time I take her back." 
My head was running all over the place, not knowing who to believe now. Kai says he's the enemy, yet now that I hear them talking, I could feel something from the man that there was something more to it. Yet I was distracted from the pain all over my body now. 
"If you're her true father, you won't let her suffer in hunger and pain for years. She's safe in us now. 
"Safe? Who was it who was willing to kill his twin just for my daughter? If anything, she should be keeping a great distance from you. You are manipulating her into thinking that she's safe with you when you're the one who keeps on constantly endangering her." 
"I've been watching you for a while now, testing you if you deserve the chance to be with my daughter but you have been failing miserably."
"you killed our father. You and Aullous." I gasped at that. 
"I did not. I merely freed him from his chains."
"you were too greedy to steal my mother from him!" They kept on bickering as Kai was launching his attack on him. 
"It is not my fault that the moon goddess chose her as my mate yet she chose to be with your weakling of a father."
he then glanced at me, his eyes filled with worry when he noticed I was still in pain, "I want to settle things, but I have to tend to my daughter first. You have used your time to play with her, that's enough."
Rem, who was still in Kai's clutches, yelled for them to stop, "Master, her health is declining. We need to get her now!"  
The pain intensified and I felt so weak and powerless that I felt darkness overtaking me, log with strong hands wrapping around me.
