ALPHA KAI’S POV
I was training on my own, seeing how everything changed under my brother's command. I could feel the eye of hatred from my pack members ever since we returned to the pack. I knew this would be the situation once we arrive here, so I knew I should work hard and bring their loyalty back to me.
I have to clear anything that Zef feed to them.
The cold breeze prickled into my skin, but what bothered me is the presence of someone behind me. 
I instantly threw my dagger to my right before the newcomer attacks me. At the speed of light, I caught the attacker’s neck and paused when it was only Zef lurking behind me.

“Ouch, loosen your hand right this instant!” He yelled to me, and I did as he said,
He told me that he doesn’t consider me his brother anymore, which kind of irritates me as much as I would like to deny it.
“Why are you here? Didn’t you hated me and abandoned me as your brother?” I asked him, acting nonchalantly.
He cleared his throat, “Yes, that is why I came here. We need to talk.”
“We do?” I asked sarcastically, “What more could we talk about?”
“Oh, a lot, Kai. By a lot, I meant specifically at how bastard you are for making me lose and making pups with Arya before me. How dare you, sly fox!”
I noticed how different the way this version of Zef talks is. Whoever he transformed into, I hated it.
“Oh, you still view Arya as competition?” I asked back, seeing his canines out now as he was ready to attack me anytime now. I know Zef well, but this version of him is too irritating. 
“So how was she in bed? How did she taste? That rogue-” 
He wasn’t able to finish his sentence when my hands instantly met his face. I pushed him to the ground, continuously hitting him. 
But the damn bastard only smirked, seemingly happy at how he got my nerves, “What happened twin brother? You said it would just be all fun and games? Did she win your heart?”
“Wake the fuck up. Zef, this shitty bastard version is not my brother!” I yelled in between punches. 
He was still laughing, “Oh, With Rem now, we have to share her with Rem. Is having two mates not enough for her that she needs another one?”
My hands gripped his neck and choked him tightly, “Watch your mouth bastard or I’ll cut that off.” I threatened. “I didn't return here for you to talk about her like that, bastard.” 
“Ah, same old Kai. you never changed. Still, the same since you ran away from us. What did you even return here for? The Alpha throne? Bastard, you don't have something to return to here. The moment you left nothing was yours, it is all mine now. The pack members even believed that you abandoned the pack.”
“Did you think that leaving was my intention just to have Arya for myself? I did it to protect her from harm and return her here! You didn't know what I had experienced outside. I fought a lot of enemies.” 
“What has happened to you after we left? You changed. You are not zef that I know.” I asked. 
“I had realized some things. And I said that you're no longer my brother so don't call me. Go and have Adua to yourself. You deserve that whore.”
I punched him again. This time harder. He decided to fight back now as he pushed me to the ground, 
I hate how we have similar faces. Ounching him feels like punching myself too. 
“It’s your fault! You should have never been born!” Zef yelled, “I am the one who should be alive. If only father killed you.”
I had reached my limit. I didn't know what happened next.
“Want to make a bet? If I win, I will kill you and have Arya for myself.”
“And If I win?”
“You can have her as your Luna. It wants you been planning since you returned there right?” If she were to give birth here without being proclaimed as the luna, there's a chance she would get killed by her pack members. You know them, they want to have a formal ceremony before they would accept someone.”
 I only saw Rem stopping me., But everything was so blurry and I felt like darkness just overtook me. The moment I regained consciousness, I saw Arya looking at me disappointedly. 
I hadn't known that Zef was lying lifeless on the ground. 
From the looks of it, looks like I won the bet then. 
I instantly planned the ceremony to enthrone her as my luna, having Amari prepare it secretly.
But unexpectedly, an incident occurred. Arya couldn't handle it as she was in pain that we didn't manage to finish enthroning her.
After that, Alpha Leomord stole my Arya from me. 
Now I couldn’t just stay still. I have o rescue her from that man bastard.
He manage to kill my father, and even stole my mother, what more would he do if it is to my luna?
damn that Rem. I knew he would betray us. He was never that trustable enough. I just didn't expect he would work for that damn alpha of the white claws. 
as much as I do not want to visit Zef in the infirmary, I have to gather information.
"What are you doing here?" Asked our pack doctor, Jarvis

He gulped, knwong I wnt give up. I made sure to display my pheromones, assert my dominance, and demand obedience from my subordinates. He knew he couldn't win so he took a deep breath before opening the door for me and I gave a nod of approval.
The moment I entered, bandages all over his chest and face were there. I knew I should feel regret doing that, but I somehow felt proud that I did that to wake him up.
Hopefully, he would take that as a lesson. His eyes were closed but I could trace his breathing to know that he was awake. I stood and leaned on the wall, maintaining my distance from him as I started to talk. 
"Wake up, bastard. I knew you are awake."
He didn't reply so I continued, "alpha Leomord took Arya."
He suddenly stirred and smirked at me, "He did? Good for him."
I instanlty grabbed him by the neck, "you bastard, you let him in?
"Why not?" He suddenly started to laugh maniacally, "I had made an alliance with Alpha Leomourd. I would rather he would take Arya than you to enthrone Aray as your own Luna."
I gritted my teeth, grabbing a pillow to put it on his nose and not let im breath, I swear I could just kill him now but Amari instanlty showed up from the door. 
"Won' you save the luna?" She asked, "Arya must have been scared. She needs your help, Alpha."
I suddenly stopped trying to kill Zef and stood upright, "Consider this as your luck day, bastard."
He was trying to regain his bretahing but he just stuck his tongue childishly at me, "You and your anger issues."
I decied to ignore Zef as I tried to focus on what I came here for. Nevermind getting some information from Zef. This bastard would rather side with the enemy than let me have Arya. Fine if he wants that,
"Amari." I called out to her.
"Yes, alpha?"
"Let's find the luna." I ordered and she nodded. 
"As you wish, alpha." She bowed her head and started to walk away, "I'll prep the warriors."
I shook my head no, "There's no need. We'll go there on our own."
Besides, no one would be willing to fight with me there. The pack members hate me, and I couldn;t change that for now.
As soon as we started to walk to the wild and leave the packhouse, I turned to Amari who had gone silent.
"Amari, do you think I betrayed you when I left?"
She paused for a moment, wonderign why I asked her that but then she licked her lips, "No, I knew you would come back with the luna." She answered in a monotone. 
"Good." Give it to Amari for being the most loyal one. I have to reward her soon and get her on my side.
"Which side are you on? Me or Zef?"I can't help but ask. 
"No one. I am on the luna's side."
She answered straightforwardly, not even bothered to lie in front of my face and I nodded, satisfied at that, That's a good answer. Stay loyal to Arya."
Silence instanlty overtook us as we doubled our speed. 
Arya, I am coming for you. I just hope you own believe anything that bastard says. I could suddenly think about our pups. She has been going through a lot ever since we knew she was pregnant. I should have protected her better. I should have been by her side more.\\
I just want to do nothing but crush that man Alpha Leomord's skull in tiny pieces. 
Me and Arya just couldn't get a break from all of these people. 
But that;'s much better, this way I would be able to prove my worth more. I just have Arya to believe more in me.
 
And to our pups, for our future.
