Ava got home and met the house unusually silent, she was surprised at first but became happy when she thought of not seeing any of the people she met while going to the college in the morning. She walked to her room and drop her backpack on the bed before removing her dress and changing into a floral gown that was a little bit short, It stopped on her smooth and flawless thigh.
She brought out her assignments and began to work on them when a knock was placed on her door. " Come in. The door isn't locked" she said a bit louder for the person knocking to hear.
" Ok miss," Kara said and walked into Ava's room and bow her head.
" You don't have to bow for me Kara" Ava whose eyes were still on her book said before she turned to face Kara. "From the look of things, we are the same age" she muttered and sat properly on the bed.
" I am here to ask if you need anything. I noticed you were so uncomfortable in this house because of the many people living here but not all of them live here anymore. All the people you saw this morning while going to school have their mansion even Sir Vincenzo's brothers, they've moved out so this house now belongs to only you and Sir Vincenzo" Kara said and Ava's eyes widened.
" Who told them to move to the other mansions in the clan?" She asked
" God father. He wanted to make you comfortable so he told all of them to move to the other mansions inside the clan when you went to school" Kara said and Ava smiled brightly. She didn't know why she was happy but she just felt at ease when she heard what Kara said.
" Have you seen Vincenzo?" Ava suddenly asked. Ever since she got to the mansion, she hasn't set her eyes on him except during the dinner some days ago.
" He is not around. Would you mind taking juice and chips before dinner is prepared?" Kara asked and Ava immediately nodded.
" I am famished" she muttered and laid on her bed while Kara left to get a glass of juice and chips for her.
" I was hoping I wouldn't see them and my wish came true. I can't bear their scrutinizing gaze on me" she puffed and continue working on her assignment.
Suddenly, her phone began to ring. It was an unknown number and Ava didn't pick up because of her mom's warning against unknown numbers but surprisingly, the number kept calling several times till she picked up.
" Hello. Who is this?"
" It's me Gregory" Gregory's voice came out horse. It seems he has been smoking for a while before calling her.
" How many I help you?" Ava said coldly. She never for once liked Gregory because of how he bullied the weak and made them his errand boys and girls.
" Why did you enter another man's car?" He asked and Ava frowned. " What is this bastard bluffing?" She asked herself.
" Huh? What are you talking about?" She asked.
" Wow. What am I talking about? The car which took you home, why did you enter the car instead of mine Ava, you know how much I love you." Gregory shouted and Ava took the phone from her ear when she heard him shattering things in his room through the phone.
" You don't love me, Gregory. What you feel for me is pure obsession. I can never love you back because of how you bully the weak and threaten the poor like trash. Remember, I am also poor." She muttered and she heard him chuckle.
" You're different Ava. I can die for you, I can't bear to see any man close to you" he muttered as tears slipped his eyes.
" Don't ever call me Gregory. I can never love you back and...." She stopped and bit her lips. She wanted to tell him that she was married to the biggest Italian mafia's son but she lost her tongue.
" Moreover what?" Gregory asked but Ava hung up and dropped her phone on the bed.
" Gosh. Why can't he just get over his obsession with me? I wonder what he would do if I told him I was married" she muttered and took off her cloth to take a cool shower.

Vincenzo was in his room when Don Federico called him, " hello" he answered 
" Remember to call Ava for dinner. She's scared of you that she could starve herself if it meant not setting eyes on you" Don Federico said and hung up.
" Sir Vincenzo. Dinner is ready" a maid came upstairs to inform him and he nodded before changing his direction, and walking to Ava's room. He didn't bother knocking and just open the door and at the same time Ava was also coming out of the bathroom naked. She forgot to carry her pink towel from the wardrobe and was about to walk naked to get it when Vincenzo opened the door.
Ava's eyes widened as fuck as she rushed to the wardrobe to get the towel to cover herself. She couldn't look him in the eyes after what he saw, while Vincenzo stared at her blankly.
" What.....what are you doing here?" Ava asked and he looked thoughtful for a while before answering indifferently.
" god Father told me to call you for dinner," he said, his hands still in his pocket.
" Why isn't he leaving?" She thought and bit her wet lips making them more wet and Vincenzo's gaze traveled to her lips. The way she took her lips in and released it was so seductive that he had to look away from her.
" Please can you leave? After all, you've seen it all," she muttered the last part and opened her wardrobe looking for a dress to put on, yet Vincenzo still stood there.
" You..." He wanted to ask a question but stopped himself.
" Huh?"
" Nevermind, he said and walked to the door. 
" Anyway, nice ass you've got there" he smirked and went out of the room.
" Hhmp! Such a pervert!!!"
