8. Daytime Talk

I looked at Nakamori with some hesitation. Although we had a slight difference of opinion, his offer sounded tempting. I nodded in agreement, considering I also wanted to take my mind off things and spend time with friends.
"Alright, thanks," I replied with a faint smile.
The two of us left the bookstore and headed to a café not far away. The short trip was filled with light conversation. I wanted to admit that this girl was annoying, but still, her presence made me feel comfortable with her.
We chose a cozy table in the corner of the cafe and sat facing each other. Nakamori called the waiter to order drinks, and within moments, a glass of hot tea and a cup of coffee arrived at our table.
We started chatting about less serious things, chatting about the books we were reading, the movies we were watching, and school activities. It was a bit awkward at first, but as time went by, the atmosphere became more relaxed and comfortable.
As we were engrossed in our conversation, Nakamori suddenly stopped what he was saying. His expression turned serious, and his eyes looked at me with a sharp gaze.
"You know, there's something strange about you," he said in a low voice.
I was surprised by his statement. "What do you mean?"
Nakamori took a deep breath before answering. "Ever since I first saw you, I felt there was something different about you. But I can't be sure what it is. I just felt there was a mysterious aura around you like there was a secret you were hiding."
I paused for a moment, not knowing what to say. "But I guess you're just as weird as me, or maybe even more so?" I teased back. How could he be the only one who felt weird about my presence? Honestly, he was even weirder.
"Well, that's good then. That means you and I are both weird. That's fair," he said with an annoyed face.
I smiled wryly. Did she fall for my teasing, feeling unacceptable because I called her weird? But to be honest, he is just as weird, even though he doesn't want to admit it.
"Hey, I have something to tell you. So you have to listen well!" She said it with a serious face and looked pushy.
I sighed. This girl likes to be pushy. If in the future she has a partner, I hope the man who gets this girl has more patience.
"Yes. I'm listening to you. So just tell me."
Nakamori then recounted the strange events she had experienced last night. It was clear that the girl was still feeling scared. I knew she wasn't feeling well right now.
"Are you okay? Is there anything I can help you with to make you feel better?" I offered it to her.
"Maybe later I'll need your help, but of course, that's just my feelings. Maybe I'm being too paranoid," Nakamori continued, trying to lighten the mood. "Come on, let's get back to a more pleasant conversation."
We resumed our conversation, but Nakamori's statement lingered in my mind. There was something off about me, and I was getting curious to find out what exactly was going on. It felt like the strange feeling that the girl was having was starting to rub off on me. I suddenly felt uneasy, just like this girl did.

After spending some time at the cafe, we finally parted ways. I walked home with a mind full of question marks. What exactly happened to me?
Returning home, I tried to find answers to those questions. I opened my laptop and did an online search about phenomena that might be related to the strange feelings Nakamori and I were having. I found some information about spiritual energy and supernatural experiences that are often associated with certain feelings and auras. To be honest, I don't believe in this kind of thing. But for once, I tried to think of it this way, even though I wasn't completely convinced.
As I was reading the article, my cell phone suddenly vibrated in my pocket. I took it out and saw a message from Nakamori.
"I feel something is strange about this situation. Can we meet tomorrow afternoon and find out more about this?"
After thinking about it for a moment, I replied to Nakamori's message in the affirmative. It was about time we revealed the mystery that surrounded us and found out what was going on.
The next day, we met at the city park. Nakamori brought some books on spirituality and supernatural experiences. We sat under a shady tree, opened the books, and discussed.
For a few hours, we shared knowledge, read stories of other people's experiences, and tried to find connections to what we were feeling. Although we didn't find a definitive answer, we felt closer and supported each other in this quest.
"We need to stay open and continue this research," Nakamori says passionately. "There are so many things in this world that we don't know yet. Maybe we have an important role to play in solving these mysteries."
I agreed with his words. Although this journey was full of uncertainties, we were both committed to continuing to search for answers. Together, we felt stronger to face the fears and anxieties that had been plaguing our minds.
With renewed vigor, we left the park determined to find the answers we sought. The journey would probably be full of challenges, but we believed that with cooperation and determination, we could find the truth we were looking for and solve the mysteries we were involved in.
Finally, we stepped forward, ready to face whatever we would encounter on our journey to understand this strange feeling.

After our talk ended and we returned from the park, For some reason, my heart felt increasingly uneasy. It felt like there was a worm roaring in my heart. The worm made my heart feel tingly.
On the one hand, I did feel worried. But on the other hand, I also felt a brazen sensation creeping into my heart.
When I was too busy worrying about Nakamori. I felt like there was something inside me that I couldn't seem to think about properly.
I was so preoccupied with my thoughts that I didn't even notice that someone was sitting neatly in front of me.
"Hello," the person greeted me.
I was surprised when I heard the greeting. Automatically, my eyes went straight to the stranger. How surprised I was when I found the figure of a boy looking at me with a strange face! He looked like he was mocking me. I don't know if he was mocking me or not, but I felt like he was doing that to me.
"What are you thinking?" Why do you look so surprised?" he asked in a nosy voice.
