I got ready for work and pick up my things and went out of my room. I got to the parlour and Lily smiled when she saw me.
" Good morning ma'am" she said.
" Good morning Lily" I replied then head over to the dinning table.
" I'm so happy to see you ready for work" she said as she dish out meal.
" yeah, you're right about what you said yesterday, I can't let it pulled me down I have to stay strong" I replied.
" That's good to hear ma'am" she said after dishing it out and I start to eat.

After finishing my meal I went out to my car and met the driver by the door.
" Good morning ma'am" he greeted as he opened the door.
" Morning, let's go" I said as I entered then he ignited the car and drove off.
Few minutes later he arrived at the company and pulled into the parking lot, I got down and went into the company.
" Good morning ma'am" my secretary said as I got to my office.
" Morning Stella" I replied.
" Here's your coffee" she said and I collected it from her.
" Here's your schedule for today, you're meeting with the board members by 10, and by 12 there's a conference with the shareholders" she stated.
" Alright" I replied.
" And ma'am, I'm sorry to announce to you that we lost the New York contract" she said.
" Yeah. I knew that will happen, don't worry we will have one better than that" I said.
" Yeah, uhm, your fiance came by yesterday" she said and I look up immediately.
" He's not my fiance and I don't ever want to see him here ever again, you got that?" I warned.
" Yes ma'am" she confusedly.
" I'll be at my desk" she said then went out.
How dare he tried to show his pathetic face here after what he did, what kind of animal is he.
I put that out my mind then checked on my email to review the documents that Stella sent to me yesterday.
A while later I started hearing commotion coming from outside and I wondered what it's about.
" I'm sorry sir, she doesn't want to see you" I heard Stella said.
' wait, who's she talking about?, could that be Gary?'.
" Are you drunk? Or do you want to lose your job here? Have you forgotten who i am" I heard the voice voice of the bastard.
' what the hell is he doing here? What is he trying to prove?'
" Sir I'm sorry you can't go in, she doesn't want to see you" Stella said.
" Stop me if you can"
" Sir, sir...you can't go in, sir you can't go in" I heard Stella saying repeatedly then the door to my office opened and Gary entered.
" I'm sorry ma'am, I tried to stop him" Stella said.
" Gary, are you insane?" I shouted.
" It's okay Stella, go back to your desk" I said to her and she left.
" Please babe, hear me out" he said.
" Gary, what are you doing here?, what part of we are over don't you understand" I said angrily to him.
" Please, it was a mistake, I really regret my actions please forgive me" he begged.
" Are you kidding me?, You must've gone crazy if you think I'll fall for that, I caught you pants down with another lady" I said.
" Please Bella, you're the one I love, she's just a fling nothing else" he said.
" Unbelievable, you're totally out of your mind, I can't believe you'll do something like this to me, I loved you completely and you shattered that love" I said.
" Please babe we can still work this out... please" he pleaded.
" There's nothing to work out here Gary, you made your choice and I made mine, Get out before I have the security throw you out" I said.
Immediately I said that his countenance changed and he stood up.
" I think I've had enough of this, you know if we're to blame anyone it will be you" he said and I scoffed.
" Seriously?, now I know you're indeed insane" I said.
" You caused it Bella, you never let me touch you...you take yourself as If you're the only Virgin in the world"
" I am a human being and I have need, I'm a grown man for crying out loud, what else do you expect me to do" he said.
" I can't believe this, Get out Gary, we're done... it's over now get out of my office" I shouted.
" Nah that's not possible" he said and I furrow my brow.
" You think after all I've done for you and this company I'm just gonna let it go like that, Nah.... that ain't gonna happen" he said then I pick up the phone and dialled the security.
" Hello security" I said.
" Yes ma'am" he replied.
" There's a man here in my office, I need you to throw him out right now" I said.
" Okay ma'am...we will be there" he said then I dropped the call.
" Just for your information, if we break up a lot of things will break up as well, for example this company will fall apart" he said.
" what the hell are you talking about?" I asked.
" I've invested so much in this company do you think I'll just leave like that? " he said.
" if you're talking about your shares in the company, you don't have to worry too much, we will give it back"
" This company existed before you came and it will still after you leave" I said.
" Actually that's the problem, before I got the company didn't get to where it is right now,..."
" the contacts you have that enable you to get to where you got came from me, business partners, shareholders and others"
" It's still in my power to make it all go down in a twinkle of an eye, so I suggest you think it right" he said.
" is that supposed to be a threat?" I said.
" is it?, it depends what you think it is, so are we breaking up or not " he said.
" Get out of my office now" I said then he stood up.
" I guess you made up your mind, you will surely come back to me and I will be expecting you" he said then went to the door.
" it's your fall Girl, It's your fall" he said then went out.
