He then walked away without a fight, leaving me alone.
I sighed, feeling like I won and contined on doing my own business.
But my happiness was cut off as the days passed by. Alpha Magnus was true to his words as he really did turn up, always sitting and waiting for me to wake up. I would always excuse myself to do my tasks at my office and he would wait for me to finish.

I just ignored his comment as he opened the passenger door of his car, letting me in first. I did as he wanted and sat on the car seat. He then ran to the driver’s seat and took the maneruver.

The mall owner even welcomed us warmly with drinks and had a bit of conversation with Alpha Magnus before letting his employees serve us and cater to our needs.
We then entered a few stalls and Alpha Magnus let me choose.

Dimitri gave a wink at me and said, “I owe it to you this time, I’ll make sure to return the favor next time.” and he walked away, leaving the two of us alone.
I cleared my throat, “You’re too confident roaming around, didn’t you say that this time is dangerous for the both of us?”
“Yes it is. But I won’t let them have the advanatge, threatening and making us scared.” He said hardly. “Let them scrap and think they have the upperhand.”
He then grabbed my hand and motioned me to many more stores. I’ll really make his pockets hurt so much, that he’ll eventually give up on chasing me like this. Just wait, Alpha Magnus.
