Baron staggered backwards, sweat covering his skin. His eyes had suddenly turned bloodshot. "W-What did you do to me? How dare you..."
He sank to his knees, coughing up blood. "No" he gasped.
"I found out about your diabetic condition which you managed to hide for quite a long time" Xanthis said and Baron scowled at him.
"Not everyone is your victim. You're no match for the Monteros. Your time has expired, Baron" Xanthis said.
Valentino smirked, grabbing a whip. "There's something I've always wanted to do" he said, ripping off Baron's shirt.
He began to whip Baron who couldn't hold back his scream. There was a certain joy that it gave the brothers.
"Karma has bitten you in the ass. Rot in hell, bastard" Alexandre said and Ellise grinned.
Baron lay on the bloodied floor gasping for breath. He grabbed a gun and brought it to his temple.
"Oh no, you don't. You can't die so easily" Valentino said, kicking the gun out of his grip. It flew across the room and Alessio picked it up.
"You're going to die slowly, believe me... you're going to wish you never messed with us" Dre said and shot Baron on the knees.
"It's over" Noelle said, embracing Valentino.
"How did you guys know that he's into men?" Ellise asked.
Xanthis shrugged.
"We digged out the information. He's bisexual"
"Woah" Ellise muttered
"I can't believe Baron had been so lost in your beauty, he fell right into the trap" she said, embracing Dre who chuckled.
"We have to leave right away. We're leaving New York for good. It's time to live a new life" Xandre said.
"Oh, yeah. That's right. Let's go to Las Vegas. That place is so cool" Xanthis said.
Everyone stared at Xanthis intensely until he looked away.

WEEKS LATER,
Alexandre's and Ellise's wedding day was today and he was quite anxious. Being the big bad mafia boss had nothing to do with this day.
His hands were shaky, he could barely put on his bow tie properly.
"Jeez- Calm down, will you?" Xanthis said, grinning widely.
Dre rolled his eyes, turning away from him. Then, he heaved a sigh, staring out of the window.
"There's going to be a lot of responsibilities that comes with being a married man. What if I fuck this up? What if Ellise gets tired of me? What if I'm not a good family man? What if I won't be a great father? What-"
"Dre! Stop it!"
Dre winced, lowering his gaze.
"Enough with the what ifs. You love Ellise don't you?" Xanthis said, placing his hands on Dre's broad shoulders. "I love her, I really do"
"Of course, even if you answered in the negative, I would prove you wrong. You both are perfect for each other. You love each other and I think you're made for each other. Why would she get tired of you? She stuck with you through thick and thin, she healed you. She brought every piece of you together. She made you a better man. She taught you what it feels like to be loved again. I'm not saying that every marriage is perfect. It takes two imperfect people to build a home. A perfect marriage is a boring one. You and Ellise are bound to face challenges. How you handle them matters a lot. Push aside your fear and you'll see a brighter future with her"
Dre smirked.
"I'm impressed, Xan. You speak as if you are actually married" he said.
Xanthis shrugged, grinning from ear to ear. "I read a lot, duh. Besides, soon I'll get married"
"Really? You're planning to propose to Tasha?"
"Yup"
Dre smiled.
"I think it's time for me to go" he said. Xanthis smirked.
"You look perfect. I'll be there soon, Mr Montero" he said.

"My baby is getting married. She's becoming a real woman" Ellise's mum said as she cried happy tears. Ellise smiled and embraced her. "I'm still your baby girl, remember?" She said.
Her mother chuckled.
"I'm so proud of you, darling. I know you'll be happy with Alexandre" she beamed.
"You make such a beautiful bride. Look at you, you're all sparkly and gorgeous" Cecilia said, leading Ellise towards a full length mirror. She gasped in surprise. She looked gorgeous and felt beautiful.
The white wedding gown hugged her curves in the right places and it was really long. There was no doubt that it was a very expensive one. She took a deep breath. "I'm nervous. Like really nervous" she breathed.
"It's okay to be nervous. Trust me, things will get better. You're finally going to be legally married to the love of your life!" Gwen, the sweet lady who'd helped in getting Ellise ready said as she adjusted her veil.
"You look lovely, Lizzy! I love your dress!" Lilly said, embracing Ellise who leaned down and pressed a kiss to her forehead. She was wearing a white dress too.
"You're going to be a great mother and wife" Cecilia said and Ellise blushed. She could vividly imagine herself having Dre's baby.
"No need to be shy, hon. It's all good" Gwen said, pinching her cheeks lightly.
"I guess it's time. Don't keep the groom waiting" She said in a sing sing tone.
....
"-you may kiss your bride"
With joyous tears in Ellise's eyes, she kissed her husband passionately. Dre's heart was flip-flopping in his chest.
Finally, she had become his.
He was zoning out on most of the priests statements because he was stunned by Ellise's beauty. He was happy, he thought he would explode with it's intensity.
"-As man and wife...."
Everyone erupted in a loud cheers of celebration. It was beautiful, Ellie couldn't have asked for more.
At that moment, one of the guards walked up to Xandre with a grim expression on his face. "There's a woman at the entrance. She's been throwing tantrums. She obviously wants to ruin the wedding" he whispered.
Dre clenched his jaw. His cold gaze meeting the guard's wary gaze. "You know what to do. Get rid of her" he ordered. The guard gave a curt nod and left.

"No, Dominic. They just got married. Let's give it a month" Dmitri said to Dominic who sighed, plopping down on a sofa.
"I mean, this sounds so serious. The person doing this is really bent on blackmailing Xandre. Why would she say she has Dre's child? She also brought pictures of Dre doing drugs in a club! We both know that Dre was quite reckless after Olivia's fake death but this has gone far. Who the hell is this woman?" Dom sighed. "I wish I knew. I have the feeling that the woman who tried to interrupt the woman isn't the same woman that did this" Dmitri said.
Dominic ran a hand through his hair. "Fuck, why can't everything be normal even for once?"
"We have to wait a bit before telling Alex. Who knows? The blackmail might die down"
"I really don't know what to think, Dmitri. I don't know"

"I'm so glad this is finally over" Ellise said, brushing Dre's hair away from his face. His bright green eyes shone with love and admiration.
"I love you, Mrs Montero" Alexandre whispered as he kissed his wife lovingly. Ellise melted into her husband's arms. "I love you too, Mr Montero"
He grinned, lifting her into his arms. "You look so stunning tonight" he whispered darkly, his lips tracing her earlobe. She blushed, hiding her face against his muscular chest.
"Now, don't be shy" he said, smirking.
"I'm not shy, Dre. I'm yours.... take me.... I'm ready" she said, smiling coyly.
"Naughty girl" he said and she laughed. The night was young. The couple was having a great wedding night. Meanwhile, somewhere lurking around the shadows was another challenge. Yet, another obstacle as a feminine figure. She despised happy homes and she'd found her new target. She grinned, her white teeth reflecting dully in the darkness. Her long fingers rested on the wall as she gazed at the home of her new targets, the green eyed monster rearing up in her mind.
