Over a mystical world, patches of thick clouds hang around the sky in praise to reveal a beautiful land of thick green forests and colorful plants. Creatures of all types, sizes, shapes, and species lived freely within . Castron and The Albions, two neighboring kingdoms, were the most beautiful enchanted places in the world. It is said that nature was birthed here, where mythical creatures once lived freely in harmony and balance. But ... Now, a demarcation runs through the two kingdoms to the very end. This boundary, between Castron and The Albions, was heavily enforced with magical and physical barriers. These kingdoms were not at peace. Legions of Castron's knights guard the boundaries ready to fight and kill even the most harmless of the Albionians. They were enemies, but they had something in common. Two small Albionian creatures played with their mother. They were supernatural beings , uniquely blessed with shiny blue eyes, a floating ponytail, and a long furry tail. As they play and chatter, one flies through the boundary and is immediately shot and killed by an arrow from nowhere. It was their right, they should be safe, even closer to the boundary, but no! The Ruler of Castron is no chill for these creatures. The creatures disintegrate and ran for refuge. No one knew when they might be wiped out of existence by the Castrons. The mother wailed in pain as the eyes of the little one filled with agony, helplessness and loss. It just lost a sibling. Unfortunately, nothing could be done about it, unless they wanted to start a war. They fear the Castronians, mainly because of their weapons. Two of the more human-like Albionians, witnesses to this scenario, shared a sorrowful look. These Albionians were adorned with blue eyes, lively hair that swims in the air, and sharp nails. They were born of magic. Larger and more powerful than the other creatures, they preside equally over The Albions and do not need a ruler. On the other side, Castron had a ruler. King Thadius was in his late 40's. He sat glorified and exalted on his golden throne, wearing a crown of jewels, gemstones, and powerful magic. Proud and fulfilled, his willful obsession with power included the desire to rule over The Albions. But, it was a moment to remember the times, when they had something real together, with peace and love. **** Lord Grant'Ik was the ruler of Castron, father to King Thadius, and he ruled well. Matters of the Albion interested him so much that he involved their high priestess in the decision making of his land and theirs, in his royal court. Although not all his chiefs were okay with it, they had no choice. He was loved and supported by the people. In time, The Castron and the Albions were inseparable. But even at that, they kept their boundaries, their beliefs, principles and laws were still kept sacred to them. They also established a common law to maintain their strong relationship and alliance. The people of Castron and The Albions were allowed to be in a relationship, but , there shall never be an offspring in the course of their relationships. This decision was made by Castron Chiefs and Albions' high priestess because they feared that there might be another species, that would likely turn out to be higher breeds, and if they did, there was a high chance of these species being dangerous to the land, and that would definitely destroy their long lasting relationship and alliance. But, it had a better side, those species would be much more powerful and stronger, and would carry in their hearts and souls, a never-quenching light and energy, that can keep their unity, peace, and prosperity forever, and their lifespan longer. So, the species were either good or bad. It was a chance they would never ever take. Over the next few years, they lived happily and everything went well. The law was kept of course, and because it was a crucial matter, a parliament of two Albions' high priestess and two refined Knights of Castron was set to check it, and they were also tasked to punishing offenders, by killing the offspring, if there would be any. Everything was going good, until one day… They received a warning sign. The law had been broken! A new species would exist, and would rule over them selfishly, unless they stop the madness process. Words were sent out, searches were carried out all through the lands, they did all they could. They tried to locate the Carrier of this species, but they never succeeded. The parliament feared that they had been way too incapable to do the work, they feared that they might have to take the blame and the consequences, if any would be up. So, without warning, without word, they dismantled the parliament. And surprisingly, Lord Grant'Ik didn't oppose the decision, he agreed. And that was it, the law stood but there was no watch, no checkmating. And in secret thereafter, Lord Grant'Ik met with one of the high priestess on multiple occasions, and for some unknown reasons, the high priestess became closer to him. **** It wasn't until one year after the incident that Lord Grant'Ik had a son, his very first son, Heir of Castron. And as tradition would have it, a day came when the people of Castron and The Albions were all gathered in the high mountain of Castron, it was a day to remember, not only because Lord Grant'Ik had a heir, but also, because there was no queen. The son was lifted up in the sky and named Thadius. What they never knew was the boy's mother. And it was left untold, for no one dared to question Lord Grant'Ik. Thadius grew up to be a very strong, willful, intelligent and courageous prince, and his father especially, saw a very great king the lands would ever have. He saw the future of Castron and The Albions in him. But, although prince Thadius was doing well enough as a child without a mother, he had to be taught, taken care of, and be shown motherly love because it was as important. His father was way too busy to do everything for him. Lord Grant'Ik then sought after the services of a beautiful maiden to be a mother to Thadius. Everything was good. In the times that followed thereafter, the beautiful maiden became pregnant for Lord Grant'Ik, he was more than happy that he was going to have a son, and finally, Thadius' brother, it was a good picture he painted. **** One year later, Epheus was born. Lord Grant'Ik was very pleased. He made the beautiful maiden his wife but never his queen. Lord Grant'Ik died several years later, and Thadius was made King, a king The Albions wished never existed. King Thadius got so fed up with the peace that existed, and the relationship between Castron and The Albions. He questioned every council decision concerning the two lands, he started separating matters of Castron from matters of the Albions, he dropped the way of his father, his legacies and dreams to chase after his personal quest for power and wealth, even though he had more than enough. Epheus' mother left the royal house. The Albions were no longer included in anything, so the high priestesses and the royal councilors from the Albions left Castron. Castron never had enemies, even if there were any, they would be crushed together with their kingdom for Castron was very strong and mighty. And that's what irritated King Thadius the most, so he sought after creating an enemy, he sought after a strong opponent, so he made The Albions enemies of Castron. He cut ties between the two lands and had boundaries set up. Lord Grant'Ik must had been ashamed of his son, the "great king" in his grave. What they never realized was that King Thadius was the chance they never wanted to take. **** … Many years passed, and the enemity continued. One day, Thadius, admiring his kingdom from his palace, thought to himself, "My ancestors will be proud. The legends of Castron will be proud too. And my generation? Wait until all power belongs to me." He could feel Castron’s legends and his ancestors standing with him. Not long after his self-praising, a wizard made his way into the palace. He brought a message and King Thadius was going to hear him out for sure. As he revealed and unrolled an ancient scroll, King Thadius anticipated that the Gods had something for him, or better still, to glorify him. When the Gods send a message, be it good or bad, no one, no power, no force, not even the king could stop it or render it useless. The wizard bowed to the king, as it was mandatory. "Yes,speak" said the king, as he motioned him to read it out. He drew his ear to listen, so eager to know. The wizard began: "So ye listen and bid ye to the hands of the Gods written on the mountains, through the sun fires of Castron, for all creatures both near and beyond, that an heir will be born unto Castron…" The king smiled, but it wouldn't be wise to stop the messenger half way, for there was much still left to hear. "...and he shall be known as Castro. The Gods have endowed him with the spirit of the legendary white winged stallion horseman. He shall be the guardian of Castron. He looked up to the king, and then continued. But, this time, he read as if he had done something wrong, for verily he knew that his majesty would be angered. Nevertheless, the god had spoken, and no one would interfere. So, the wizard went on.
"And an heiress unto The Albions who shall be the light over the lands. And there will come a marriage of the heir and the heiress. For the unification of Castron and The Albions, a son from Castron and a daughter from The Albions for a legendary marriage. Castro shall conquer with his Sky Heirs" There was a momentary silence. The king was displeased. He was angry and furiosity ruled his eyes. At the same time, he laughed at the prophecy. For he thought that he was greater, but truly, he didn't understand the last part. However, King Thadius wanted all the power, not peace and unity. He wanted to take over The Albions’ light essence. Deep inside of The Albions, lies a sacred place where the tiny light essence sparkles moon blue. King Thadius wouldn't dare give his own son, heir of Castron, to The Albions, let alone marry one of them. He will be corrupted. He will fall out, he believed.
