Stiff drunk down, with his imagination running wild around tina's lips and her other friend lips. Plus the fat women bursty cleavage. As the groove was  on, a certain man came in and greeted every one. He came to where they were  sitting and sat near  prieto, he gave a pledge of 50naira for the ladies, as a traditional rite welcoming them. Tina and the rest of them accepted the money, and the paper note was giving to the occult ground looking lady. Later on, prieto started feeling pressed and excused himself from their midst to eased, at the back of his mother's kitchen at the place they resides. His mother wasn't at home, after he finished letting off the steam, he decided to go back to the groove. Just as soon as he got there to enter into the house, Nzeribe quickly excused himself, greeted them and said; we are about to take our leave. Forcing Prieto to come along with him. why Nzeribe had to act the way he did was because, he felt insecure about prieto entrance  after excusing them to ease himself. Perhaps, his matter has been discussed amongst the ladies and they held an upper hands against Nzeribe.
The next day, Prieto  got himself well dressed. he came to Nzeribe's place, waiting for Nzeribe to get himself prepared. By 5pm, the both of them were set for the evening burial ceremony. They proceeded to the ceremonial ground, at Obi ikolobie. On getting there, Nzeribe call prieto to have some sticks of cigarette with him, at a short distance store not far, from the ceremonial ground. In tips, Nzeribe was burning his cigarette already and prieto was sipping on  gin. They both drifted to a particular corner, not visible to people’s eyes.
After Prieto and Nzeribe fiinished what they went doing, they went straight to where they can get a place to sit. Prieto was looking extra good on a blue straped white shirt and a brown chinos. Well ironed trousers. His  shoes, black and well shinny polished. Nzeribe was in brown native attire. Soon they brought the chairs, Nzeribe told Prieto to get two chairs so they could sit. Prieto objected! saying to Nzeribe; that does he look like one of those hired to come arrange chairs? Let the people responsible for the organization bring it here,He said. Nzeribe  could not utter more words in the light of Prieto’s charisma. They brought them two sits, Prieto had one to sit on while Nzeribe took the other chair. There were four canopies, two of each were arrange facing each other oppositely. At the side where Prieto and his brother sat, two others were arrange facing themselves oppositely. There was a space at the middle of the four canopies. The canopy to the left side from Prieto’s canopy were the high life musicians. At the middle of this canopies, was the coffin of the dead woman place at the center of the table. At the ceremony ground were old women, youths, grand children of the deceased and as well as some invited guest from outside the village.
Prieto asked Nzeribe how old the dead woman was? Nzeribe said; he would not know but he knows she is old enough. Prieto pressed his discussion forward saying; look at them dancing and spraying money on the dead woman coffin, am sure when she was alive they will barely give her helping hands. Nzeribe answered; when she was alive I knew her to walk down to her farm without a bicycle.  Prieto busted into an arrogant laughter, with sway of his face at the right side where the invited guest cars were parked. There he saw Tina. She was looking as fine as hell,  with a red gloss romantically glittering on her lips. Her friends were all with her and they were looking good. Prieto’s mood changed, recalling back at the last body language expressions of drinking spree they all had. Especially, the one with Tina. Tina sat in the canopy, right hand side to Prieto's region. Prieto told Nzeribe about their presence, but he was too much of a manly attitude. He attempted not to Look at them. Only having their awareness to himself. At the park Tina was looking at them, before she went sitting. She sat where prieto could see her, at the opposite way of the canopy. she sat beside the occult ground looking woman and she was looking at the both brothers direction. They both were looking at prieto like some kind of light, the kind of light that wasn’t easily extinguish; The kind of light, difficult to gain entrance into a house hold in the first place, but once it gained entrance, it remained there forever. At the back of where prieto and Nzeribe was sitting, to the left were men in their own clan, the 'mc'of the occasion was calling and making references pertaining to the orders of ceremony. To mention, were some frustrated looking people too at the ceremonial event. Village lunatics and alcoholic, all acting in a way to make  their presence felt. Just in turn, to get a good Samaritan to give them money.
One of Tina’s friend, the lady with a child came to where prieto and Nzeribe sat, and ask them what they will like to take. Nzeribe requested for a bottle of star and she ask prieto too. To cease the moment, since Prieto came with Nzeribe to the ceremony. He himself ordered for a bottle of star. Nzeribe interrupted the ladies question, on account to make choice of drink for Prieto. Her face went pale, telling Nzeribe; let the guy make his choice; Prieto just had to keep calm, not to cause any further alarm but was displease inside of him. The lady brougth the drink to them, non chilled drink.
