Alexandra scoffed and glanced at the three who sat adjacent to each other, she had gotten inside in a fit of rage, but could she really do anything to them? She just couldn't believe her eyes, how did they get in? It must surely be Peter since he often visits, but the password was changed except if he spied on her. Why was everything messed up since a week now? Could these siblings have a hand in this scenario that was happening in her life? She had lot of questions bothering her, but who was going to give her answers?
“You could join in the celebration” Linda offered with a chuckle breaking the silence.
“How could you all… Don't you have shame?.. she's not dead!” Alexandra barked, which made Peter rub his ears.
“Do you mean her ghost?” Perry jests.
“You can't claim a house without legal consent!” She pressed on, pointing a finger at Peter.
“I think I've heard enough of this old lady…call a guard to take her out!” Perry ordered, pouring himself a glass of wine.
“What! You're going to throw me out! For saying the truth! Stop this madness!”
“We would have treated you nice but well you choose to be against us, and sorry for the loss, I know she means a lot to you but not me!” Peter solicited and Linda sniffed.
“She's so mean, I had always hated her! So full of herself, now she's dead” Linda cursed in regrets. Alexandra couldn't even ask how they got into the house, these humans must have drafted the plan while she was away.
“I won't let you achieve your aims! Never!” She yelled back at them.
“Oh this woman and her threat, how long will the men we hire get here! She's causing a fuse her!” Perry cried. Alexandra studied the three of them, what could she probably do?
“Did you have hands in Julie's abduction?” She questioned as the three laughed. Alexandra was waiting for a reply when two men set out to drag her out, but she warned them not to touch her that she would leave herself, and before she left, she said to these siblings.
“Watch out for me! It's not the end”
“Oh I'm having goosebumps… let's call an exorcist…to wade off evil from this mansion” Linda wailed pacing to and fro.
“Don't tell me you're scared of her little threats?" Perry questioned, grinning at her. Linda smirked at him.
“She kept saying miss Lucy's alive…what if there was fact in that?..”
“Could you not ruin this moments, Linda with your superstitious thoughts!” Perry beckoned and his phone rang.
“It must be your wife! Oh! women…” Peter teased and Linda stroke his back hard,
“No one listens to me!”
“She's dead! Stop bringing out this matter up and let's face how to forge a fake document, okay?” Peter snapped, leaving the room to address the men which he had called to guard the house on what to do. Alexandra was now outside the gates staring at the building, why did miss Lucy have to run away instead of facing the truth? Her entertainment company was already clearing up her name and for those after her life including that of Julie's would have been soughed out by the police. Why didn't she just come back? Now everyone would believe she's dead and everything was just going to be normal except for some prognoses who wants to strive on with the case. Alexandra definitely has to do something about the turn of events, these siblings might be the villains all from the start.
The cool breeze blew pass Brian, who sat in a garden opposite a man whom people referred to as a mafia. The man lit a cigarette and blew the smoke on Brian's face, who smirked at him.
“Are you in or not?” He beckoned and Brian shook his head.
“I would double the price… don't be heartless” he petitioned, stamping his feet.
“Let's change location” Brian snapped and the man scoffed.
“Uhmm let's see… where exactly?” He asked, and Brian stood up.
“Mexico” he denoted, staring at the garden of roses.
“Why Mexico? There's nothing relating there…” He suddenly stops his speech when Brian glared at him.
“It's fine by me then…so when should I book the flight?” He questioned, burning with anger while Brian faked a smile.
“But your brother has to know this boy” Brian turned his gaze at the man and chuckled.
“That's if you tell him…” Brian cautioned, and a guard standing beside the man motioned a sign to the mafia.
“So it's a yes from you?”
“It's nice doing business with you” Brian responded, walking out of him and the mafia understood his phrase.
“Why can't we just kill him?” The guard whispered, and the mafia grinned.
“That's because he's a weapon” he replied, hoisting the smoke of his cigarette.
“I still have my doubt about him, he's a detective”
“I doubt so, more like a spy… keep an eye on him” the mafia concluded, leaving the garden.
Brian arrived home late and quickly, he walked into the bathroom to take a shower, when he was done, he went to the sitting room and picked up his laptop which sat on the table to check a voice record. He had left a bug tracking device among the flowers close to the Mafia and with this, he could detect the Mafia's intentions might be.
“I'm not going alone…” He muttered and slammed the computer. He then groaned because his phone rang, he caught a glimpse of the caller's name and sighed. He had thought it was Oliver but rather it was Alisha, wasn't she saying she was going for a vacation outside the country.
“Speak up and don't delay…”. She giggled on the phone and he scoffed.
“Yes sir'e I shall report all I got, she mimicked, and he smiled.
“I just called to remind you that Today's…” She paused, agonizing her words.
“Father's memorial service…we would love it if you just show your face” she continued. Brian delayed before he could give her a reply.
“Weren't you out of the country?”
