Brian and miss Lucy walked towards the exit door of the casino wearing a different outfit, all thanks to the guest they found in the restroom whom they left naked besides, those two were about to have sex anyway. Miss Lucy noticed that guards stood by the exit door and checked every face that passed by. Brian held miss Lucy's hand and diverted his directions to the center of the casino where people were crowded, and they were still playing to their satisfaction.
“A little distraction would do” he beckoned on her, and she nodded while walking towards the tables were most player that lost poured out their frustrations. Miss Lucy stop at the one that mostly affluent people, they were playing the dark jack and climbed onto the table like though she was going to perform a dance. All eyes suddenly turned to her. She was glowing in the dim light which made men want her badly. She kicked all the cards and chuckled at everyone who had gathered around.
“What the fuck!” One the player lamented glaring at this crazy woman who began to dance some romantic moves with her face covered in mask.
“Not bad!” The second player commented licking his lips. Brian wasn't expecting her to do that but as long as it would lead to their escape, it was fine them. The noise was getting louder than expected which drew the attention of the guards outside. A sudden fight had started again but this time, it wasn't a one man, but almost everyone fought against each other on who was going to have miss Lucy on bed. Miss Lucy jumped down from the table and one of the men there grab her hand attempting to kiss her, but Brian pouched him hard and dragged miss Lucy out of this chaotic place. Once they stepped outside, they began to run. Miss Lucy kept staring at Brian who held her by the wrist and was running with her, but she was weak to run because she had managed to dance with a strained ankle, and now it was getting swollen up. Brian must have noticed that she was hurt and carried her in his arms as he ran with her, she kept staring at him and kept fixed eyes on his chest that rubbed against her, she could feel his heartbreak and his sweat that dripped on her face. He got to where he parked his car and kept her in the back wing to lay down and rest while he drove away with speed. Miss Lucy glanced at her leg and then her gown which was now covered in blood. She stretched her hand to Brian who was still driving and as she tried to say a word, she collapsed.

It was dawn and Julie had woken up quite late since it was weekend. She stood up and strolled towards miss Lucy's room slowly. She knocked on it but no reply. Probably miss Lucy might be asleep. For Vanessa, she doesn't come to work on weekends, which meant only she and her mother during such day and now, miss Lucy was snubbing her. Julie paced to the sitting room and yawn innocently, patiently waiting for miss Lucy. Perhaps she might start the day with scolding as usual. She smiled naughtily to herself while standing up to work out in the room. Intentionally making loud sounds for miss Lucy to wake up, but there was no response, after a while, she went on and banged miss Lucy's door.
“She must be exhausted… it's not like she's hardworking either!” Julie mocked running back into the room.
Miss Lucy opened her eyes slowly, her vision was blurry, and she closed them back. In a little time, she opened them again and found everywhere looking white. She was fixed on oxygen and was regaining consciousness slowly. Miss Lucy attempted to rise, but a nurse ran up to her and held her through the back to lay back down. She saw Brian coming close to her to see if she was truly awake since the nurse had informed him so. He glanced at right side of her body which was bandage because she had a deep cut there, but it was a relief that it didn't damage any of her organs. Miss Lucy turned her gaze away from him feeling embarrassed to stare at him in the eye. He held her palm and clocked his fingers with her. He must have noticed how ashamed she felt through her facial expressions as tears were now following from her eyes. Furthermore, he couldn't ask her any questions either but was trying to make her comfortable beside him.
“You would be fine” he assured, and then she gasped looking the window.
“It's dawn… Julie! She all alone!” She panicked rising to climb down from the bed and Brian held her feet from touching the ground. They were cold on his palm as he was stooping and staring at her legs.
“You're hurt, you can't go home like this” he cautioned, and she pushed obliged to his saying.
“Thanks for helping, but I need to return home, she must be waiting for me to wake up” he muttered and as she stood on her feet, she almost fell down; however, she was caught by Brian just in time. She closed her eyes in pain as he placed her back on the stretcher.
“I will bring her here”
“How can I trust you?” She snapped and he smirked at her.
“It's your choice…” He responded annoyed while glancing at his watch.
“What would I tell her If she finds me here?” Miss Lucy fumed groaning because her head was aching.
“What do people do in the hospital?” Brian questioned and she glared at him.
“I locked the house while coming…well…” She paused not certain if to tell Brian where she kept the keys.
“Where is the key?”
“Ash! Why are you so swift to knowing where the key is…you might be a kidnapper though” she beckoned, and he swallowed hard.
