Malisa's thoughts.

I was very Suprised by Aiden's attitude, he was kinder and nicer than I thought.
I still can't help, but think about what his ulterior motive for being so nice to me is.
Though I am not aware of what it was but I somehow feel like it won't hurt me in any way and might even help me.
Does that sound crazy? Or stupid?
I am not sure about that.
Anyways, I tried clearing my mind as I headed to Mary's room.
I got in and found the latter sleeping, I stared at her for minutes before deciding to leave but before I could take a step, I heard her mumbling, " please don't go. "
I was confused so I moved closer to her and held her hand, " Are you alright, Mary? " I asked with concern.
Then, her eyes opened slowly as she stared at me, " I am fine, Sis. I just feel very exhausted. " She replied.
" Um.. okay. I guess I'll have to leave then. " I said.
" No! Please don't leave me! " She protested as she grabbed unto my hands.
" I also need to rest now, Mary. I'll be back later. "
" Why don't you just rest here instead? " She said.
" Do you think that's okay? This is your room and not mine. "
" It's okay. I insist. Please don't leave me. I feel very scared alone. " She said softly.
" Alright. " I replied as I settled down on the bed beside her, she then turned to face me, she smiled a little before holding my hand and fell back asleep.
I also fell asleep not long after too.

I was able to successfully get the thoughts of that Malisa girl out of my head later on and at last, I was able to focus solely on work.
I finished with the documents I was reading and then went towards my room, I was about to unlock my room door when I changed my route all of a sudden and walked towards my sister's room.
I opened the door slowly.
The sight that greeted me was breathtaking, My sister and Malisa lied face to face on the bed holding hands.
They looked more like blood sisters as they lay there sleeping peacefully.
It was like a picture brought straight from the magazine as they both portrayed White and black beauty.
I couldn't help but take a picture of their posture with my cell phone.
It was just too eye-pleasing.
Realizing that the room might feel too cold for them, I took a blanket and covered them both carefully.
I then stared at them with a smile before going out of the room.
That sight to the behold was one thing I would never forget.
I went to my room and was about to lie on my bed when my cellphone rang making me pause.
After glancing at the Caller's ID I answered the call.
" Hello, Boss. " The person from the other end greeted.
" Um, What did you find? "
" The one behind all of this is Delilah Peters, the owner of a fashion boutique in town. Her husband Desmond Peters is currently the CEO of Moonlight Hotel and suites, one of the biggest and largest hotels in town, because of this, she often feels like the whole world is under her feet and that everyone must learn to respect her. "
" Oh, So what happened that made her do what she did? "
" Well, she went to the mall to purchase dolls for her Three-year-old daughter. And at that time when she was in the doll session, the two young madams were there so, she bullied them, she succeed at first but failed at the second attempt so this made her annoyed and she decided to deal with them. "
" Oh... Interesting. Does she have any secret she's hiding? "
" She has gotten lots of skeletons in her closet, Boss. " He replied.
" Okay. You Know what to do. " He said sternly.
" I do, Boss. I'll get to work immediately. "
" Umm.. " he replied Simply as he hung up the call.
He dropped his phone on the bedside table before lying on his bed to take a nap.
Approximately two hours later, the internet blew up as a scandal was revealed.
The headlines were.
* Delilah Peters, wife of the well-known owner of Moonlight hotel and club, the awful secret is revealed.
* Delilah Peters revealed to be the owner of a prostituting organization.
* Delilah Peter's involvement in the trafficking of innocent young women and children.
* Delilah Peters accused of brutally killing a young woman after ' borrowing ' her womb.
* Delilah Peters, being a demon in disguise.
* Delilah Peters, the cruelest woman in history.
The internet was in a total uproar as the netizens began giving their opinions.
While some claimed all of this to be false, others argued with them.
Immediately the news came out, Shareholders began withdrawing their shares from moonlight hotel and club.
Though Desmond Peters wasn't involved in this but because he was married to the criminal, he somehow got entangled in the mess.
The Ruthlessly rich man was turned into a poor debtor in just hours all because of his wife!
Delilah Peters who was involved in all of this suffered a crueler fate, When she received the news, she immediately planned to leave the country in a disguise but she wasn't so lucky as she was recognized on her way to the airport despite her being in a disguise, her rare red hair sold her out.
She didn't bother dying her hair, since she thought no one would recognize her, but she was wrong.
She was completely disgraced by the women and young girls at the airport, if not for the airport security men who came to her rescue, she would have been stripped naked and beaten black and blue.
When she thought she was safe, her husband, Desmond Peters appeared from nowhere at the airport and gifted her three tight slaps on her cheeks which made her lose her balance as she fell to the ground.
Before she could fathom what wwhat as going on, a divorce agreement paper was thrown at her face.
She wanted to speak up but before she could, she was forced to sign the papers by her husband and after which was taken away by some police officers.
She was sentenced to life imprisonment and hard labor.
All this happened in just 24hrs!!!
All because she offended someone she shouldn't have!
