Unknown to Grazziena, Lumaro the next day, visited Governor Draeko in his office; he has something in his mind, something that will blow the mind of his rival in the heart of Grazziena.

Cynthia, Governor Draeko’s Assistant was amazed to see a Greek God look-alike man, in front of her asking if Governor Draeko is inside his office and if he will be allowed to speak with him.

“Miss, can I speak with Governor Draeko please?” Lumaro repeated his query to Cynthia, smiling.

“Oh, I’m sorry; please let me check first. May I know your name please,” Cynthia replied as if awakened from a deep sleep.

Lumaro smiled. “Please tell your kind Governor, it is Lumaro; he knows me.”

Cynthia nodded to Lumaro as if mesmerized. She stood up and knocked on to Governor Draeko’s room.

“Come in Cynthia.” The Governor said when he heard the knock and saw Cynthia’s face popped-up from the door.

“Governor Draeko, someone is looking for you. He said you know him; his name is Lumaro.” Cynthia informed Governor Draeko whose forehead suddenly furrowed.

“Yes, I know him but I do not have an appointment with him today.” Governor Draeko replied with wonder in his expression.

“Should I let him in Governor?” Cynthia asked wondering too.

Governor Draeko thought for a while then nodded. “Alright, let him in Cynthia.”

Cynthia smiled. “Well noted Governor. Excuse me.”

Governor Draeko was still wondering why Lumaro visited him when the man’s head suddenly showed at his office’s door.

“Come in Lumaro.” Governor Draeko said, motioning to Lumaro to have a seat on the sofa inside his office.

“Thank you Governor for letting me in despite the fact that I do not have an appointment and I know you are busy,” Lumaro stated as he takes his seat.

“Anything that I can help you with Lumaro?”

“Yes, it is about Grazziena.” Lumaro said while looking intently at Governor Draeko.

“Pardon Lumaro?” with squinting eyes, Governor Draeko looked at his visitor.

“Governor Draeko, I am here to talk about Grazziena.” Lumaro reiterated, that his confidence was unwavering.

“What about my Grazziena Lumaro?” Governor Draeko gave emphasis on the word “my Grazziena”.

“Our Grazziena Governor Draeko.” Lumaro said with seriousness in his voice.

Governor Draeko’s eyes squinted more as he heard what Lumaro have said.

“Excuse me Lumaro? Grazziena is my girlfriend, my soon-to-be wife. Clarify yourself as I could not comprehend your statement.” Governor Draeko with clenched teeth told Lumaro, who stayed calm and collected.

“Governor Draeko, Grazziena’s world is not here; she is destined to be my Queen in our place. I am soon to be the head of our village, where Grazziena originally came from. Grazziena’s heart and my heart were intertwined the moment we were born. She was destined for me since birth.” Lumaro said with confidence while looking like a hawk to Governor Draeko. With what he said, he doubt if Governor Draeko would not act violently.

Governor Draeko stood up glaring at Lumaro with a mix of anger and confusion. “What are you talking about Lumaro?!”

“If Grazziena has not mentioned this to you yet, I suggest you and Grazziena should talk. I am the only one who could cure the curse against her.” Lumaro continued making Governor Draeko more confuse and oozing with madness.

Trying to control his temper, Governor Draeko looked at Lumaro with fierceness. “Lumaro, at the onset that I saw you, I felt your interest in my Grazziena. Please leave now, you cannot change whatever I feel for Grazziena. You cannot win over me when it comes to Grazziena because I love her no matter what.” His voice was firm.

Lumaro smirked. “Let me see Governor Draeko if you could accept her fully, the moment you will find out the real Grazziena. I suggest, you invite her to your mansion and do not let her go until midnight. See what will happen to her and tell me if you still love her and accepts her whoever she is. Governor Draeko, Grazziena is not human,” he said and thereafter left Governor Draeko’s office after excusing himself.

Governor Draeko was left astounded, with his heartbeats heaving so speedily.
"Grazziena is not human." This statement of Lumaro kept on ringing in Governor Draeko's head.
"If ... if my Grazziena is not human, what is she?" he asked himself with much confusion now. He needs to know, he ought to know the truth about Grazziena.
