By eight o’clock in the evening; Governor Draeko and Grazziena have been served by the mansion’s Mayordoma with all of Grazziena’s favorite dishes, from seafood to chicken plus her favorite avocado-flavored ice cream as a dessert.
Grazziena wanted to laugh; she is like a prisoner who is about to be taking her last supper before she will take her seat on the electric chair for her execution. Yes, it is as if, her heart will be electrified because she knew, that losing Draeko might be the death of her heart; the death of her as a whole.
Grazziena glanced at the food on the table but she could not start to eat. She could not find any stamina to devour the food on the table. She is getting fidgety every minute that the time is getting nearer to midnight.
“Sweetheart, don’t you like the food? They are all your favorites right?” Draeko asked worriedly.
Grazziena nodded. “They are all my favorites Draeko; it is not about the food. Don’t mind me,” she said softly and tried to smile with Draeko.
“Are you not feeling well?” still with worry on his face, Draeko asked again. He could sense that something is wrong with Grazziena, which he could not comprehend yet.
“I’m fine Sweety. Come on let’s just eat.” Grazziena tried to eat to show Draeko that she is fine and there is nothing for him to worry about.
Seeing Grazziena eat already, somehow made Draeko relax. He did not know what awaits him this midnight. He is actually puzzled about what Grazziena is going to show to him, but whatever it is, he is sure that it will not gonna change what he feels for her; it will not change whatever they have now.
By ten o’clock in the evening; Grazziena and Governor Draeko are on the mansion’s balcony, looking at the moon whose light seemed to cover the whole balcony, where they are standing.
Grazziena focused her eyes on the moon and remembered what she had read before about the Goddess of Wolves. They called them Moon Goddess. May be Moon Goddess resides on the moon or she, herself is the moon. “Hmm, can I also pray to you Moon Goddess?”, Grazziena asked murmuring but eventually shrugged her shoulders. She is just trying to make things light for her actually. She wanted to forget that she only has a remaining more than one and a half hours to enjoy the night with Draeko.

They stayed on the balcony for a while and by quarter to midnight, Grazziena made a deep breath, looked at Draeko, and smiled. “Let us get inside now, Sweetheart," she said as she gave her hand to Draeko.
Draeko nodded as he got hold of Grazziena’s hand and led her to the master’s bedroom. “You can sleep here sweetheart unless you wanted to stay with me in my room.” He winked at her teasing her.
Grazziena smiled. “Draeko, please stay with me here,” she said in a very low voice. She looked at him wanting to savor his look in her memory.
Draeko smiled widely, “Are you sure, Sweetheart?”
“Yes. Remember? I told you, I am going to show you something about me. Whatever you will feel, whatever would be your decision, I will not blame you Draeko; I will understand.” Grazziena looked down and resisted her tears from falling.
“Alright; I am getting nervous now Sweety.” Draeko looked at Grazziena seriously. His curiosity is growing.
When Grazziena checked her wristwatch, she suddenly closed her eyes. It is only two minutes more. “Draeko, please close the door. Lock it please," she softly muttered, her voice starting to quiver.
Wondering what Grazziena is up to, Draeko closed and locked the door with a smile on his face. He then faced Grazziena grinning. Something is playing in his mind. Is she going to surprise him?
“Now look at me Draeko; Sweetheart. I will call you Sweetheart, as this may be the last time that I will be calling you this Draeko. I love you, Sweetheart,” Grazziena whispered while looking at Draeko, who is still smiling. She focused her attention on Draeko as she does not want to miss anything from him, the moment he saw her in her ugly wolf form.
Draeko was about to step forward to embrace Grazziena when a ray of light suddenly flashed and enveloped Grazziena’s whole body. It was like, watching dancing lights for a minute.
Draeko has been startled. His eyes were wide and he felt frozen. He could not understand what was happening. If it was a kind of magic, he could not understand how it happened. His mouth fell open with astonishment.
