Her mother approached her slowly, and she's still doesn't know what to do, as to whether to touch her or not. Her lips parted as her gaze traveled from her head to toe. "What happened? Why did your hair suddenly fall out, Halia? " Her mother asked her frightened. He also looked at her mother. "I don't know Mother," she replied shaking her head. "As far as I know, this is the proof that I am the new owner of the magical bow," she assured. But her father shook his head. “No! That magical bow will continue to make you abnormal, Halia. This is not what I dreamed for you— ” “But Father! I am the savior of today's generation," she insisted." We cannot escape this. I am the new owner of the magical bow and I cannot fail to play it, Father," she added. Her father just wiped the sweat on his face. “But Halia, you are not safe with that. Especially when the vampires find out, that you are their opponent. They will bother you. They will hurt you or maybe even kill you! ” Her father shouted in fear. She shook her head. “They can't do that to me. Because they have tried to get me several times but they have not succeeded— ” "What?" Her parents exclaimed and both of their eyes widened in shock. "My friend Werewolf always saves me in the jungle," she said calmly. "I've been with him or her a few times fighting vampires and he or she's strong compared to them— I don't know if it's a boy or girl— even though the vampires have four or five allies they can't beat us. And this magical bow," she said and looked at the magical bow she was holding “Has killed some vampires. Let's just say I've killed three or four vampires using this Father, Mother. " "Oh my god!" Cried her mother. "You killed those vampires in the forest, Halia?" her mother asked loudly. She nodded, "With my friend Werewolf." Her mother faced her father depressed. They even hugged each other as if they were didn't know what to do with her. She just sighed because she still knew in herself that no matter what she did her parents would never understand her. "I have to rest Mother," she said sighing and leaving in front of them. She immediately entered their house and got on inside her room. In front of her big mirror, she stared at herself. She was amazed at her beautiful being and long hair. Even her skin seemed to have never been experienced the heat of sunlight. She knew in herself that it was a sudden change of hers would have many questions of other people in their family. This is not normal in the eyes of others. She was sure that many would be flabbergasted when they saw her. From inside her room, she could feel someone watching her. With her window opened she looked there to see whoever was watching her from outside. It was a morning to think that maybe it's Brimo was looking at her from a distance. Because Brimo is not in the habit of going up to her window during the day. He prefers to enter her room at night just to flirt with her. She went to her window to see who it was. From her room, she saw a guy looking at her in the distance. When she started at his posture, he was not just a guy. He was handsome and she could recognize him as the son of a rich man but she wondered because he was standing on the side where that path leads to the forest. She was currently looking at that guy when her phone rang. In such a situation she was confused as to what she would do first. Will the call on her phone she would be answered or will the guy looking at her she will go? But her phone continued to ring. She was forced to pick it up from her bed and was immediately answered because it was Brimo who called her. "I miss you," he said softly immediately on the other line. "I miss you too," there was nothing in her mind in responding to him, and her eyes were on the guy outside their house. "I think you're not, it's obvious from your words," Brimo complained. “Sorry. There was the guy who was looking at me here in my room, but I didn't know hi—” she stopped speaking when the guy suddenly neared the concrete fence of their house in a blink. "Vampire," she whispered as Brimo heard that on the other line. "What?" Brimo exclaimed in panic into the phone. "There's a vampire in our house!" she blurted “No. This can't be! Don't go out of your house, Halia! I'm on my way!" Brimo instructed quickly to her. In a blink of an eye, the vampire disappeared. She panicked threw her phone on her bed and then took the magical bow that was also placed on the top of it. “Mother! Father! " She immediately called to her parents in a panic as she came down the stairs. She stopped when she saw them in the living room and the door was closed. They looked at him worriedly. “Why?” Her father asked her in astonishment. She took a step back and up the stairs while shaking her head to them when she realized that they are safe. "Nothing." She went back to her room and peeked out the window again. She saw the guy as he still looked at her and soon he ran away into the forest. She looked aggressively down from her window. It was too high and she wasn’t sure if she could beat that. She tilted her head to her door and it opened but she could not see her parents in the living room. When she realized that her parents could not see her, she faced the window again. She wasn't sure if she could jump out of her window but she bravely did. She was almost cried out in pain when she fell to the ground because her hip was hurt. But soon she felt the pain in her hip was disappeared. She got up immediately and ran out of their gate carrying her magical bow. She reached the river and looked around. But she saw nothing. She looked on at the horizon and large rocks were there. She looked behind her and there were also large rocks and clear water. To her left, are trees, and to her right, she saw also trees and that way where she from when he came. She continued walking until she reached the core part of the river. She still doesn't see anyone. The surroundings were still quiet, and she could only hear the flow of water. "Where is he?" She whispered. For a few moments, she kept sensing around until she felt something strange. Someone was nearing. And in a flicker, someone suddenly appeared in front of her with little distance from her. "Are you chasing me because you know what I am, or are you chasing me because I'm handsome?" The guy said arrogantly to her. She frowned, "You're so arrogant to say you're handsome," she said as she glared and pointed an arrow at him. "I'm chasing you because I know you have fangs!" The guy cackled. She didn't feel afraid of him because he didn't look scary. No woman is afraid of the handsome guy unless he shows his fang. "They're right, you're brave," he commented as he stepped closer to her. "You're amazing, and I'm sure if you join us—" "You will never make me be one of you," she insisted, and she glared at him. He raised an eyebrow, “You don't want to live forever? As you're not to be old? You will stay beautiful— " "It would not be wrong for me to live a mortal life, rather than to live a life in which I have first to kill a people, just to keep my heart beating," she asserted He bursts out his laugh sarcastically and in a flash, he suddenly moved toward her. She gasped in panic but she took her stamina. He touched her chin and scarily smelled her face. "You are so beautiful, I want to make you my queen," he said aggressively as she gulped. "Don't dream of what's not yours," she asserted and pushed him forcefully. He laughed out loud and was almost depleted of air. When he looked back at her, his eyes were already red. "I can make you mine," he said softly but scarily as his fangs showed out. She recoiled in fears and she prevented letting him realize that the fear she was feeling was too much. She aggressively pointed the tip of the arrow at the vampire. He quickly disappeared and soon he currently caressed her neck. He is now behind her. She was sweating out of fear but she struggled against it. She was very scared at that moment but she heard the growl of the beast. Looking in front of her, she saw the Werewolf again. "Don't be interfere Werewolf prince, if you don't want me to finish you too," the vampire threatened the Werewolf. There was a part of her heart that she was amazed to hear what the vampire said. Her Werewolf friend was a Prince, so means the werewolf is a boy. But the Werewolf continued to growl aggressively at the vampire. The vampire just laughed. “You know me, don't you? If you have an ability of strength you know that I have that too because we have the same position in our races, "said the vampire. She was gulped in fear when she understood what the vampire was saying. The vampire who was holding at him was also a Prince. And the Werewolf growled aggressively. The vampire tilted her head forcefully to bite her neck but she resisted. "Let me go!" She shouted at him and struggled. She felt goosebumps when the vampire smelled her intent on the jaw. Her hair's skin healed up when he planted a kiss on her neck. The werewolf's growl grew louder as if it was already worried about her and frantic. She continued to struggle to escape from the vampire as she was looked at the Werewolf. She was scared but she kept resisting. Eventually, the werewolf acted as she felt the vampire's grip on her tighten. She forced herself to sit down to escape from the vampire's fangs. And to not let the vampire's fang will bury her neck. When she stooped she knelt on the sand and the werewolf jumped on top of her. It rushed at the vampire, and her eyes followed it. They move so fast that Halia can hardly understand what is happening in the fight between the two creatures. Suddenly, the number of vampires around them increased. There she was uneasy to stand up but she aggressively pulled the arrow from her back and put it in her bow. “Give me the ability to fight,” she whispered to her magical bow and she released the arrow aimed at the other freak. The arrow seemed to give birth as it flew in the air and it hit three vampires. She was amazed by what happened because one arrow she was using turned three when it hit the vampires. A vampire rushed at her but she greeted it with her arrow. He falls to the ground and eventually turns to ashes. But even then she couldn’t help but be scared too much, she tried to be brave enough to help the Werewolf to beat the vampires. They are currently fighting when the Werewolf suddenly flies off the large rock. She cried out in extreme fear. But when she turned her gaze to the vampire who had bitten her earlier, he also knelt and he was held his hip bleeding. That means the vampire was also wounded by a werewolf. She was worried about the werewolf as she stepped closer to it, but she backed off when she saw it transformed. Her eyes widened at this human form and he was lying near the large rock but she could only see his back. As the guy gets up from lying down even though he's in pain, she's stared at his back. He had no clothes and his body was familiar to her. Her heartbeat grew stronger as she looked forward to the guy facing her. But someone suddenly hugged her back and quickly tilted her head forcefully. She screamed. And suddenly the naked guy moved and in a flash, he was in front of her and he pushed the vampire behind her. The vampire crashed somewhere. Her face was currently stuck to the naked guy's chest. But the guy suddenly cried out in pain, and she was released from his embrace. She fell on the sand and looked up at the naked guy. She cried out when she saw the vampire biting Brimo on the neck. "No!" She cried out at the same time as Brimo knelt in front of her. She screamed in extreme fear and worry. Brimo knelt in front of her and was very weak. In her outrage, she quickly aimed the bow at the vampire that bit Brimo on the neck and released the arrow. She hit him in the chest and he fell into the sand. Eventually, he is consumed and turned to ashes. "Brimo!" She cried as she crawled closer to him. Brimo's naked body was bloody and he was difficult in breathing as if he was dying. "Brimo!" She screamed and she did not know which part of his body she would cover. She was confused as to what she should do. Will she cover its bleeding wounds or will she help him to get up? She couldn't think of the right things to do. If she covered Brimo's wounds, she wasn't sure if she could stop his wounds from bleeding because he had a lot of bites and lacerations. And she did not know which wound she had to cover. "What will I do? What am I going to do? ” she uttered in a daze and just kept on crying.
