Chapter 9: Nothing Happened
"What are you doing? Why do you look so stiff? You look so stupid, Sis."
Lin Xiao made fun of him, meanwhile Lin Hua seemed to be frowning, "What are you talking about Lin Xiao? Look at him being hurt, you should help him and not laugh at him like that."
Lin Xiao's laughter only grew louder, Lin Hua's words were so ticklish that he couldn't stop laughing. Lin Tian did not budge, Lin Xiao tried to approach him with a smile on his lips.
"Look! Brother Lin is fine. He's not hurt or anything that's what Brother Hua was worried about."
Lin Xiao turned Lin Tian's body so that his back could be seen by Lin Hua. Instantly Lin Hua's eyes opened wide with what he saw now.
"How can he not get hurt?" Lin Hua hastily checked Lin Tian's condition and made sure what he saw was true.
Lin Tian was even more surprised, at first he resigned to his life and felt that his destiny would end again. However, now his thinking had changed along with Lin Xiao's statement which made it difficult for him to comprehend.
"How can he not get hurt?" Lin Hua asked the same question again. Lin Tian instantly checked his back, feeling it with both hands.
Lin Tian found nothing happened to his body, he was sure the bullet had pierced my body. Lin Hua was just as shocked, meanwhile Lin Xiao laughed even more satisfied seeing the two people in front of him so confused.
"There's nothing to worry about, Sis. The bullet didn't really hit Brother Lin. Just look at him!" Lin Xiao pointed at the now dead masked man.
"Before the bullet shot, I shot him first. I realized that he wasn't completely dead, that's why I opened fire and he failed to injure sis Lin."
Lin Xiao closed his explanation with a triumphant smile. Lin Hua looked at the masked man's corpse, before finally dropping his gaze on Lin Tian.
"You idiot! You..."
Lin Hua felt irritated, his cheeks immediately turned bright red. He also beat Lin Tian's chest. "How can I be so anxious? What a fool!"
Lin Hua couldn't hide his embarrassment from Lin Xiao. He had gone crazy when he felt the bullet pierce Lin Tian's body, which apparently didn't shoot at him.
Lin Hua vented his emotions and Lin Xiao was also hit by the girl's anger. He was so embarrassed that he wanted to find a big hole and hide there.
"That's enough Sis, I'm sorry for Lin Tian if you keep beating him. He must be very tired," said Lin Xiao to intervene.
He was well aware of the attitude of a woman who was wrapped in emotions. It will look very scary like a lion waking up from its sleep.
Lin Hua didn't care, he wanted to continue scolding Lin Tian who had been stirring his emotions all along. However, without them noticing, Lin Tian had not reacted since. There was something strange about him. Before they had time to realize it, Lin Tian had already collapsed. His burly and large body certainly couldn't be endured by Lin Hua. He ended up falling with Lin Tian with Lin Tian's body position on top of him.
"Lin Tian!"
In just a few seconds, Lin Hua was already unable to breathe, with his small stature of course he couldn't hold Lin Tian's body on top of him any longer.
Lin Xiao hastily reacted and so did the few people who had been watching silently. They immediately transferred Lin Tian's unconscious body to a car that was parked haphazardly there. Don't know who owns it and the key used is just a hair clip.
For Lin Xiao, a hair clipper could already control a car without the need to use the key. Lin Tian was laid down in the passenger seat, meanwhile Lin Hua sat on his lap while holding Lin Tian's head.
"Quick! Go to the nearest hospital!"
Lin Hua ordered Lin Xiao to quickly start the car engine to go to the hospital immediately. He was worried about Lin Tian who might have internal injuries, but the cause was unknown so he fell unconscious like he is now.
Lin Xiao without wasting any more time immediately stepped up the gas and left the parking lot. During the trip Lin Hua did not stop crying accompanied by mixed feelings. There were many wild thoughts filling his brain, but Lin Xiao kept saying that Lin Tian would be fine.
Lin Xiao crossed the king's path, which was relatively busy. In order to reach his destination quickly and on time, Lin Xiao opened his car window, then he stuck his head out the window. Immediately, Lin Xaio shouted as loudly as possible, so that the other riders could pull over first.
However, they didn't seem to heed Lin Xiao's screams and chose to remain engrossed in their own ways. Lin Xiao put his head back, he looked at Lin Hua who looked increasingly anxious and pale.
Lin Xiao wasn't out of his mind either, of course he wouldn't just stop trying to get what he wanted.
Lin Hua immediately noticed Lin Xiao's actions as the young man started to pull out a firearm from his trouser pocket. Before Lin Hua could say anything, Lin Xiao had already fired a shot into the air.
BANG...
Suddenly the sound of gunshots made other motorists stop. In order to keep the situation conducive, Lin Xiao shouted again.
"Don't worry all of you. This is just a warning. I'm in a big hurry, so can you give us a way to go first?"
This time Lin Xiao's words were immediately heard. All the drivers who stopped immediately pulled over to their vehicles, not a single person dared refute Lin Xiao's words, let alone he was carrying a gun.
Lin Xiao was finally able to run smoothly without a hitch. The vehicle owners lowered their heads as Lin Xiao's car drove away. They were just afraid that the bullet would be released again and hit them. They don't want to take risks.
Lin Xiao finally arrived at the hospital after traveling for almost ten minutes. This time would certainly not be Lin Xiao's if the riders there didn't give him a chance.
Lin Xiao got out of the car first, he shouted as loudly as possible so that the medics could hear his voice. Not long after, several medical teams came out and carried a stretcher.
Lin Xiao had already managed to get Lin Tian's body out, he immediately laid his body on the stretcher. Lin Hua finally got out of the car after Lin Tian's body was taken.
They hurriedly pushed the hospital stretcher into the examination room. Lin Hua also chased behind, he seemed to be whimpering a little in pain and his steps also seemed to be limping. However, Lin Hua ignored the pain and kept running even though he was holding back the pain in his leg.
