Chapter 33 The undefeated

Lady Kira grunted as she felt immense pain on her head and she suffered severe headache.
Her black ninja-fitted outfit was all dusty and torn over and the stench of the environment unbearable for her to breathe in.
She flung her eyes open and there she was, laying amidst the dead bodies that were decaying and crumbled blocks laying all around.
  It wasn't a dream...!
The devil who had destroyed her coven was real... The devil that has killed her father!
Her heart shattered in pains as the image of how the devil had killed her father flashed in her memory, she cried out, her voice reaching the sky and echoing all around the area.
She was the only one alive, other had been massacred in the fight, but she wasn't going to jeep silent, she was going to fulfill her father's wish.
  (Flashback)
  ( Two months ago)
She walked briskly past the guards stationed at the door of Lord Gua's chamber, she was welcomed with the dark and eery atmosphere of the big room.
She slowed her pace and maneuvered her way through the dark room, she stopped in front of a grim looking chair, more like a throne but it wasn't.
  "Father... You called for me"
Ladu Kira said and bowed slightly, standing up back and staring at the figure on the chair..
The aura the figure emanated was vast that it sent slight fear crawling down the spine of Lady Kira.
  "Yes..."
Lord Gua stood up, his domineering height towering above her daughter, he flicked his fingers and a medallion, A large medal, usually decorative appeared in his hand.
Lady Kira gasped, she didn't know her father could perform magic, no wonder his source of power had been unknown.
One thing always amazed her, she had heard rumors of her father being a human hunter but how he had suddenly become inhumane was still what could be ruminated on.
No wonder her brother had taken after his father's beast side while She had taken on the human side of her late mother.
She stared at the medallion in her father's hand, there was something creepy about it that she couldn't fathom about.
  "What's the medallion about?"
  She asked.
"I want you to have this medallion, when the time comes... When I'm no longer there or anyone else... Search for Vollak and give her this..."
He answered and stretched the medallion to her.
She collected the medallion and since there was a rope, more like a chain attached to the end, she put it on.
" But... Brother is out there with Vollak, what would you have me do? "
  She asked again
"You would know when the day nears..."
  ¶¶present day¶¶
She quickly traced her hand on her chest, fearing it not getting lost and she sighed out happily, she felt the medallion in her hand and fiddled with it, maybe this was the time her father was talking about.
She must search for Vollak and kill that devil, a devil she wish to see again and watch it die by her own hands.

Replaced by the glamorous and gigantic Great hall of the pack was a crumbled pile of rocks, the whole pack was empty, all had scrambled to safe places.
Skylar grunted as he pulled out a long spoke stuck in his stomach while blood dropped down from his mouth.
He stared at Derek who was in his silver berserker form, his whole body covered in silver scaled while his elbow was replaced by a long silver spike and adding to the beast he was, he was taller and had more massively built body that made him look imposing.
He roared and his claws grew longer but his wounds refused to heal, Derek growled and jumped high and landed on Skylar.
  He's fast.
At the last minuite, Skylar rolled away from the spot, he hardly saw him move, he grunted in pain as Derek's claw slashed him on his thigh.
"You can't stop me Skylar... No one can..."
Derek roared and appeared before Skylar and held him by the throat, he tossed him away and the latter hit the trees in the woods, breaking down almost a dozen trees before he could stop.
  "I will... Stop... You..."
Skylar stuttered in despair as he made his way up.
  "No you can't..."
  Derek whispered behind Skylar.
How had he gotten behind him in a blink? But he felt the cold claws of Derek impale him from behind and he felt himself hoisted up in the process.
"You prove to be a formidable foe but your journey ends here Skylar..."
He said and dropped him on the floor, he then picked him up by the neck and hoisted him up to meet his eyes with a wicked grin.
  "Goodbye..."
He stated and as he made to rip his head off his body, a hot wind swooshed towards him and before he could know what was happening, a heavy impact collided with him and he flew meteres away before crashing on broken trees Skylar had broken earlier.
  "Your fight is with me...!"
Derek heard the voice and he staggered up, why does he suddenly feel weak with just an impact on him? He looked up and stared in shock at who stood meters away from him.
  A man on fire?
Drey growled and clenched his fist, he moved at amazing speed, dusts swirling up as he moved and the next minuite, his blow connected to the jaw of the huge monster staggering up and the next minuite, Derek flew deeper into the woods, bringing down trees with him.
Derek regained his feet, there was something about the man that seemed familiar, his fire seemed to break through his silver scale and hurt him physically.
No! He wouldn't allow himself to be defeated easily, not so easily!
He roared mightily and uprooted a tree with his bare hands easily and attacked the fire creature with it but as the tree came in contact with the creature, it turned to ashes and before he could blink, a massive fire hit him in the chest, melting his silver scale in an instant.
Just who the hell is this creature?
