"Cassie!" Kash yelled but it was too late.
The students gasped and the water turned blue. Everyone stared in awe and no one could see her coming up. The students started murmuring.
"Oh my Gosh! The water... It turned blue!"
"I'm as shocked as you are."
"Maybe it's the reflection of the blue tiles in the pool. The water can not turn blue."
"You're wrong. This isn't as a result of any tiles. Look at it, it looks so real!"
"I agree with you. Could she be a witch?"
"I'm sure she is a witch. Do you remember the first day she resumed? Her hair was colour blue."
"Yes. I noticed it too. Her eyes were also blue."
"Everything about her was blue which means that the water turning blue isn't a coincidence."
"You all are just daydreaming. None of these is real. Have you guys forgotten what Mr. Parkers, our drama teacher said, he told us that he was going to trick us into thinking that something was real whereas it was just a mirage then laugh at us in class. Can't you see that this is what he is talking about? And to prove it, we have his class after this one." Diego said.
"Wow, Diego! You're right. You're weird but smart."
"I guess we won't be falling for Mr. Parkers trick this time."
"But I don't see why he had to use that girl. I would have acted it more than her."
"Just shut up!"
Kash turned back, and saw Asher smiling victoriously. Kash looked at himself and then back at the water. If he jumps in, he's gonna be exposed. And if he don't, Cassie would be exposed because she is connected to the water, and seeing that the water turned blue.
He didn't care about anything. He was going to jump. He is her guardian and she should be his top priority. Kash jumped into the water and Lily gasped.
"Asher, get everyone out of here." She spoke into his head.
Mia and Ian came into view. "Let's make sure he doesn't return." Mia said.
"Everyone, get out of here. Do you all want to be tagged as suspects?" Ian yelled and the students started running away from the scene.
"Someone, call the school life guard." Mia yelled.
Ian snickered. "Good thing that we've taken care of them." He said and Mia laughed.
"What are you guys doing?" Lily asked as she saw Mia and Ian throwing black balls into the water.
"What do you think?" Mia asked as she faced Lily with a dark ball.
Lily moved back. "Stay back, don't you dare come close to me." Lily said.
Mia chuckled. "Ian, keep throwing the balls into the water. Make sure Kash doesn't come out of there alive." She ordered.
"With pleasure." He answered.
Mia continued walking towards Lily. "Why are you scared of me?" Mia asked.
"Your eyes are pitch black. You're a demon." Lily said, still moving back.
"You're smart." Mia said and wanted to throw the ball on Lily but Crystal froze it.
Mia turned, and saw Crystal who smirked at her. "Why don't you take on somebody your own size?" Crystal asked.
"How dare you stop me?" Mia asked and faced Crystal. She threw a dark ball at Crystal but she blocked it with a crystal wall.
"Have you wondered why they call me Crystal?" Crystal asked as crystal spikes flew out of nowhere and started heading towards Mia's direction.
Mia dodged them all. "Demons don't die easily." She said and hit her leg on the floor. The ground shook and black snakes emerged from underground.
Crystal gasped. "Urgh! They're disgusting!" She exclaimed.
"Be careful when you fight with me, Crystal. I will take your greatest fears and use them all against you. I am a demon of nightmares." She said and the snakes started climbing Crystal's body. No matter how she tried to stop them, they only got worse.
Crystal screamed and Lily ran to help but Mia grabbed her by the neck. "You all disgusts me. You call yourself witches yet you are powerless." Mia said.
"Asher!" Lily called and Asher appeared. He wasn't around the whole time. He was taking the students out like Lily instructed but he appeared when he heard her call him and got angry when he saw Mia strangling her.
"Stop, Mia!" Asher yelled.
"It's great that you still recognize me even though you're under a spell. How may I help you?" She asked.
"Let her go!" Asher ordered.
"Sure." Mia said and threw Lily up. Lily went high and started falling. Asher levitated to help her but Mia threw a ball at his leg, making him fall down.
Lily muttered a spell the floor became smooth as she fell. She stood up in anger.
"Okay, Mia. Now, you've crossed the boundary. Mother!" Lily called and Queen Lucinda appeared.
Queen Lucinda lifted up her golden Sceptre and the snakes surrounding Crystal disappeared. Crystal sighed in relief and ran to stand beside the Queen.
"Do you have a death wish?" Queen Lucinda yelled at Mia.
"I should be the one asking you that question." Mia said and dark smoke surrounded her.
"Should I come and lend a hand?" Ian, who was busy throwing balls into the water asked.
"No! I've got this." Mia said.
Mr. Rayner appeared.
"What's going on here?" He asked as he saw the tension everywhere.
"Stay out of this. No one hurts my daughter and gets away with it." Queen Lucinda said.
"You all should stop. There are humans in this school." He said.
"That's why it should have been a supernatural school instead." Queen Lucinda said.
"She is right, Rayner. You know that where there are two or more Supernaturals, there are likely to be fights. Take all the humans and find their own place. They don't belong here." Mia said.
"I'll do that but don't fight today. You can't keep stopping time and freezing the humans." Mr. Rayner said.
"Why don't you look at your son before telling us that?" Queen Lucinda said.
Mr. Rayner turned to where she pointed, and saw Asher on the floor. He ran to Asher. "What happened?" He asked when he saw the hole on Asher's leg.
"I got hit." Asher said.
"You were hit by a demon? This isn't going to heal fast. Why would you involve yourself in fights? You're the only one I have." Mr. Rayner complained.
"I'm sorry, dad." Asher said as he winced in pain.
Queen Lucinda covered with a shield and sent a huge puff of smoke in Mia's direction. Mia blocked it with a dark smoke and a power tussle between the two ensued.
*MEANWHILE*
Kash searched for Cassie in the water but couldn't see her. "Where could she be?" He asked no one in particular.
Suddenly, he started seeing dark smokes entering the water. "What the héll?" He exclaimed as he dodged them. He looked up and saw Ian.
Here he was looking for Cassie and here is another person trying to take his life. "I am so going to deal with you, Ian. Let me find Cassie first." He said and swam away from where the black balls were coming from.

*THE REALM OF PURE MAGIC*
The King and Queen stood by the bank of the ocean as they, Roxy and Medusa watch how the ocean danced in waves.
"It's colour blue." Queen Roanna said.
"I see it too. But what could be the reason?" King Harven asked.
"Your daughter will never cease to amaze me, your Majesties." Medusa laughed.
"Our daughter?" Queen Roanna asked.
"Princess Cassandra?" Roxy asked and Medusa glared at her.
"Does the King and Queen have another daughter if not Cassandra?" She snapped at Roxy.
"Calm down, old lady." Roxy said and Medusa turned her into a frog.
King Harven and Queen Roanna gasped. "Oh dear, please, Medusa, change her back. We still need her, please." Queen Roanna pleaded.
"I'll release her when the water returns to it's normal colour. She should know how to address me." Medusa said and flipped her blonde hair to the back which made King Harven and Queen Roanna chuckle.
Roxy hopped and croaked. "What if she wanders away?" King Harven asked.
"I'll find her." Medusa said and returned her focus to the sea.
"So, what about our daughter?" Queen Roanna asked.
"It seems that the ocean has taken it's own." Medusa said.
"What do you mean? Are you trying to tell me that my daughter is dead?" Queen Roanna panicked.
"Calm down, your majesty. Certain things can't be avoided." Medusa said.
"What? Where is Kash? He is her guardian. He should know where she is." King Harven who understood what Medusa meant said.
"The bond between them isn't strong yet. Apparently, the Princess likes someone else. This wouldn't make it easy for her guardian to find her." Medusa said.
"This can't be. He has to find her. He must!" King Harven said and the water colour turned to blue and red.
"What's happening?" Queen Roanna asked.
"The colour of your daughters hair right now is blue and red. In as much as I am happy to break this news to you, I am sad because the battle we've all been trying to avoid is finding it's way to our doorstep."
