Chapter Twenty Seven

"Asher!"
"We haven't gotten the undoing spell." Kash said.
"Just get it and let us go." Cassie said.
Kash nodded and followed Zaire to the shelf. Zaire brought out a book and flipped the pages few times before finding the spell. He copied it on a piece of paper, and handed it over to Kash.
"This is a spell that can undo the undoable. Just recite it in front of Asher and he will be back to normal." Zaire said.
Kash collected it and smiled. "Thanks." He said.
"Today is a good day. This is the first time you're giving me a genuine smile and thanking me from your heart, Kash." Zaire said.
"And I regret it." Kash taunted.
"Whatever!" Zaire rolled his eyes and they laughed.
"We'll be going now." Kash said.
"Alright, you guys should be careful okay?" Aunt Maggie said.
"We will, Aunt. See you at home." Cassie said as they waved them bye before vanishing.
"Alright, now they're gone and the book is still open." Aunt Maggie said.
"I don't think that we can close it. Let's leave it the way it is. Since, it's gonna be about their story, we need to also monitor things to stop them from making mistakes." Zaire said.
"You're absolutely right." Aunt Maggie said.
"It also seems that Cassie is bothered by this discovery." Zaire said.
"Even I am bothered about it. I wonder how my sister and her husband are going to take this." Aunt Maggie was worried.
"I hope they take it well. And do you know, in all my years as the library keeper and even before now, I haven't heard of the king and queen that ruled thousands of years ago." Zaire said.
"Same here. I couldn't even find them in my research." Aunt Maggie muttered.
"Another thing, I think Kash and Cassie are destined to be soulmates."
"Soulmates?"
"Yeah. If not, the book wouldn't have been around them. Remember, Amon said that both of them will become one." Zaire said.
Aunt Maggie sighed and replied. "In as much as I want Kash for Cassie too, I have this feeling that she won't accept him that easily. I think that she likes that Asher guy."
"I pray that wouldn't become a big problem." Zaire commented.
"Me too. She can be very stubborn sometimes and can cause a ruckus when what she wants isn't given to her." Aunt Maggie said.
"Let's watch and see how things will go." Zaire said.
"Alright. I need to visit Athens now. It's been quite long I last visited and also, I need to let the royal family know what is going on." Aunt Maggie said.
"Alright. Hope they won't miss you too much at the company?"He asked and she chuckled.
"It's not that I'm gonna stay there forever. I'll return today." She said.
"Okay then. Extend my greetings to them." He said.
"Sure, I will." She smiled and disappeared.
Zaire used that time to search through the history section in the library. Maybe he might find things about Queen Xena and King Amon.
He searched for a while before bringing out a book. He swept dust away from the book and placed it on his reading table. He opened it and saw History of Athens rulers.
"Wow! And I thought that I have read all the books in this Library." He said and turned his attention to the book.

THE REALM OF PURE MAGIC
King Harven and Queen Roanna were seated on their throne as they listened to the royal advisers, Roxy included.
The ground shook a bit and Aunt Maggie appeared. She was putting on a blue ball gown with her silver tiara on her head and silver heels. Her silky black waist length hair fell down in waves with little brushes at the front. She looked really radiant and Queen Roanna smiled immediately she saw her.
"Greetings, your majesties." She bowed.
"Greetings, Maggie." They bowed slightly too as she took one of the seats closest to the highnesses.
Queen Roanna clapped her hands and maids ran to line up in front of them with their heads down.
"I need you to a drink for her majesty. You know the one she likes, right?" Queen Roanna asked.
"Yes, your majesties." They answered.
"Good. You may leave." She said and they left in a single file.
"You didn't have to stress yourself, you know." Aunt Maggie said.
"That's nonsense, sister. You cake to visit me voluntarily today so it's a cause for celebration." Queen Roanna said and they laughed.
"You're welcome, once more." King Harven said.
The royal advisers stood up and bowed too. The drink was brought before Aunt Maggie.
"Actually, I have something very important to tell you." Aunt Maggie said.
"Finish up and tell us then." King Harven said.
"It's about Cassie." Aunt Maggie said and their faces turned in her direction.
"How about her? Is she fine?" Queen Roanna asked. She was already starting to panic.
"She is fine but a huge revelation was made about her today." Aunt Maggie said.
"Then, tell us." Queen Roanna said.
Aunt Maggie used her head to point the advisers but the king and queen told her that it was nothing and that they were advisers.
Aunt Maggie explained everything to then and they gasped before she continued telling them.

*EARTH*
Kash and Cassie reappeared in the school and headed for the class where they had out Asher. On their way, there was an awkward silence between time unlike the first time. Kash also notice that Cassie wasn't the same
"Are you alright?" He asked.
"Yeah. It's just that I'm still shocked and now I'm waiting for my heartbeat to beat at a normal rate. I'll be fine." She said.
"Okay." He smiled as they got to the door. They opened it and Asher was still there.
"You two spent the whole day in whatever fvcking place you went to and left me here to die." He snapped at them.
"We never wanted you to die." Cassie defended.
"Just shut up! I hàte you." He said.
"Kash, say the spell already. I'm tired of this." Cassie said.
Kash came and stood before Asher. He recited the spell and Asher froze. The ice melted and Asher became warm.
"Do you think that he'll still remember?" Cassie asked. "Did it work?"
Asher shook his head as the water surrounding him disappeared.
"Kash, Cassie what am I doing here?" Asher asked and they screamed in excitement.
"It worked!" They exclaimed again.
Asher sat down and all the memories of what he did came flashing in his head.
"Me? Did I do all these," He asked and they nodded.
He went to Cassie to ask for forgiveness but she ignored him and acted angry.
"No." She answers.
"Oh, I'm so going to kíll Lily with my bare hands."
