The trip

There was nothing to wear. It was so sudden, need I say confusing. I thought this was his house, why do we need to go home?. There was more to this guy that I don't know of, he's a book that I need to read.
The door burst open and Davina walked in with her suitcase. She looked alluring as always, her black suit matched her black heels. She looked like an angel in black.
"Omg..what are you wearing?." She asked me, trailing her eyes over me.
She realizes that I had been sitting clueless ever since the boss asked me to pack, "Don't tell me you haven't packed yet?."
I shrugged, "There's nothing to pack,"
"Ooh. I forgot.." She carried her suitcase and placed it on the bed. She started to unzip the bag.
"So, this isn't his house," I stated the obvious.
She smiled, "It's his house, darling. Zavi has many houses all over the world, you just happened to meet him here."
I shook my head, "Interesting, he's a very big business tycoon."
She laughed.
"You can say that. He's very wealthy, all Romano's are very wealthy."
She pulls out a white chiffon dress and said, "You would look lovely in this. Try it,"
I smiled and collected it from her.
"What do you mean by Romano?." I pulled off the dress that I wore to breakfast this morning.
"He's a Romano. He's the second son of Mr. Loren Romano, the wealthiest man in Italy. He happens to take after his father so he manages the Romano empire."
I turned and she gasped, "Oh my god, you look so beautiful."
"Thank you," I muttered, turning to look at the mirror. It sure looks so lovely on me. "Why does he go by Coville?." I asked, after realizing that no one calls him by his last name.
"Oh, that's his mother's last name. It's for business, and it's to distract the press."
Wallace walks in.
We looked towards the door and he bowed.
"Miss Scott, miss Campbell. The car's ready." He reported.
Miss Campbell?. I was shocked.
Davina starts to zip back her luggage, "We better get going now."
Wallace carries her bag and starts to walk out of the room, and we followed.
"I still don't know where we're going," I told her as we began descending the stairs.
"Sicily."
I stopped, trying to process what she just said.
"Sicily?." I couldn't help but ask, but before I can hear her answer, I felt a presence behind me, making me whirl around.
My hand slipped from the banister and the heel of my foot rested on the edge of the stair causing me to lose balance.
It was too late to hold back the banister as I felt myself falling, but in a reflex action, a hand grabbed my waist and pulled me up.
I looked up and saw him, adrenal rush through me and my heart began beating fast. His cold eyes were fixed on me, and my cheek flushed red.
His hand left my waist and I was too nervous to say a word. He walks past me without a word and I turned. My hands are all sweaty and I watched him as he disappeared through the front door.
Davina cleared her throat and asked, "Are you okay?."
I looked at her.
"You're blushing." She added.
I started walking down, "I'm embarrassed." I told her as I walked past her.
***
Outside stood Wallace by the blacked-out Audi R8, I gasped when my eyes met my dream car. Oh, fuck!.
"Get in, we don't have all day," The boss's voice said from the car. I walked into the car and Wallace shut the door.
Davina sat in the front seat.
"Have a nice trip, sir." He told the boss from the window.
"Take care of business here. I'll give you a call once I get home."
Wallace curtsied and the driver drove off.
My heart skipped when I thought of where we were going. Davina said Sicily, that was the place my dad asked me never to cross. It was my former home, where my mom was killed by those men. I didn't know Zavi lived there, I didn't know it was his home. I was scared.
My hands shook and I tried to calm down, I looked at Zavi, and he was looking out of the window not concerned about what was happening to me.
I rested my back on the leather seat and told myself,' No matter what happens, don't freak out.'
.
.
The next time I opened my eyes was in front of a plane. I had fallen asleep without knowing. Davina was already out of the car and Zavi was looking at me from the corner of my window. He had woken me up.
I stepped out of the car and we began walking toward the plane together. The plane closed behind us as I stopped, taking in the surrounding. I knew this is one of his assets.
The plane looked plush, leather seats, colored brown and white. Davina already occupied a seat and I went towards the window and sat. I folded my hands together as I thought of what to say to the boss, but whenever I looked at him, the scene of what happened on the stairs appeared in my mind.
He sure would make me go crazy one day. I noticed his black tuxedo which he had his inner white shirt buttoned, stopping two buttons at the top. He was sexy, a very sexy man.
What will he be like in bed?.
Fuck!. What am I thinking?.
"Stop staring." He told me, he caught me looking, and that was embarrassing. My face flushed again and I looked away hiding my blushed face from him.
"Do you have something to say to me?." He asked. I gulped, feeling a knot in my stomach.
I sighed.
"I hate to admit that I'm.." I thought of a word to fit in 'scared.'
"She's scared boss. That was how I felt for the first time. It makes me wanna throw up." Davina said and I looked at her.
"I don't wanna throw up," I told the clueless Davina. She didn't know why I felt unsafe.
"We are here if you need us. You don't have to be," Zavi reassured me.
Wow!.
Even Davina was shocked at his words. He just encouraged me not to be scared.
Feeling as though he made a mistake, he got up and left us.
"Is our boss okay?." Davina asked me.
"I do not know."
