Conspiracy

Jack was sitting on a seat in one of the local restaurants around where he stays.
He was out of plans so he was just lying down at home as he haven’t been able to go to work ever since his partner was arrested.
He never would have believed that his partner could be arrested but here it has happened
And anytime he thought of her being arrested sent a chill down his body knowing fully well that she was from a wealthy family and his wealth or family's wealth couldn't be compared to hers
Until an unknown number called him .at first he was scared as he thought his secret as an accompany has been licked but when the caller didn't give up he gathered a little boldness to pick up the call.
He couldn’t believe who it was how did she get out of the police custody well the only thing he could do was quickly got dressed in one of his casual clothes and then walked down to the restaurant the caller asked him to wait at.
A few minutes later, a figure walked in. Scanning her eyes through the people inside the restaurant, her eyes fell on the person she was there to see
“ hi jack “
“ hi Chloe “
They exchanged pleasantries and then sat for business.
“ How did you get out of the police custody “ jack asked one of the questions that has been on his mind since she called earlier
“ well my dad helped
I don’t know how he did it and I don’t care to know as long as am out of that cage “ Chloe said
Though she sometimes feels pity for her dad but knowing she is the only child makes her pompous as her father will do anything to protect her.
“ so…. Do you have any plans
Cassy has been with Fredrick I want her to myself and am sure you want Fred just like I want Cassy if not more than so what should we do to get what we want “ jack asked
“ I have a plan that’s why I called for us to meet “ Chloe replied with a smirk
“ good so spill it out “ jack replied impatiently
He couldn't wait to get Cassy all to himself and he won't stop no matter what.
“ I just received a call “ Ha-Yoon said immediately he opened the door to Seo-Yoon's room and found him lying down.
“ from who “ Seo-Yoon asked nonchalantly.
He hasn't been himself ever since he was released from police custody he just wished tan was the one that was killed instead of his mum. And the thought of tan returning one day to take away what rightfully belongs to them irritates him.
“ from some people that also want tan’s downfall “ Ha-Yoon said with excitement
“ so how do we go about it “ Seo-Yoon asked sitting up as the information just sent butterflies down his belly.
“ but they gave us condition “ Ha-Yoon informed sitting beside seo-yoon on the bed.
“ what condition” seo-yoon asked.
“ not to kill him “
“ then let us torture him a bit “
Chloe was lying inside her bathtub which was filled with soap and water sipping wine from a glass cup she was holding .she didn't know if the information her private investigator gave her was correct about Fred's stepbrothers.
Though she did try her luck by calling the number given to her the person that picked up the call didn't reply nor did Chloe feel any sign of excitement in his voice he only replied
“ I will get back to you “ in a cold tone then ended the call.
She felt so intimidated after all the things she said to that man even to the extent of explaining the relationship between herself, Cassy, Jack, and Fred and who Cassy was, and even gave him conditions yet he just replied “I will get back to you “
“ Who does he think he is?
Is it because she needed his help to get Fred back to herself? “ Chloe asked feigning anger.
“Ding,
Ding “ her phone which was beside her on a table started ringing.
“ Who the hell ……..” Chloe was about to pour her anger on the caller but stopped when she saw the identity of the caller.
“Fred’s stepbrother “ Chloe said in a whisper
Taking a deep breath, Chloe pressed the green button.
“ hi it’s me Ha-Yoon and my brother seo-Yoon is here with me we are ready to do what you called for some minutes ago “ Ha-yoon said in one breath.
“Really? It's fine I will send you a mail containing every move we are to take “ Chloe said biting her lips
“ Alright “ Ha-yoon replied before disconnecting the call.
“ wiser than I thought “ Chloe said complimenting Ha-yoon. She thought he was not interested in the offer but it was obvious he went to speak with his brother so they would be in alignment.
Chloe quickly rinse her soapy body and then tied a towel around her chest before walking out of the bathroom with her phone and glass of wine.
Chloe toweled her body and applied her lotion before wearing a black jumpsuit.
She left her hair falling to her back then wore a black shade, and took her purse.
“ let's see if you won't come back crawling to me for help when evil before you Fredrick Paul and as for Cassandra Justine even though jack doesn't want any harm come to you I will still make you shed some tears for coming between Fred and i” Chloe said looking at her image on her mirror
“ it's time to show some skill of wickedness mixed with revenge to torture in order to get what I want “ Chloe said with so much excitement before walking out of her room
