The car was now in front of the main door, Micah got off and walked in, Unlike the usual, Today the mansion gave out a feel of a home rather than the showroom for breathtakingly beautiful walls and luxurious furniture, He heard chuckles, and low voices, one was a sweet and warm voice that could cause one’s heart to tremble, while the other was a happy yet very familiar voice.
Micah gasped when he realized who the voice was. He fastened his pace and walked to the dining, where two people greeted his gaze. One Renya and the other was his younger brother Ayden whom he hadn’t seen in years. It was a wave of joy that struck him and the file slipped out of his hand before his lips twitched.
“Ayden?...” Micah muttered.
Ayden heard his voice and looked in the direction of Micah, Renya too saw him.
“Brother!! It's been so long,” Ayden smiled widely and walked up to Micah and hugged him tightly.
Micah lightly patted his back, He was overjoyed and smiled, not noticing Eryna who was shocked to see his face.
“Why didn’t you tell me that you were coming?” Micah asked with disappointment.
“Hah! I didn’t want to create a scene at the airport...but that old geez still found out that I was coming and sent some of his rats to the airport.” Ayden replied.
“Grandpa knew? Who didn’t he tell me?” Micah was disappointed.
“Sigh! I too am disappointed with him, how come he did not even invite me to my brother's wedding...and brother you too?”
Ayden spoke dramatically.
Micah’s gaze suddenly met Eyna’s who too was staring at him with a surprised gaze.
“It happened very soon, I didn’t get time to tell you…”
Micah spoke with a sorry face.
“Nah! Just kidding...I am happy for you,”
Ayden lifted his hand and placed it over Micah’s beating chest, He breathed in deeply and then looked at Micah’s eyes with a sorry expression,” Be be sure to keep her happy.” He spoke in a sincere voice as he patted Micah’s chest.
It was a deep moment of silence but then Ayden finally loosened the tight environment and dragged Micah to the table and force him to sit beside Eryna.
“Wah! You really look like a match made in heaven,” He giggled.
Micah’s previous expression of happiness went down the drain as he stared at Eryna with a cold gaze, Eryna too didn’t budge and stared back in an equal deadly gaze.
“How lovely...I bet you don’t even remember that I am still here,” Ayden tried to calm them down because both of them seemed like they were about to devour each other.
“I am not hungry, I will be in my room.” Micah shifted his gaze back to Ayden and left his seat quickly but then stopped and looked at Eryna once more before parting his lips.
“Come to my room once you are done with your dinner. I have something to discuss with you,”
He walked away leaving Eryna in confusion, Ayden glanced away from his brother’s back and looked at Eryna.
“Is something wrong?”
He was not sure why both of them were acting like this.
Eryna smiled and lowered her head and stared at her plate,
“Yes! This marriage,” She grinned.
“Your brother hates me because he was forced to marry me,”
She picked up the fork and stuffed a piece of potato in her mouth.
“So this means it was all done by Grandpa? Brother was not happy with the marriage,” Ayden was shocked to hear that,
Eryna nodded in reply still munching on her food.
“So you loved him right?”
“Pfft...cough, cough, cough…” Eryna chocked suddenly and sprayed out the munched potato onto Ayden’s face, she coughed severely. Ayden got up quickly and gave her a glass of water while slowly patting her back to relieve her cough.
Eryna grabbed the glass and emptied it in one go,
“Haah!” She breathed in with relief and Ayden retreated back to his chair.
“By that reaction of yours’s I think I know the answer,” Ayden suppressed his laugh.

Eryna stood limply outside Micah’s room and knocked three times before entering.
The lights were dim and the room was giving out a tired aura, she walked up to the table where Micah was scribbling over a paper, He was wearing glasses and his hair were messed up, the two buttons of his shirt were open revealing some part of his firm chest. Eryna looked away as she stood close to the table.
“WHAT?” She said in a loud voice to scare Micah, He shifted his serious gaze towards her with lightning speed.
“Why are you shouting?”
“I AM SORRY! I WON’T DO THAT AGAIN!” Eryna continued, she was still mad at him for leaving her behind on the road.
Micah didn’t say another word and gestured her to sit down.
Eryna pulled the chair and sat across him,
“Here! It’s a gift!” Micah spoke in a serious tone.
“Pfft…” uncontrollable laughter escaped Eryna’s lips when she saw Micah giving her a file and calling it a gift.
“I am sorry! I just am not used to these kinds of things,” Eryna fixed her posture and took the file from his hand.
“What is this?” She leisurely flipped the pages, Unlike Renya who studies business, Eryna was an art student that loved colors. She had no idea of the worth of the piece of paper in her hand.
“...” Micha seized his eyebrows and tried to read her thoughts as she read through the pages with disinterest.
“It is my most treasured property, It is worth billions… and once there is a building on it, it will be even more pricey…” Micah spoke in a corrupting voice and waited for a reaction.
“Hmm...that sound’s nice! But what am I supposed to do with it?” Eryna looked up at him with a questioning gaze.

“You...You can sell it for money...I guess?” Suddenly Micah wasn’t sure how to answer her.
“Hmm...Okay! Thanks!” Eryna pushed the seat away and stood up with difficulty, she dragged herself out of the room holding onto the file. She closed the door behind her with a bang.
“What was that?” Micah stared at the closed door with an unexpected look.
