The second slap was harder, and he could no longer contain it. So, he launched his attack on Ahmed without any iota of doubt that he would not kill him with just a blow because of his unimpressive look. He did not look like anyone who could attract his attention. Such an assertion turned out to be one of the wrong conclusions that he had ever made in his life.
Now, before he could get his hand to his face, Ahmed grabbed it and twisted it vigorously and left him to his fate. Then, he fell on his buttocks. To his dismay, he discovered that the security guards on duty were just looking at them, instead of arresting the Intruder. Now, Richard placed his on his shoulder, to stop him from getting up to avoid being beaten again. Then, Robinson yelled at the security men, “What are you waiting for? Take him out of here.”
To their consternation, none of the security men took a step nor gave heed to his order. They only fed their eyes with a good movie. Now, Ahmed was standing, and his lanky look made him look like one of the spectators.
While he was waiting for Robinson’s next move. Richard decided to relay Robinson's message to the security men.

The moment the slap got to Richard's face, he left Robinson, who was on the ground, and ran to his car. He turned on his ignition and tried to escape, but he could not because Robinson's car was behind his. Then, he blared his horn and Robinson managed to gather himself together with his blood stained white T-shirt and got up. He walked swiftly to his car, and got in. Then, Ahmed glared at them, and watched them reverse, before he walked into the Industrial Area through the pedestrian gate and headed to meet the CSO.
The truth remained that Robinson and Richard were not attuned to the affairs of the organization. Otherwise, they would have known that for the General Manager to be trapped at the Television Station, there should be call for additional security measures.
However, they managed to drive away, and headed home to meet their ugly wives, who they tried to run away from. Now, Robinson, walked to his room, and was not aware that his wife was out for the weekend.
Now, the CSO was almost done when Ahmed got to him. He took him to his underground home, and drove back to the Residential Area.
At the Chairman's Lounge.
After Ken left, the Chairman went back to his lonely life. The thought of the staff children being exposed to danger triggered bad memories. He loved Jessica Murray, and he was cocksure that she loved him too. The fight between his father and Jessica's father, Edward Murray, cost him the life of the woman he loved.

The nation was in a joyous mood because everyone was waiting for the Presidential Speech. At 7 am, all the media houses were already hooked up. As soon as they heard the National Anthem and the Nigeria Flag of green white green was hoisted, and everyone stayed glued to his or her devise. Thereafter, the President began with his Independence Anniversary speech,
“Fellow Nigerians. I Dr. Festus Ancient, my family and the good people of Nigeria wish to appreciate God for making it possible for us to witness another Independence Anniversary.......
In conclusion, I want to advise our youths, the leaders of tomorrow, to engage themselves meaningfully. Attacking and envying your fellow youth, who is successful, will lead you to nowhere. I must condemn the act of shame displayed against the Management of the Cherry Fields Oil and Gas Group. It is unacceptable and embarrassing. I hope you would accept our apologies on behalf of the Youths.
This attitude from the leaders of tomorrow makes the future of our great Nation bleak. What will our future be like when you harass foreign investors openly?

“Wow. This is quite credible,” Mr. Morris said afterward. At that moment, all the management and staff of the Cherry Fields Oil and Gas Group were rejoicing wherever they were. The General Manager and his wife were not left out.
“Gabriel, I told you are an achiever,” Naomi pointed out with pride.
“You said, my dear. It's quite remarkable.”
“Daddy, you're the best.”
Frank said. Nevertheless, Francisca, who had been in her room, came running downstairs when she heard the jubilation and asked, “What happened? Why is everyone celebrating?”
“The president mentioned dad's television appearance yesterday in his address,” Frank explained. Then, Francisca, who was exceptionally happy, hugged her dad, and said, “I'm proud of you, dad.”
“Thank you, my dear. Thank your mom for being my pillar.”
As he spoke, he remembered how he intended to cheat on her, and his voice cracked. Meanwhile, only Naomi understood that, and to give him courage, she quickly gave him a peck, and declared, “You're a hero, Gabriel.”
“Thank you, Naomi," he acknowledged with a smile.
“Thank you, Mom," Francisca added, and loosened her grip on him, and he walked upstairs.
“I will bring your breakfast upstairs,” Naomi announced.
“I will appreciate it,” he responded, and walked on.
Now, Naomi settled the children with their breakfast, and excused herself before leaving for the bedroom.
“Sorry dear, daddy won't join us today for breakfast because he is busy. I will take his breakfast to the bedroom. He will make it up to you.”
“It's all right, mom,” the responded in unison. Thereafter, she got to the room, and met her husband at his reading desk. She dropped Gabriel's breakfast beside him, and took hers to the couch.
“Thank you, my dear,” Gabriel appreciated.
“It is my pleasure.” Likewise, she felt that he needed time to rest because he worked all through the night. Then, she called his attention, “You can pause and eat before it gets cold.” He looked away from his system, and gave her a love look. Then, he carried his plate of breakfast, and joined her on the couch. To please her, he decided to feed her.
“Take," He said, and lifted the fried potatoes and sauce to her mouth. Howbeit, she was not expecting it.
“Oh! Thank you," she thanked, and took the chips. Then, he fed her several times and also ate. He ensured that the food in their plates was exhausted. However, his wife was not a heavy eater, so sometimes he took the initiative to feed her. Thereafter, be cleared the plates and went back to his desk.
“Thank you, hubby,” she appreciated.
“It is my pleasure.”
At the Grand Crest Luxury
After watching the President's Independent Anniversary Address, Victor shed tears of joy because the President recognized him. To him, it was a great honor. Suddenly, the internet became busy again, and his friends began to air the jingle of the next day's event and commenting on it too.

Nevertheless, fourteen days ago, Gabriel and his friends were scheming on how to butter up the Chairman so that he would endorse Ken's dismissal. Ken and his family were in a sad mood. That day, those who plotted his downfall were in pain.
Meanwhile, the five-star hotel decided to revoke the contract between them and the guest. Due to the Independent Anniversary Celebration of the country and the public holiday, numerous guests were trouping into the hotel, hence the need to revoke the contract. They have used the hotel for a total of fifteen nights at the rate of sixteen million per night. Meanwhile, Robinson did the booking with his personal details because he wanted to prove to the Chairman that he was the generous one who took the pain to give him a wonderful treat. The General Manager gave him the money to do that, but he decided to cheat and take the credit.That day, the music had changed. The hotel had emailed him in that effect. He could not see the email because he was still in pain.
At the Federal Television Authority
Ahmed had arranged for all their cars to be moved out of the station. He called the Chief Security Officer, Edwin, and the Vice Chairman's driver, and they moved to the station. Then, they met almost all the managers who were around because of the President's broadcast, and they were apologetic over the previous day's embarrassment.
“I hope you will find a place in your heart to forgive us. It is not in our nature to embarrass our guests,” the Head of News pointed out.
“We can understand,” Ahmed responded.
Meanwhile, when they were about to leave, someone sent them on a special errand.
