I
While sitting on her executive chair, Atty. Yhera could not fathom the sadness she felt for Jethross. He lost her wife already to leukemia. He was truly devastated. She did not know however why on earth, of all people in his life, it was her that he chose to visit to spill his emotions.
Atty. Yhera shook her head. Maybe it is indeed true, karma is real and sometimes God will let you watch while it is happening. She shook her head again trying to remove said thoughts in her mind. Yes, Jethross hurt her so badly, but she never wanted that something like that would happen to him. “Poor Jethross, I hope he will recover soon from his melancholy,” she whispered.
Jethross was about to embrace her; most probably out of desperation and sadness but she immediately stopped him. “Jethross, No! Just stand there, please. I am sorry but it will not be good to look at, you embracing me. I am about to be married,” she said and suddenly realized that she gave more sadness to Jethross.
The man looked at her in disbelief and then sat on the nearby couch sobbing so hard.
Atty. Yhera could not do anything but to look at Jethross with total sadness too.
Jethross bade goodbye and congratulated her when he already calmed himself. He walked out of her office like he was carrying the whole world’s burden unto his shoulder.

One and a half-month prior to the wedding of Seigfred and Atty. Yhera, Rhoda could not contain anymore her emotions. How could it be that Seigfred will be marrying someone else? It should be her and no one else! Since her childhood she adored Seigfred. Yes, he is almost seven years older than her, but who cares? Age does not matter when it comes to love. She had a relationship before but it never lasted long because, in her heart, only Seigfred’s name is being written therein.
Without any warning, Rhoda jumped from her bed, changed her clothes with a very sexy red dress, with a length above her knees, showing off her flawless and long legs. She then grabbed her channel shoulder bag and her car key.
As Rhoda saw the SYS, Inc. Building, she maneuvered her car going to its parking space. While walking inside the building, every man’s eye followed her. She is like a young ramp model, struttering her way on the ramp.
Even the staff of Seigred could not help staring at the young lady who is walking sexily, going to the CEO’s office.
Seigfred’s Executive Assistant who knew Rhoda smiled at her, but as an office protocol, she still asked Rhoda if she has an appointment with the CEO.
Rhoda frowned as she heard the inquiry of Seigfred’s Executive Assistant. “Do I still need one?” she sarcastically asked the woman.
“Apology Ms. Rhoda. But only one person can enter that door without an appointment and she is the fiancée of my boss.” The Executive Assistant replied to Rhoda’s sarcastic question, nonchalantly.
“Oh really?! Just let me in!” Rhoda is now agitated and about to open the doorknob.
Seigfred’s Executive Assistant stood up and tried to stop Rhoda; to her surprise, however, she was suddenly pushed aside by the woman that made her fall on the floor, hurting her butt.
In a second, Rhoda opened the door to the CEO’s office, entered it, and locked it.
Seigfred who was busy signing some documents was so surprised to see Rhoda inside his office without his consent.
“Rhoda, what are you doing here? You have not told me that you are coming.” Seigfred asked with furrowed forehead.
“I just missed you that’s why? Am I not allowed to come in hmm?” Rhoda asked while advancing her steps towards Seigfred executive table. Upon reaching it, she sat on its center border, almost in front of Seigfred. She even opened up her legs while her hands reached for Seigfred’s face, pull him, and kissed him deeply.
Seigfred was in total shocked with what Rhoda did. He was caught off guard that he was not able to resist even a little bit. When Rhoda’s hand caressed his chest down to his torso, Seigfred felt himself burning like fire.

Atty. Yhera was able to finish early her meeting with a client. She decided not to return to her office anymore. She is in Ortigas area, it will be a hassle if she will return to Makati and then will go home to Quezon City afterward. She then just sent an SMS message to her secretary informing her that she will not be coming back to the office. She looked at her gold watch. It is almost four o’ clock in the afternoon. Seigfred’s office is just nearby so she decided to pass by to invite him for dinner. She will surprise him. He did not know that she will be coming.
At Seigfred’s office, he was trying to stop Rhoda when she made more advances to him, to the extent of trying to remove his belt’s buckle.
“Rhoda stop it! This is crazy. How could you be too aggressive with me, even here in my office?!” Seigfred’s teeth gritted as he said these words and tried to push Rhoda.
Rhoda however pressed herself more to Seigfred and kissed him hard again. Seigfred resisted this time and slapped Rhoda when he got the chance. Angrily, he asked the aggressive lady out of his room.
Rhoda was crying hard while holding her face being slapped by Seigfred, just a moment ago. “How could you slapped me Seigfred?!” her anger grow intensely.
“Because I need to Rhoda. You were not in your rational mind a while ago. Please just leave.” Seigfred said while combing his hair in desperation. He just felt so guilty.
But Rhoda was not yet finished as she immediately got closer again to Seigfred, to the latter’s surprise.
Atty. Yhera already arrived at Seigfred’s office. She was all smiles with Seigfred’s Executive Assistant even when she was still far from her. The latter saw Atty. Yhera and she did not know what to do. Would she approach her immediately and bring her somewhere or will she knock on her boss’ door to warn him? She was totally confused.
Before she could do any move, her eyes grew big as Atty. Yhera was already in front of her, waving and smiling at her joyously.
“Hey, I will surprise him, so don’t tell him. I will open his door myself.” Atty. Yhera said smilingly and stepped forward going to Seigfred’s office.
Seigfred’s Executive Assistant wanted to die at this instant.
