When Atty. Yhera arrived home after her coffee time with Jethross, she felt light in a way. She was amazed to notice a very different type of Jethross already. She seemed to have matured so much not only in looks but also in taking care of his responsibilities in life. Maybe because of the life he had after getting married to Rose. Now, Yhera could understand, why Jethross was given by the Lord that time to Rose and left her; he was more to be needed by Rose and not by her.
Thinking now if he can consider Jethross as a suspect for the death of Rhoda and most probably of Seigfred, whom she always prayed to be still alive and safe, made her think twice already. But, as a lawyer, she needs to continue the investigation; she will wait for the investigation report of her friend at the NBI before finally letting go of Seigfred from the list of suspects.
She went directly to her room after kissing her Mom, who was then at their living room watching her Korean Telenovela in their forty-six inches flat Smart sharp TV. Her Mom requested that kind of TV as she really wanted to see on a large screen her favorite Korean actors and actresses. Sometimes, she could not help but shake her head and laugh a little as to how shallow her Mom’s happiness is. How she wishes, she could be like her Mom from time to time. Oh, when Seigfred was still around, she became like Mom actually; her happiness became so shallow that a simple early morning message from Seigfred would already make her day perfect.
She freshened up and laid her back on her soft, queen-size Uratex bed. She does not want to, but she remembered that one day when Seigfred surreptitiously entered her room when her Mom left him in the living room and told him to wait for her and then went out to go some grocery shopping.
The moment then that her Mom left, Seigfred went upstairs in a tip-toed manner and entered her room secretly. When she went out of her bathroom, he was there already, lying on her bed, wearing only his brief.
Atty. Yhera smiled with sadness as she remembered how naughty Seigfred was. He did not waste any time in removing her robe and then gave her freshly showered body with a bunch of kisses, all over. She was so shocked to resist him that time and she has actually no intention then to say no. When he let her felt how good it was to have a morning s*x, she already put it in her mind that when they got married, she will always be anticipating his aggressiveness every early morning, after they woke up.
Atty. Yhera did not notice that her tears came sprinting from her eyes. They were like rivulets that flow into her cheeks when she remembered how Seigfred made love to her and let her feel how he truly adored her. She was that time the happiest woman on earth.

The next day, Atty. Yhera has been awakened by the beeping of her mobile phone. She received a text message from her friend in the NBI telling her to come over to his office as he needs to tell her some urgent matters pertaining to the death of Rhoda and disappearance of Seigfred.
Immediately, Atty. Yhera took a shower and without even drinking coffee, she rushed to her Montero after giving her Mom a kiss on her cheek and telling her that she will go to the NBI.
Ms. Lily, Atty. Yhera’s Mom, just watched her daughter with sadness as she rushed out of their door. Thereafter, she already heard the sound of her Montero car, leaving their premises.
It took more than an hour for Atty. Yhera to reach the NBI’s office because of traffic. She directly went to the office of her friend, Jim.
“Hi Jim, what’s up?” she greeted him with seriousness.
“Hi Yher, have a seat and then I will discuss to you something,” Jim said with a bit of seriousness in his tone too.
After taking her seat in front of Jim’s executive table, she looked at him, inquisitively.
“Alright Yher; we already ruled out Jethross from the list of suspects. We cannot see any trace of his past actions and whereabouts that he has any connection with the death of Rhoda and disappearance of Seigfred.” Jim started his revelation.
Atty. Yhera nodded and was able to take a long breath. She became relax knowing that Jethross’ hands are clean. “Yeah, I believed so too. I had a coffee time with him yesterday and I did not feel anything that would somehow give me the intuition that he did something wrong connected to Rhoda’s death and disappearance of Seigfred,” she said softly.
Jim nodded too and then looked at Atty Yhera intensely, “Don’t be surprised with my next news to you.”
Atty. Yhera furrowed as she gave Jim a questioning look. “What Jim?”
“We noticed some suspicious activities of Rhoda’s ex-boyfriend these past couple of days. We had our surveillance with him for two days already and at the end of the day, he always went directly to his beach resort in Batangas and from there, he would take his speedboat and will return in the morning.” Jim stated with deepening creases on his forehead.
Atty. Yher’s heart tumbled and her hands felt sticky with sweat. This happens to her every time she became nervous, excited, or afraid. “Then we need to know Jim where he goes when he is on his speed boat,” she said with such intensity while her mind was already into deep thoughts.
