As planned, the Razeki army was the first to move in. With their speed, thirty minutes was all it took to get to the groggs camp. The groggs who had never imagined themselves being under attack couldn't comprehend what was happening and not to mention, their requested army have not yet arrived. Everything happened in a flash, the Razeki were going berserk, hitting whosoever they approached. The groggs just kept receiving attacks from all directions. Now the attacks were slowing down and the groggs were picking up, yet again another surprise. The Maneki immediately joined the fight dealing immense damage and were even able to kill some groggs. The three leaders of the groggs were trying their best to fend the army off but it was all in vain. Unfortunately for the offensive, ywan had escaped while Jawsper and hye guarded him till he got out of sight. After some time, the groggs forces were down to hundreds and the last part of the strategy took place. The Takeki army gave the final blow, massacring every single groggs with their leaders included. The armies rejoice as they had taken care of their troubling enemies or so they thought, few people got injured, it was a small price for their victory. At that same place they camped for the night, sleeping like they were in heaven.
It was dawn and some of them were already awake. The earth was slightly vibrating like something was approaching from below and this alerted everybody from their slumber. "More are coming!" Commander Drek informed as he was the first to look far ahead. With the information everyone came forward to clarify, and behold, half of the groggs they had dealt with, the previous day was marching towards them. "I guess it's a good thing we waited and even rested. I wonder why they requested for this much. Were they planning on finishing us today?" Captain Brezz asked, gazing at the enemy. "Let's just get over with this and go our separate ways." Captain Recks said, pulling out his katana. The armies had prepared, waiting for their enemies to close the distance. They planned on using the same strategy. The groggs were approaching and without a leader. This made the ambush even more quicker and easier than the last one. After everything, the three groups dispersed, each going back to their village. Jade and his acquaintances have journeyed very far now, heading to the north for Visgard city. The trio were becoming closer and closer each day. On getting to the north pole a conversation ensured. "So! What was your dad like, did your mom tell you anything about him?" Rhen asked. "She only told me he's a scientist and he's trying to unite the world, which I couldn't understand up till now." Mark replied. "Seriously! How would a scientist achieve such goal? Shouldn't he have just gone for politics?"Jade asked, tilting his head a bit. "Who knows? I was a baby when I last saw him, if not for the pictures he took with my mom I probably might not even recognize him." "Isn't my case a lot different from yours, I mean you even got some solved puzzle unlike me that doesn't even know if all the stories I've been told are true." Jade said, slowing down on his tracks. "Come on Jade, you can't start this again, cheer up man." Rhen commented, trying to hype Jade. "It seems like we are finally here. So how do we get pass the border without getting questioned?" Mark asked, gazing around the area. "One, we beat up the migrators and pass. Two, we sneak in at night." Jade said without waisting time." But I prefer the latter, we don't want to become fugitives just at our arrival." "We have five hours till dark." Mark informed, putting down his bag at one side of the road. "Though I'm not familiar with the place but isn't it kinda too quiet." Rhen assumed, going over to where Mark was. "We'll find out when we get in." Jade said, joining the two. They sprayed some blankets and lay on them.
The day got to it dusk and finally it was night. The trio got into Visgard with ease cause there was no migrators at the border which was a shock. " Did we just waited for five good hours for no reason?!" Jade exclaimed. Walking on the middle of the road. "So this is Visgard city. It's.... awesome."Mark praised, gazing around and taking in all the views. They walked far into the city. After two hours of walk, they finally saw an hotel. It was night and everywhere was dark, one could only see views to the extent of bulb light's rays. Something was consistently coming up Everytime they get pass a house or shop with light bulb and that was rubbles. It was like someone fought in a bizarre manner. "What do you think might have happened here?"Mark asked, observing the environment. "Possibly a street fight." Jade replied, shrugging his shoulders. "Em guys? Can we just lodge, it's really dark out here?" Rhen said, gesturing to the hotel. The three of them went into the hotel, met the receptionist and lodged a room. Rhen wasn't really comfortable with that but it was just for the night, so she agreed. They all went to sleep, waiting for dawn.
Sounds of ammunition was being heard everywhere, explosion and shooting, it was already morning. Jade was the first to wake up, he ran outside to see what was going on. Reaching outside, he could see soldiers fully armed firing at a certain direction. "Is this what a street fight looks like here?" Rhen asked, rubbing her eyes as she walked up to Jade. "I think... they're also at war, but with who?" Jade asked, looking towards the soldiers when they finally realized. *Groggs* *Groggs* *Groggs* They echoed the word simultaneously. "Mark, you are awake?" Rhen asked. "Yeah, I couldn't sleep anymore, I mean with all this." "So the groggs were planning a world domination. Just how much is their army?" Jade asked, walking around the building with the others to get a better view. Finally they got their confirmation, the city was being under attack by the groggs. "Should we help them?" Rhen asked. "I don't think they need it. Let's just start our search, where can we find a clue Jade?" Mark asked. "Mmm that would be the orphanage." Jade replied. They quickly went back to the hotel, got their belongings and left for the orphanage. The orphanage was at the other side of the city, which meant they would have to board a train but none was around or coming, they had to trek. Few hours of trekking along the rail way, they were hearing another sounds of gun fires and bombings from far. So far, no civilians have been seen on the street or surroundings, buildings were being blasted bit by bit leaving rubbles everywhere and the soldiers don't seem to care about the three hiking their way to a certain orphanage. "It's really surprising that they are holding their ground against the groggs by themselves." Mark commented. "How long are we still going to walk? Not to mention, we don't even know if anybody would be there." Rhen complained. "If they all left, I'm sure the owner can't take the orphanage record with him, not in these situations." Jade replied and then pointed to a two storey building."that's it." "Seriously! That's would take a long walk." Rhen complained again.
After some time, the trio had gotten to their destination, a two storey building standing really tall compared to the bungalows around. There seems to be nobody inside, so they made their way, entering into different rooms until they finally found the children records. Just what answer would he get now, coming this far. ...... ....
