End of the first Chapter.

He immediately slaughtered everyone who dared stand in his path as he made his way to the goblin king after slaying the minotaur commander.
The system prompts, [Why should you jump into the middle of their war instead of finding Gura?]
He laughed and responded, "I want to join the fun, you know," after reading the prompt. He made a hand motion to signal to the system that it was unnecessary to be concerned at all.
The system inquired, [Do we need to save her now?], and he said, "No, she's already been saved and safeguarded from the very beginning."
This perplexed the system even more, but instead of asking further questions, it became silent. While the man in question was enjoying himself by massacring the monster within his reach, the system activated more talents to defend and aid him.
The system had no opinion, but it was pleased that it could assist, and even if the man was an awful and twisted killer, it was still wonderful. It would be tragic to see his trash sorted around the world. The system then triggered more talents, causing the man in question to pause for a while.
The bird mask man paused for a second before starting his murder spree; he was thinking about something. The system inquired whether he was okay, but he disregarded it and proceeded with the bloodlust he began with the monster.
The system attempted to attract his attention, but all he got was a frown in return.
"Hey Alyssa, look," he said, pointing to the largest grostèque pig, who is fighting a swarm of elite minotaurs. The goblin king was covered in wounds; "it seems this goblin king was weakened."
[It should be because he's battling a lot of Minotaurs]
"He's kind of weak and unworthy of the title of Goblin King. What are your thoughts?" He queried that system, and it answered, [It's not weak].
[The Goblin King was more concerned with strategy than direct combat]
[When we arrived, I assumed the goblin king was preparing his army for battle]
[But the Goblin King got distracted when the Minotaurs appeared above them rather than on the ground]
"Who would believe a Minotaurus would launch an aerial attack?" he said, mocking the goblins' might.
"Well, anyway, let's steal the kill," he muttered, dropping his head and situating himself with his right hand holding a scythe on his back. "Alyssa..." and the system activate his arsenal of talents.
[Activating Spirit Skills]
[Activating Spirit Skill: Tortoise Spirit]
[Activating Spirit Skill: Spirit of the Black Bear]
[Activating Spirit Skill: Monkeys Spirit]
He sprinted towards the goblin king's position, slicing through two of the minotaurs that stood in his way. One of them swung at him with a gigantic axe on their head, but it was merely a glancing blow, which he easily avoided by twisting out of their hold as he rushed away and aimed for the Goblin King.
The other had a sword in their hands and was swinging at him, and he dove out of the path but couldn't avoid the stroke. He has a little cut on his arm, and he can feel heat pouring down his sleeve. He hastily wipes it off and ducks as another blade cuts through the air and flies by.
"I got hurt? It seems that thing wouldn't give me support anymore." As he recognized his power was dwindling, the system immediately employed a modest [Healing]* talent to repair his minor wound.
This Goblin King is irritated, so he summons his fire spirit and blasts it at them with his flames. It burns one of the minotaurs, then turns to Screw and launches a ray of flame at him.
He doesn't have time to avoid it, so it burns through him, leaving him in pain but the damage isn't too serious.
As the fire goes out, he notices that he's back to normal: "That's intense but still pretty weak thanks to major healing," implying that he was gravely harmed without the system's assistance.
He wasn't sure what to make of it, but it was enough to make him realize he wasn't going to get away with just a few bruises this time.
[A goblin king who can summon a fire spirit]
[This will be hard]
"But it's fun right?" The system sighed [as long as you enjoy... Very well] the system decided to showcase it's other skills.
[Activating Scythe Dance]
[Activating Grave of the Fire Flies]
His mastery of using a scythe became more fluid as the blade gave off a lush, cold color. While the second skill gave him heat resistance and an area skill effect with damage per second, it also complemented the death attribute of his scythe.
The third was the most difficult to use because he would have to focus too much of his energy on it. However, with one good swing from his scythe, the entire ground will shake and shatter like a fragile glass.
He was very proud of himself for being that way. He is, after all, a powerful guy. 'When you're powerful enough, you don't mind murdering others who try to achieve the same thing. It wasn't a personal matter; it was strictly business.'
He's only doing it for himself. So why should he be ashamed of his hobby? That doesn't affect the scythe's capabilities, does it? He had no regard for the opinions of others and considered that without his murderous weapon, his life was nothing.
Before attacking, he had to be cautious with his weapon since the aim of the first scythe was to bring out the best in its user, and the second scythe is the greatest scythe in existence. [Activating Skill: Death Scythe Tempest]
With a single swing of the blades, any enemies that were on his path are instantly vaporized or cut into two halves by the scythes. The air around him is filled with an intense stench of burning flesh and burnt hair. It makes breathing difficult as he pushes through, pushing back anything in his way.
If anyone was still standing, he would've already sliced them down with ease. If anyone was still trying to fight, he'd have cut them apart without hesitation.
The Goblin King saw this, and he felt that this "thing" was standing meters away from him. Even the fire spirit hesitates to move because it feels the word death ringing from its very core.
Because there's no room for retreat, the goblin king decided it was his very own faith to fight to the fullest of his ability.
He commanded the fire spirit to launch a fire attack towards that demon-kind creature thing in front of him. He dashed forward and stopped momentarily to cast a spell and command every elite and hobgoblin who was still alive to attack the creature.
But he became agitated when the fire spirit opted to throw a salvo of fireballs at the back of his summoner before fleeing.
The Goblin King swiftly formed a barrier around himself and used his small shield to block, but then the flames still struck him, searing the flesh and making his arm scream in agony.
He yelled out in pain and let go of the shield, only to grab it just after he dropped it. It fell near the dead body of the elite minotaur and bounced three times on the ground before he scooped it up with a grunt and placed it in his hand.
When he discovers that the "thing" in front of him has grown stronger, his eyes widen. Now that the Goblin King could see its characteristics, he was taken aback by the likeness to Sage.
A named Sage, not just a sage.
The newly born sages were created by the land's goddess, the high priestess herself, beings from other planets, and creatures who excelled and went beyond their boundaries.
He couldn't tell, but the monster in front of him seemed so much like God himself that anyone who saw it would be astounded.
"Hello there, Mister Goblin King," he remarked as he greeted the beast with a commanding attitude. The Goblin King couldn't bear it any longer and fell on his knees, pleading for mercy.
The king lowered his head and said "Gaah- God Haaaah-Have mercy" the other monster sees this and imitated the king of goblins.
[What's happening?] The system ask, "I have no idea, Alyssa, but this is quite good."
[I just activated a skill, and I don't believe that it has this kind of effect on monsters]
[Well whatever]
The man then raised his death scythe and sliced it at the Goblin King, exclaiming, "that thing still helps me, too bad for you," as he slaughtered another hundred minotaurs and goblins with a single slash.
"Phew," he exhales after dispatching the Goblin King. He then walks towards the altar, ignoring the other dead creatures.
He pulled a small boulder behind the altar, where he discovered a little cage with a girl inside. He broke the lock quietly and carried the girl's petite body outdoors because she seemed delicate and was sleeping.
While carrying this little kid, he turned his back and went out to the battlefield, but before he left, he said a parting message: "I think you should go now; you don't belong here."
