The loud shriek of the thunderstorm tore apart the earth as if the world was going to be destroyed tonight. The sudden roaring of the thunderstorm woke her up from her sleep. Sanaya opened her eyes and glanced at her next. "Nick, where is he?" Sitting on the bed she yawned and rubbed her eyes, she got down from the bed. "He should have woke me up if he was going to the..." Taking some steps suddenly she noticed the surrounding. "Wait, this is not the hospital but... How did I come back to the mansion? And where is he?" Sanaya checked in the bathroom and upon not finding him anywhere in the room she wandered out of the room. She started looking for him in the whole mansion but strange, she couldn't find him. Sanaya stepped downstairs and just when she was about to run toward the kitchen she saw Kyle and Aiden. One was playing on his phone and the other one was sleeping on the couch. "You guys are here. Kyle, did you see Nick? He is not in his room and I can't find him anywhere in the mansion." Kyle gulped as if he saw a ghost. He quickly called Aiden to wake him up. Getting no answer from him, Sanaya asked him again. "Why are you silent? Did you see him or not?" "Mrs. Davis, you are... You woke up?" "Yeah, but where did your boss go? Why is he not here?" Aiden got up and standing up he blurted out, "Sorry, we don't know where is he. He... He didn't...." "Ohh I see. It's ok, I will find him." Seeing Sanaya to flew towards the kitchen, Aiden let out a sigh of relief. Now, as she was awake, it was surely going to be difficult to hide his whereabouts from her. He knew. Both Kyle and Aiden were praying that Nick would be back as soon as possible. When Aiden thought he dodged the bullet and could sit back on the couch now he quickly got up again. As he saw Sanaya run towards the grand foyer, both of them followed her. "Wait, Mrs. Davis. Are you going somewhere?" "It's raining outside. I can't sit and do nothing. He's not recovered yet, I don't even know where is he right now. I need to find him." As soon as she said so, Kyle blurted out, "But how will you find him? And if you don't know where is he then it's dangerous for you to go outside. We can't let you go." "I will know it sooner so don't worry about me." They didn't know where was he but she could know it? They wondered how. Surprised, Aiden asked her, "How will you know it?" "I have my way." She answered him. "Wait, we will go with you too." Aiden, Kyle, and Sanaya walked towards the car but suddenly a car reached there. "Sanaya sis." Mona ran out of the car towards Sanaya. Seeing her Sanaya asked, "Why did you come? You could send me the address." "I was worried about you so I couldn't stay at home." Kyle and Aiden saw Mona before though but they didn't think she could be the one to find his location. Did she bring her his whereabouts? Waw! "Sanaya sis, let's go in my car. I will drive you there, let's go." As Mona said so, Kyle quickly asserted, "Mrs. Davis, you guys go and we will follow you guys behind." According to their plan, Kyle and Aiden were in the latter car, and Mona and Sanaya got in Mona's car. The rain was not stopping, it was continuously raining. Sanaya was hella worried about him. Getting out of the car, the four ran towards the tall building's ground floor. Mona quickly took out her phone, "Mr. Davis is on the fifth floor..." It was a hotel, he was unlikely to be there at that time(UNUSUAL). That leader of the gangsta group sent the address to Nick directly so nobody else knew where Nick went including Aiden and Kyle. When they were strolling towards the reception suddenly Sanaya ran in another direction. At a corner, Nick was sitting while hugging himself tightly, plagued by fear. As the cloud rumbled, Nick covered his ears with both his hands. He was sitting on his knees with his head down. Stepping to him, Sanaya leaned close and as she put her hand on his shoulder, he tilted his head. How devastated he seemed! He looked like the lost child in the fair. Tears were streaming down his face. She felt like crying as she saw his tears. She leaned slowly and touched his face. As she did that, Nick blurted out in a frightened tone, "I killed them... I took their life..." "..." Sanaya saw the pain in his eyes. He hugged himself tighter and asserted in a helpless tone, "My mom, my brother died because of me. I killed them." As the child scared of ghosts hides in the corner, Nick seemed like that child. Sanaya fondled his face and unhurriedly brushing her thumb against his face, she pulled him in her warmth. "You didn't kill them. You are not to be blamed." She said while he hugged her tighter. The rain didn't seem to be wanting to stop at all. But at the least, the clouds were no more roaring. "Mr. Davis..." Standing at a distance Kyle, Aiden and Mona were shocked to see Nick. They thought Sanaya ran away somewhere and it took some time for them to find her and Nick. But thankfully, they were together. Seeing them together they felt relieved. Getting a call Aiden excused himself, leaving Mona and Kyle together. "Ahh, the rain doesn't seem to stop soon. Aiden will be back soon and Mr. And Mrs. Davis will be back soon too I think, so... Let's wait for them in the car." As Kyle said so, Mona nodded her head and she was heading toward her car but Kyle stopped her. "Wait, I was talking about my car." "Ahh..." "We can leave your car for Mr. And Mrs. Davis and we three can take my car." "Ahh, ok." They headed towards Kyle's car. Sometimes later The rain slowed down, Sanaya and Nick both were drenched in the rain now. "Nick." Sanaya stood up and extended her hand toward him. As he stared at her she confessed, "Give me your hand." Nick gave his hand to hers and she held his hand tight. Her hand felt so warm, that he didn't take his eyes off of her, he didn't want her to let go of his hand. She slowly pulled him up. Standing beside her, Nick could see how she smiled at him. He suddenly felt he stopped feeling lonely. He no longer felt helpless, he no longer felt lonely, she gave him warmth in his desolated self. As if he was not sad anymore. The helplessness he felt earlier, the deadly feeling that he killed his closest people... It was no longer slithering into his world. Nick felt as if all his sadness and his pain were dying down. Her smile has shoved away all his worries. Seeing Sanaya and Nick, Kyle quickly got out of the car when Mona has already fallen asleep in the car. "You guys are still here? Sorry, I forgot about you guys that time." She asserted. "No no, it's absolutely fine. We can understand..." "Mr. And Mrs. Davis, it's late at night. Let's go back?" "Yeah, let's go. But where's Mona?" Seeing her assistant be absent, Sanaya asked Kyle worriedly. "She's asleep. I didn't want to wake her up so ..." Kyle answered her. Looking at the car where Mona was sleeping, Sanaya let out a sigh. "Kyle and Aiden, you guys should go back too. And I want to ask you guys for a favor. Can you please drop her home safely on your way to your home?" "Sure, but since it's late, why don't...." "It's ok. We are going to my apartment, I can drive there. You guys should go now." As the three left, Sanaya glared at Nick. She still didn't let go of his hand. Smiling at him she asked, "Should we go?"
