The ball was getting closer to Aiden. All the students shouted together, told Aiden to dodge the ball, but Aiden didn't seem to understand, remained standing in his place.
Mabella got no choice. She bites the lower lip and gripping her hands tightly. As soon as the ball arrived in front of Aiden's face, Mabella immediately brushed off the ball to the left.
Now, the court that was chaotic a moment ago, become silence. Everyone looked surprised by Mabella’s quick action. Even Aiden, looked at Mabella with shock.
If it for a normal student, it would not be this shock, but now we are talking about a nerd. She had just said that she was not good at sports and at this critical moment, Mabella became the heroine who saved Aiden by brush off the ball in the other direction.

Adam covering his mouth with hand, try to hold back his laughter. The situation where Mabella force herself to smile really entertains him. Mabella said he was a fake while Mabella herself was the same.
Mabella gave Adam a sharp glare. She knew very well who was to blame for this. it was already clear that adam threw the ball considering that adam was holding the ball earlier and mabella knew very well that adam did it on purpose.
‘Just you wait, I'm going to get my revenge.’ Mabella gripped both her hands tightly, annoyed with Adam's attitude.
Adam began to feel the chill. He felt like someone cursed to him and when he cast a glance at Mabella, it looked like her face was red as she got mad and she looks like she was ready to eat him.
‘I’m totally done.’ Adam thought. With Mabella short temper, he knew very well he was in the danger.
“Wow, that’s cool, Mabel! So your talent stands out when you're in a desperate situation, and here I thought that you couldn't do anything other than studying. " Emma is having fun in teasing Mabella. She loves to see how red Mabella's cheeks.
Finally, the atmosphere that was quiet is now lively again . Everyone in the court laughed when they heard Emma's teasing of Mabella.
Aiden nudged Mabella's arm then whispered, "Thank you."
"Su-sure. You-you help me back then so I just re-repay your kindness, that’s all." Mabella is blushing.
“I see.” Aiden patted Mabella’s head while smiled, then, he started running closer to the other friends.
"Come on guys! Let's start the game!" Marcos shouted, asking everyone to take their own position.
“WHAT THE HECK, MAN?! It was 15-13 score! And we only lost 2 points!” Marcos knelt on the floor.
Never did he think that his classmates could lose to the bookworm class students. Now, he felt regret for inviting first -class to play with them. His reputation as a student sports champion completely damaged.
"Man.. he's really overreacting. Isn't it kind of unusual to lose?" Sophia rolled her eyes.
That guy, always act like that then he wonders why there is no girl liking him. Doesn't he realize that he not cool at all? There is no way girl will like him if keep being childish.
"It can't be helped since he is a school athlete." Adam reply to Sophia's words.
"I know that, but Adam, can you stop appear from nowhere? I need to prepare my heart before talking to you. Plus, I don’t want to be swayed by your handsome face. I’m pretty sure you only got your face but lack manners."
Adam just smiles. ‘How can she talk like that with a poker face.’
“Really? But if get to know me, you will know how gentle I am.”
“Oh, please. You don't suit my taste.” Sophia grunted.
“Then, what was your taste? You can tell me so that I can change my appearance the way you want.” Adam did not give up. His words were never serious. He did this because he was quite fond of playing with Sophia. Sophia is not the easy type to melt with him so he feels a little challenged.
“Someone who doesn't talk.” Sophia leaves. There is no point for her to have a chat like this with Adam.
