"Hello, beautiful. Is Marcos here?" Adam is now standing in front of the 5D Round class. He tilted his head to see if Marcos was there.
"Uh-huh hello.. oh, wow…" The girl looked stunned to see Adam. Adam was so handsome that she froze for a moment. She admits that in her class there are still Aiden, Marcos, Marcus and Rohan who are always handsome, but seeing guy from other classes who are handsome as well, wouldn't anyone be excited too?
"Marcos is still not here." The girl finally replied shyly after took a few seconds to admire Adam's face.
"It's okay then, but can I still come in?"
The girl quickly nodded her head.
"Thank you and be careful on your way, pretty.”
“Um, oh, yes, thank you.” The girl blushing. She tucked her long hair behind her ears, then walked away from class.
Adam pulled an empty chair over to Marcus's study table. Without saying anything, he sat down on the chair and started watching Marcus, who was struggle finishing homework.
"I don't remember being your friend." Marcus closed his homework after it was done.
" Aww, that's harsh, honey. You are not happy to see me here?"
“Hm? Should I?” Marcus gave the sweetest smile he had.
Adam held his throat, pretending to be nauseous. Marcus' acting really make him want to vomit.
"Seriously, what are you doing here? A top student and handsome like you shouldn't be here." Even though Marcus smiled, his words still sounded cold.
"Hm? I'm waiting for Marcos but since he's not here, you will do. You are my second choice to kill my boredom."
"Look at how shameless you are."
Adam just shrugged his shoulder. Couldn't care less what Marcus talks about him.
"I have something to ask you." Marcus suddenly change the topic.
"Ask then." Adam looked at Marcus with a raised eyebrow, waiting for Marcus to throw a question at him.
“I'm just curious. You and Mabel , have you two known each other for a long time?”
"Wow, I never know that you are interested to know about Mabel. Or are you actually interested on me? Then, too bad, I have a girlfriend. To be honest, yes, we have known for a long time … since we were little. I guess?. Nah, I don’t really remember actually."
"That's too long. No wonder you two look very close and amicable." Marcus nodded his head, understand the situation.
"Oh, Adam, hey!" Marcos, who had just arrived in class with Aiden and Rohan, greeted Adam.
"Sorry, Adam. Did you wait too long?" Marcos put his school bag on the chair while looking at Adam.
"Not really, I have fun with your brother."
"Wow, that's quite a shock. I thought both of you do not get along really well.”
“That’s not true. Your brother is really a good person.”
Marcus just smiled hearing Adam’s words. ‘Hah~ look at him, acting like a good kid.’
“Then, let’s go, Adam."
"Hold on, hold on. Where do you want to go? And since when did both of you become so familiar with each other without my knowing?" Marcus asked, feeling odd with their friendship that he does not know since when it started.
“Are you jealous you are not that close to me like Marcos? ” Adam sneers.
“As if.”
"Literally, we became friends yesterday. Right, Adam? On my way back to home with Emma, Sophia and Gianna, I saw Adam and Mabel have a chat at the hallway. We greet them and Emma asked Mabel to tutor her so yeah, I want to join too so I ask Adam to tutor me."
"Tutor? But, no matter how much you study, you still stupid, so why waste your energy?"
"Sure, Marcus. We both are the same." Marcos rolled his eyes.
“Where do you study? And how about classes? " Marcus still asked, not satisfied with the situation right now.
"So protective. We study at the library and don't worry about class, all teachers have a meeting today. After all, it's not like you all not used to skip class." Adam answers Marcus questions with a smile. Marcus is now wasting his time. He was actually from the beginning trying to be patient with Marcos comes late and now, Marcus wants to hold them back. How annoying.
Marcus gave a suspicious look. First of all, he don’t really trust Adam since Adam is sly as fox. He always looks like he was smiling when actually he kept looking down on people. It’s make no difference than him, it just Adam is way more dangerous.
Marcus doesn't know why but he doesn't like Adam. Adam might be good, but he might be not too.
"So... Emma, Gianna and Sophia were in the library now?" Aiden suddenly mixed the chats between them.
"Yes?" Marcos answered, feeling strange with Aiden's question. It’s rare for Aiden to care about others.
"Mabel… is she was there too?"
Hearing Aiden's true question makes everyone nodded. So he actually wants to ask about Mabella not about Emma and the gang. Can't he just straightforward asking about Mabella?
"Let's go too, Aiden ~~ Let's study together, okay. With Mabel too~" Marcos hugged Aiden's shoulder with a teasing smile. The three of them left the classroom.
Marcus and Rohan look at each other.
"Not gonna join?" Rohan asked.
"Nah, wanna sleep." Marcus puts his head on the table and start to close his eyes.
Rohan nodded. Then, he will sleep too.
“Eh but before I sleep, Rohan, what do you think of Adam?” Marcus looked at Rohan who was thinking the answer.
“I don’t really know but..”
“Hm?”
“Doesn’t he resembles you?”
“Why do you think so?” Marcus leaned his body against the body of the chair. He threw his gaze out the window, seeing some students playing catch-up.
“The way he talks and smile? Oh, but I like you better.”
“Yes Rohan, that’s what I want to hear. Thank you very much and I like you more.”
