Chapter 15 Safety

Frankyn arrives in the Capital, accompanied by Izami and Izagi. He walks into a completely empty and silent Capital. Except for the two guard swordsmen in front of them inside the Capital, it was just them three.
They were both wearing full iron armor and wielding spears and shields. They saluted them as Frankyn sighed and looked to his right, where he saw the stairs leading down to the Underground Facility.
"Are they there?" Frankyn inquired, seeing the two guards nod immediately. Izami and Izagi kept their eyes fixed on them, menacingly. As Frankyn began to walk down the stairs to his right, they were both serious and on guard.
Izami followed, leaving Izagi behind, staring menacingly at the two unknown Capital guards. He wasn't blinking, and he appeared more upset and agitated than usual.
Frankyn enters the underground Heads Facility room. The door is missing, and there is a small hole to his right. He sighs and turns to his left. He caught a glimpse of Yuri Rou and Locks standing in the distance. Yuri Rou was sitting in a chair, holding a book, and Locks was sitting on a couch, with a bookshelf on his side.
Izami walks in and stands there as Frankyn approaches the round table and sits in the chair.
Izami became aware of a strange presence to his left. The shadow guard swordsman standing there menacingly leaning his back to the wall with an intimidating presence gave him chills. He looked forward, lowered his head, and stared at the round table.
"McLory... He's the one who got killed," Yuri Rou said, widening Izami's eyes in surprise. That prompted him to raise his head and look at the three heads.
"He finished his job at the end, and I'll never forget his name," Locks notes as he sighs deeply. He closed his eyes and leaned back against the couch, folding his hands together.
"How's the investigation going?" Frankyn inquired solemnly. Yuri Rou turned around, shaking his head left and right. He approached the round table, placed the book on top of it, and sat in the chair.
"Blank. Blank and blank and blank, Frankyn. Even the soldier's identity is blank. I'll assign the Sergeant's assistant to find whoever is this soldier because we might find ourselves in Danger, all of us, and the entire City considering all the people, soldiers, and us. We need to guarantee Safety," Yuri Rou said as everyone in the room agreed.
"Exactly, if this happened again, the people will panic, and the other clans may start acting strangely, considering they may turn against us and wreak havoc," Locks worriedly said.
"This is going worse than we expected, but we should act now," Frankyn said, turning to face Yuri and Locks. "The Sergeant is outside, Yuri and Locks. He's with the hundred of swordsmens from the Senzi Clan sent me the main leader of their clan, and they are here to help us."
"This late at night?" Locks inquired, surprised by Frankyn's nod. He quickly left the room to see if Frankyn was telling the truth.
"You know we need to act quickly, Yuri," Frankyn said as he noticed Yuri nodding and smiling. He approached Frankyn while holding the book he was carrying. He taps him on the right shoulder with both his right and left hand. Frankyn was right behind him. Izami turned around and was about to follow Frankyn when he noticed again the shadow guard swordsmen leaning against the wall in the shadows.
"Are you coming, Black?" Izami inquired, seeing him raise his head and shake his head left and right, saying no. As he heard Black sigh, he nodded.
"Guard them for the time being, I need to clear my head," he said solemnly. He lowered his head once more and vanished.
"My condolences," Izami said quietly as he exited the room, leaving him alone. On the surface. They are walking out of the Capital when they notice a hundred swordsmen in a line outside in front of the Capital. Izami and Izagi stand guard behind the heads, having heard the two guard swordsmen behind them return to their positions.
The three heads started down the stairs, approaching the Sergeant, who looked perplexed. When the three heads approached him, he nodded.
"Good evening, Heads. I was summoned here by you three, correct? I received a message from an eagle. Kirin and Shisua from the Senzi Clan are guarding the South gate of the City of Woods. What is this all about?" he inquired as Yuri Rou approached him. He cleared his throat and looked around at the army. They appeared intimidating because he could see their clan's flag in the far back attached to a stick and being blown by the wind.
"I need you to divide them into nine, these are a hundred swordsmen, and they will be our ears and eyes from now on, and you are one of the main commands," he said solemnly.
"Very well, that'll be ninety, I'm guessing you need to send them to those nine regions... After dividing, ten will be left, should I send them as well?" Sergeant Shamp asked as Yuri Rou looked around.
"No, scatter the other ten outside our City in the forest. If they detect enemies, they must immediately report back and move now, Sergeant. It will be a long night," Yuri Rou said as the Sergeant divided them into nine.
They all salute as in the other hand. Frankyn handed them a map. Only one of the nine has the map, and they are sent to nine different regions. The Sergeant was left alone, and the other ten Senzi Clan swordsmen were scattered throughout the forest outside of the City.
With new Clan reinforcements, the three heads can now guarantee the safety of their city. It was late at night, and the moon was visible against the dark sky.
Their surroundings are quiet as the three of them return to the Capital and enter the head office on the second floor. The Sergeant followed them from behind. Izami and Izagi did the same.
The heads were the first to arrive at the heads office while the Sergeant, Izami, and Izagi were left on the first floor as soon as they saw black walking up the stairs from the underground facility.
When he caught a glimpse of them, he exhaled deeply. He cleared his throat as the Sergeant noticed he didn't have a sword in his left waist other than the sheath.
"Black, we mourn the tragedy. You will have a new Katana by tomorrow, rest up. We will guard the Heads tonight," Izagi said, kneeling and bowing.
"Thank you for the new sword by tomorrow... I'll leave for now and return tomorrow to get that new sword, and I'll guard the heads alone until the end," Black stated solemnly. It was unadulterated. They could see it in his angry eyes and demeanor.
"Very well," Izagi said, nodding. As the Sergeant, Izami, and Izagi walked to the Head's office room, Black left the Capital. They noticed the three heads sitting in their chair as soon as they walked in. They notice Frankyn sleeping and snoring.
The Sergeant approached the three heads while Izami and Izagi stood menacingly by the door with no emotions or presence.
"Yuri Rou and Locks, I've retreated some of our men so that they can return to full duty by tomorrow, while General McAvin's loyal swordsmen remained in their position, and Dianne has finally regained consciousness later in the hospital, they said she's immediately back at her feet but will also need a new sword," the Sergeant said as Yuri Rou realized swords were easily broken. He began to think as he noticed Locks' smile on the other side of the table.
"Good news this evening, Sergeant. Feel free to rest. We will be requesting some help from other clans by tomorrow to see if they're willing to lend us a hand," Locks said as he saw the Sergeant nod and smile before leaving the room.
