Chapter 17 One of the Dark Stronghold

Captain J and the undead have reached the bottom. They step on the dusty floor, which made Captain J's eyes widen. He touches it with his right hand as he turns to his left and sees the undead approaching the left side of the wall.
"What is this?" he inquired, seeing the undead reach for the wall with his left hand. He notices him reaching for a brick and turns to the right to look at him.
"A door," he replied as he pushed the brick back with his right hand, causing an earthquake. The wall in front of Captain J began to crumble, and his eyes widened as it revealed a path in front of him.
"The bricked act like a button, and this freaking wall is eight times thick?" he snarled as he raised his head and looked. His eyes widened as he noticed the pitch blackness in front of him, and a gust of wind blew at him, giving him chills all over his body.
"Glow your sword," said the undead. Captain J looked at him, perplexed.
"What?!" He exclaimed.
"Are you saying you can't even glow your sheath and sword? Oh god, what a great day to be here," the undead grumbled as he started walking. He grips the handle of his sword tightly with his left hand, and the blade of his sword suddenly begins to glow bright yellow. Captain J raised his eyebrows when he caught sight of it.
"How can you do that?" he wondered, staring at his sword.
"It's a simple technique. Using your grip of your hand tightly, you can activate the blade of your sword to glow but it will cost your stamina. Once glow, it's durable and can avoid being snapped easily. I wonder if your blade has these kinds of mixed glowing stones to your blade," he replied as Captain J lowered his head and looked at his sword at his left waist.
He reaches for the handle of his sword with his left hand and grips it tightly. He grunts as he holds it tightly for a few seconds. His eyes widened as he noticed glowing on the blade of his sword and sheath for a split second before vanishing.
"You're disappointingly weak... Are you even a swordsman?" the undead asked, making a mocking face and facepalms. "Begin walking. Don't mind this kind of technique for now, but keep it in mind."
Captain J sighs as the undead begin to walk. He trailed him from behind, remaining silent. The floor they're on turns into a colored black brick. It was also above them, and J felt something odd.
After a couple of minutes of walking. He notices that they are now descending. When his eyesight and senses changed, he realized. He couldn't feel anything except the undead. He realized that the brick around them was preventing their presence and aura from reaching the outside world. it was a strange colored brick.
"This is a sacred and secret place. Don't do anything stupid, and keep your heart pure of who you truly are," the undead warned him as they continued walking.
"What's that supposed to mean?" he asked.
"You'll see," he replied. They kept walking as the minutes turned into hours. They were still walking down, the undead sword in his left waist glowing. Captain J was getting tired, whereas the undead were not.
"How far down is this? Could it be any faster?" he asks abruptly, sighing deeply and exhaling deeply. Captain J stretches his neck as the undead come to a halt. He had no idea that in front of him was a massive cave with massive pillars in the distance.
"We've arrived, follow me or I'll lose you badly," the undead yelled angrily. When Captain J raised his head and realized they'd arrived at a cave, his eyes widened. It was massive, and when he looked up, he saw massive spike rocks in the ceiling, and it was far and pure darkness. Captain J became aware that something was wrong when he sensed the presence of two unknown life forms.
"What's that supposed to mean again?"
"I'm tired of questions boy, just follow me and I won't leave you here to death!"
"OK, calm down—" Captain J was interrupted when flames appeared on the pillars. Torches light up on their own on the pillars to his right and left. A small Buddha appeared to be holding the torches attached to the pillars.
He looks back to his left and right, away from the pillars, and notices giant Buddha statues. It was massive and close to the massive spike rocks in the ceiling. As he looked around, he was mesmerized and shocked. More lights appeared around them, and they both cast a glance into the distance. There were more pillars in the area. He looked to his left and right and saw a long corridor and darkness.
The undead and Captain J's eyes widened in surprise as they noticed two unknown swordsmen standing menacingly nearby. Behind them was a spiral glowing brightly blue portal surrounded by dark spiral pillars. An obsidian pillar surrounded and circled the glowing particles.
Captain J detects it and determines it to be energy. It was a flood of energy. The two unknowns in the distance were dressed in armor, but their location was unclear due to the distance, but they could see at least eight foot long swords stabbed to the ground in front of them. It was large, and they stood menacingly in front of the flood energy that looked like a portal.
"This is it, huh... They all appeared to be intact. Should we approach them to get a clear look?" Captain J asked the undead who seemed to be staring at the two unknown swordsmen in the far distance who showed no life.
"I wouldn't recommend it, J. Even though you're a Captain, I won't take orders from you. That swordsman shows no life, but they show presence which you can't sense, only a faint of it. You've seen them and know they're still here protecting and defending it," the undead said as he turned around and began walking back.
"I'm going to check them," Captain J said, prompting the undead to turn around and tap him on the right shoulder with his right hand.
"Don't... They are guards, swordsmen, and they are ordered to kill whoever comes near, we've been warned about them, and so have you! Going to them will get you instantly killed before you even act you didn't realize you died," the undead said worriedly to Captain J, who continued walking and ignored his warning.
"I don't take orders from you undead," Captain J said as the undead smiled and shook his head left and right before drawing his sword and turning around to see the undead stab the blade of his sword to the ground in front of him while smiling.
"You're stubborn. When we meet again, you'll be an undead walking as one of my allies on the surface to protect this kind of hidden Dark Stronghold," the undead said, giggling and shaking his head left and right.
Captain J began walking as his mindset and heart changed. He began to think only of pure kindness and no murderous intent. He was pure at the time, and the undead could see it. He noticed a light inside Captain J's heart, which made him even happier.
It took Captain J several minutes to reach the strange glowing bright energy. He stands thirty feet away and notices the bright blue in the center of the circle. Strange black, blue, and white energy was circling. Inside was a pitch-black spiral, and around it were circles of obsidian attached to the ground.
There was an upstairs towards it, but before that, there were two unknown swordsmen wearing diamond and iron armor and a long sword stabbed to the ground. It was thick, and they both appeared to be three feet taller than him. Captain J is six and a half feet tall. As sweat dripped down the side of his brow, he notices that they both looked menacing.
He then lowered his head and noticed a red line, followed by obsidian bricks with letters and numbers attached to each obsidian brick. He noticed 1289 on one of the bricks, which was made up of other more random numbers, but that was what drew his attention the most.
He started walking, stepping on an obsidian brick and the red line. The ground he was standing on suddenly lit up brightly, causing his eyes to widen as he felt a sudden heat.
He immediately backed away, and two unknown swordsmen raised their heads, raising their swords from the ground with both hands. His eyes widened as he felt an overwhelming pressure and presence, as well as chills running down his spine.
This rendered him immobile and caused him to choke. He felt a heaviness in the air around him, prompting him to kneel. As the two unknown swordsmen finally raised their swords and vanished, he tries to stand. They both appeared in front of Captain J, holding their swords menacingly in their right hands. They all looked at him as he noticed Captain J coughing.
"What the hell is this feeling?!" he screams angrily as he tries to stand and reaches for his sword with his right hand to his left waist, but he can't. He can't move an inch and can't stand the overwhelming and lethal presence that he's feeling, but he manages to stop choking and slowly regain his breath. For a split second, he felt his heart stop and drop as he sensed their presence.
He slowly raised his head, his gaze drawn to the two unknown swordsmen's glowing and intimidating eyes. They both have red and blue eyes that glow menacingly as Captain J sees energy traveling towards them from the unknown energy that is circling behind their backs. As the undead approached him giggling, his eyes widened even more.
