An unknown dark swordsmen is walking in a dark dimension. The ground he was stepping on was dark fluid and it was the only light around. Above him and in his surroundings everything was pitch black.
He was wearing a mask and he have a number on the left side of the forehead of the mask. It was glowing brightly. His mask was a demon mask and colored bright blue. The number was pitch black and it's number 2. He looked menacingly while wearing a dark kimono on the insides and a dark coat on the outside. He has a sword in his left waist.
In his mask and around him there was a bright white light with dark energy flowing around him. In his mask there was a lot more and he showed a human eyes behind the mask. Suddenly, he vanished when he reaches the end of the dark dimension.
He appeared out of nowhere in a dark jail cell. In the ceiling was light and to his left were an unknown swordswoman inside a box jail. She was sitting and she looked very old and look like haven't eaten for a week. She look weak and pitiful. She was the only in the unknown place that was locked up.
The unknown dark swordsmen approached her menacingly. He slowly removed his mask with his right hand and smiled at her. She has both of her eyes opened as she stands and approached him while inside the dark jail.
"Y-you... Are the number 2! Tell me, what the hell brought you here? Don't tell me you're finally killing me! Hmnn, that's funny," she said in a old grunting voice as she sighs.
"You are about many years old in this cell. I brought you food every month and I'm very surprised you are still alive after seventy seven years. It still haven't been a month, it's has been only two weeks alone and suffering in this cell," the unknown dark swordsmen said in a calm voice as that made her giggled. She grunts as she sat down on the ground while looking at her.
"So, you thought I died, hmph. Don't you ever thought of that. Did you forget that you were loved?! Yet you forget your humanity and choose power over love! You killed your entire family cold blooded and you talked to me like nothing happened and calm! Tell me, what happened to you?! What happened! My daughter loved you to the bottom of her heart yet you killed her for what? Even your son!" She said furiously as she cries but there was no tears. She punched the bars with both of her hands as she grunts. She was malnourished and have a super weakened body and luck that she's still alive.
"I don't know what you're talking about, old woman. I didn't love anyone and I didn't got any love from anyone including my family. Who made you thought that I have love, my son and wife? Your daughter? Who are they?" He asked as that made her eyes widened. She looked at his eyes and sees that his mindset it already set and lock. She realized that there's no way of changing him now.
"That damn snake, he took over your head made you believe that your wife and son didn't love you... No, you're in the wrong path my boy! Just-- end this madness, come back to her... Try and remember her, please, for God sake!" She said in despair. She begged as she kneels in front of him.
"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't remember anyone loving me even your damn son. I only have one desire and love and it's power! Now, stay there and just die already so I don't have to listen to your damn pointless words!" He said furiously as he turn to his left and began to walk. He then vanished as soon as he enter the black cloud and the unknown old man kept shouting begging.
The unknown old woman was a past swordswoman. Except she doesn't hold a sword but a scythe. It was a double bladed scythe and she remained as a mystery of who she really is in the past.
On the other hand. It was morning and the sun was shining brightly at the blue sky. The wind was blowing gently and there was birds chirping in the sky. Frankyn and Locks were waking up in front of their round tables.
They both wake up at the same time and yawns and feels their eyes still heavy as usual they wake up. They stretches their arms and shoulders and neck as they got a glance of Yuri Rou reading a book. They sighs as they realized it was morning.
Frankyn stands and approached the window as he cleared his throat seeing the sun in the sky. He realized that it was morning. He took a relaxing deep breathe and turn around to see Locks still stretching his shoulders and seeing Yuri Rou reading a book. He sees that he's almost done reading it.
"Yuri, did you even sleep at all? You need to sleep you know that right?" Frankyn asked as he shake his head left and right and sighs. Yuri Rou ignored him as he kept reading the book.
"I'll get some coffee," Locks said as he left the room and leave them alone. He goes to get some coffee down the stairs as he heard loud chattering as soon as he walks out.
Yuri Rou inside the room closes the book and sighs. He stands and yawns and stretches his arms. He then looked at Frankyn as he cleared his throat.
"I finally got to read this book, Frankyn. The History Classified, I can't believe that book consist of past threats. I keep avoiding reading it and I can't believe that's my mistake," Yuri Rou stated as Frankyn approached him curious. He grabbed the book and opened it with both his hands.
"And? What did you find?" He asked as Frankyn opened the first page of the book and what he sees made his eyes widened. Yuri cleared his throat again as he turn around and approached a window while the wind started blowing at him.
"Secrets lies within. I guess you read that book and find it out for yourself, Frankyn," he answered as he nodded at him. He reaches the window and inhales the fresh air of the beautiful morning. Frankyn sits down in his chair and continued the reading the book his holding. He placed it on top of the round table as he started sweating.
After a couple of minutes. Locks came back holding three cups of coffee with his hands. He manages to opened the door despite the struggle of holding the cups. He approached the round table and put the thee cups of coffee before giving it to Yuri and Frankyn.
The three of them drink the coffee at the same time. They both felt relief as Locks approached a bookshelf to his left and grabbed paperworks that needed to be signed. He grabbed stacks of stacks of paper that have written and he approached back the round table and he put all of it that he grabbed. He also grabbed a pen and started signing the papers. While Frankyn and Yuri Rou took their time.
Suddenly, they heard a soldier running towards the front door outside. That caught their attention to looked at the door seeing it open. A soldier slammed into it and they see his catching his breathe and holding the letter. That made them stand at unease as the two body guards of the capital appeared behind the soldier who run straight through the door and looked at them.
Izagi appeared in the left side of the corner of the rook like a shadow stalker. He looked at the soldier who catches his breath and spoke. Izagi sees that theres guards next to the soldier holding spears and shields just in case if he's an enemy.
"Heads! A message from General McAvin! It's not specifically from him but it's from the soldiers. Lately hundreds of children's reached the front gate of our City with a few men from his army. They immediately left as soon as we got safety for those children's. They said he's fighting someone that is powerful and it's still holding him even today!" The soldier said as that made all of their eyes widened. He approached Yuri Rou in the distance and handed over the letter. He bowed and left the room and closes the door behind him.
Izagi on the other side approached Yuri Rou who unrolled the letter and started reading it. He heard what the soldier said but he read it anyways in case he missed a small detail. Frankyn and Locks waited for him to say anything as they both kept drinking their coffee unease.
"Yuri Rou, is there words there saying the reinforcements have arrived by any chance? Because I heard rumors down stairs that a team of swordsman's from the Senzi Clan is lost in the middle of woods... I hope it's not what I think it is," Locks stated as that made all of them looked at him with their eyes widened in terror.
"General McAvin is in grave danger!" Izagi exclaimed as he took a deep breath unease. Yuri Rou was sat down to his chair same as Frankyn. They were already stress as Yuri Rou kept thinking.
"Frankyn, quickly go to the messenger birds place and deploy a path bird to where that team is and make sure they got there to where General McAvin is and Hikarin Gakure, or else they get wipe out," Yuri Rou stated as Frankyn immediately stands and nodded at him. He immediately left the room running. Izagi was furious as he remember that Frankyn gave them a map and still got lost in the woods. He started to think that something have happened as suddenly he smelled blood in the air near.
