Chapter 36 Terror
A entire night has passed. The sun is rising from where Hikarin Gakure and General McAvin were. They were both seriously wounded and kneeling on the ground, but the two swordsmen of Hikarin Gakure behind him were far worse.
They were laying on the ground, blood streaming from their wounds. General McAvin's army promptly approaches them and treats them. They check to see if they're okay and stop the bleeding from their wounds.
While Harishima is off in the distance, their enemy. There were at least twelve of him standing menacingly and giggling. Hikarin Gakure was kneeling, recovering his breath, his sword stabbed to the ground in front of him.
General McAvin was kneeling, his sword snapped in half, but he could still fight. He was attempting to regain his strength and stamina as he sighed and realized they were about to be wiped out.
"No... The two of them are unconscious... Maybe he sensed something strange to him that he already targeted him and her. She already lost all of her chakras in just a few hours. In my information, she had so much reserve but now it got drained, how the hell is he duplicating? How can we beat him? This is bad, this is really bad," Hikarin Gakure thought as he coughed up blood.
His own blood began to trickle from the left side of his mouth. He almost let go of his sword, but he gripped it menacingly with his right hand as blood dripped down the side of his brow. His right eye got turned red. He stands as General McAvin approaches and lends him a hand.
"General McAvin of the City of Woods! And Hikarin Gakure of the Last! I'd like to say that it's a shame that you both will die today, on a beautiful morning! In a beautiful sunrise in this damn region!" Harishima said furiously. Suddenly, the other nine Harishima in the distance vanished and only a single him appeared.
They can both see him absorb his other self and take a long soothing breath. He smiled menacingly at them both as his mask glowed even brighter. They could see his darkening eyes as Hikarin Gakure flew without thinking.
He used only his right hand to swing his sword in front of him. As soon as he reached Harishima, he swung it down. With considerable power, he collided the blade of his sword with his blade. Harishima was taken aback by the impact, as he only had his right hand clutching his sword.
"Impressive! I dislocated your left arm and you're still this strong? That's the spirit you're so admiring, Hikarin Gakure!" Harishima said, raising his left foot and kicking him in the chin.
That causes him to black out and almost drops his blade, but he manages to keep his grasp on his sword and maintains his desire to fight. He then kicked him in the gut, sending him flying into the distance towards General McAvin. He rolled to the ground as General McAvin caught him and attempted to reduce the fresh injuries he would be receiving.
"Hikarin!" General McAvin exclaimed as he dropped his sword to his right, catching Hikarin with both hands and laying him down on the ground. He then grabbed his sword with his right hand and looked towards the distance, where Harishima was.
His eyes startled when he noticed Harishima had entirely vanished. As he felt the wind blow, he turned to his right and saw no one. He then turns to his left, where he notices Harishima's foot poised to land on his face.
He was also kicked in the chin, forcing him to pass out. His kick contained a strong force that caused him to black out and lose consciousness totally. He suddenly dropped his sword, and blood trickled from the side of his mouth as he got lakd down with Hikarin.
"You are helpless... Both helpless, no wait, hold on, I think four of you are helpless considering half of your army, General McAvin," Harishima says quietly while smiling like a maniac. He curled his scythe chain around his waist, sighs, and puts his scythe behind his back.
Suddenly, a sword swipe from the left drew his attention. As a result, he noticed Hikarin Gakure's blade about to sever his mask. He took a step back and looked back to find Hikarin Gakure kneeling with his sword in his right hand, utterly unconscious. He then slashed the blade of his sword against the ground, blood dripping from the side of his mouth, and Harishima looked confused.
"Did he just swing his sword while unconscious? Am I seeing things? And first and foremost, how is he kneeling? This general laid him down," Harishima wondered as he turned to the left to face Hikarin, who was kneeling on the ground.
Suddenly, he notices half of the blade of Hikarin Gakure's sword broken like glass. As he reaches for his mask, his eyes widened. He grabbed it in his right palm and noticed a slash in his number. As he wears it back and approaches him, his eyes widen even more.
He kicked General McAvin's body far away to make room for him to move. He rolled to the ground and was quickly carried to the group of troops who were also treating the other swordsman and swordswoman.
He arrives to Hikarin Gakure. He was about to kneel on the ground in front of him when he abruptly raised his sword with his right hand while unconscious and swung it faster than Harishima could see. As soon as he saw his sword rise, he backed away as his arm was severed and falling to the ground to his right.
It disintegrated and a new arm grew in his right. He sighs, his eyes widening at Hikarin. He opened his eyes, but he was fully unconscious. His eyes were white, indicating that he was unconscious, and blood flowed from the side of his mouth, indicating that he was attempting to regain consciousness.
"Interesting," Harishima muttered as he stood up and removed the chain around his left waist. He then threw his chain in the direction of Hikarin Gakure, almost enveloping him. He was going to be shackled by the chains when they sliced into innumerable pieces at lightning speed.
He saw white light as Harishima was shocked and his chains fell to the ground. His eyes widened as he saw his dark chains slashed into innumerable pieces. He cleared his throat as he unhooked the chain from his chain's grip.
"H-He cut the pure iron darkening chains within seconds without me noticing it?! With that sword of his? Impossible! The chains are now unusable," Harishima pondered as he was about to take another step when he noticed someone to his left. That drew his attention to a swordsman who was ready to swing his blade toward his neck. He didn't notice his presence and reached for his scythe with his right hand behind his back.
"Where the hell did this guy come from?!" he said as he swung his scythe upward toward his sword. Their blades met violently as Harishima was forced sliding into the ground and was slashed from behind.
He grunted when he was kicked from behind with such power that his eyes widened. He was flung into the forest and smacked against a massive tree, groaning. He was sitting when he stood up and looked around.
In the distance, he notices nine unknown swordsmen standing menacingly holding their swords. He understood they were reinforcements when they saw Hikarin Gakure being taken by two unknowns who appeared out of nowhere.
"Where the hell did they come from?! They have no presence!" Harishima raged as a sickle formed in his left hand. He emerges from the shadows of the woodland and stands menacingly from a distance.
When the nine of them arrived, they heard General McAvin coughing, which caused a few of them to look up and see him stir up and stand. However, the few soldiers who were treating him forced him to lie down since they were sewing up his wounds.
"Sorry for the delay, General McAvin! We got lost in the woods on our way here. We are reinforcements from the City of Woods, the Senzi Clan, orders from the heads that we should assist you, good thing we arrived in time," an unknown swordsman smiled. He held his sword in his right hand, while the other six swordsmen stood behind him. The two were on their way to the army doctors, and the single swordsman who spoke was in front, peering at the enemy in the distance.
"All of you freaking took your time! We almost died!" exclaimed General McAvin as the soldiers around him assisted him in standing. He then witnessed a bird land on the right top shoulder of the unknown Senzi Clan swordsman.
"I'm Narishi Senzi, call me Chigau, the Captain of this Senzi Clan group, and it's an honor to meet you, General McAvin. Who are we fighting here anyway?" he inquired, sighing and smiling. He gets energized as General McAvin notices he is without his sword. A Senzi Clan swordsman approached him on his left and handed over his snapped blade. He sighs and turns to look to his right.
"A great enemy, you might wanna take things seriously from here. Our enemy is no joke, we've been fighting him since last night. His name is Harishima and the seventh of the Darkening of the Seventh Dimension. He can make powerful clones," General McAvin replied, exhausted and wanting to sleep and sat on the ground but unable to.
The unknown swordsmen's eyes widened in dread as they heard him respond. That caused them to clear their throats as they gripped their swords strongly in both hands and glanced at Harishima in the distance, who stroked his weapons menacingly.Download Novelah App
