/ LIYANA'S POV
"What happened? Why did we all end up at the same place?" Snow asked frowning.
"Then we can conclude that the annex changes but also depends to where it will bring any one who enters it. It could bring you to another place but could also bring you to the same place." I said.
Snow nodded. "Okay that pretty well sums up everything but first, where are we?"
I looked around and I immediately felt a sense of familiarity in me. Have I been here before?
Different trees surrounded us and every flower around are blooming. Wow, this is the greenest forest-liked place that I ever saw.
"Is this a forest?" Snow ask but Stupid said otherwise.
"Nope. It looks like a forest but it isn't. There are houses in that direction," he said pointing at the east.
"Should we go take a walk or we go back?" Ask Snow. I shrugged since I am feeling a bit different because the place is overwhelming me which making me uneasy so Stupid spoke when he saw I am just looking at the surrounding.
"Let's get back for now. It's getting dark and we don't know what's in here," he said.
"Okay let's get back then. Come on Liyana," Snow said taking me with her as we enter the portal that Stupid created.
And before we disappear, I glance at the place once more making sure to paint it on my head. I shall return here.
"Woah it's only one day but it felt like one week," Snow muttered. "Goodness I am so tired." She added groaning as she stretch her body at the bed.
I chuckled. "Right. There's so much happening in one day that my mind is all over the place."
After getting back here at Rivendell, we ate dinner and came straight to take a rest after Stupid walk us to our room.
Snow who is just across my bed is already yawning.
"I don't know about you but I am sleeping now. We will talk about that again tomorrow, mkay?" Snow said in a sleepy voice.
I nodded even if she can't see me.
"Okay." I said and glance at her but she is already snoring cutely beneath her blanket.
"She's really tired." I mumbled.
I sighed focusing my eyes at the ceiling. I can feel the tiredness all over me but I am not sleepy at all.
That's when I decided to go back at the annex. I wanted to go back at that place to confirm something. I swear I just had a quick flashback of me around that place. I can't be wrong.
Slowly, I went out of our room avoiding not to create sound as much as possible. If Snow happens to wake up, she'll surely come with me.
"Here we go.." I mumbled touching the wall as it transformed into a door.
Before entering, I look at my back to see if no one saw me here but I jumped in shock when I saw Stupid's face behind me.
"Goodness you scared me!" I exclaimed clutching my chest out of shock.
"What are you doing here?" I asked while glaring at him. My soul left my body for a second there.
"I could ask you the same thing. What are you doing here?" He asked, his hands are crossed together beneath his chest while staring right into my eyes.
I cleared my throat. "I just wanted to confirm something. It's like I'm going to do something bad." I said but he is still staring at me.
I huffed in discomfort. "Will you stop staring at me with those eyes?" I said avoiding his stupid stare.
"Why? Are you--" and he stopped talking when we heard voices coming at our direction.
"Oh my god," I mumbled in panic and look at stupid. "What were gonna do?"
He look behind us and quickly touched the door behind me transforming it back to a wall and then he pulled me behind the nearest tree to hide.
Then a woman walked through the annex and entered. She's wearing a white and red skirt but I can't see her face as the dark prevents me to.
"Who's that?" I asked Stupid who is standing behind me.
"I don't know. She doesn't look familiar at all," he said and even if I can't see his face right now, I knew he's frowning.
Minutes later, Sir Miller followed with two guards with him.
"I was informed that some students entered here when they should not. Make sure to guard the annex. If you fail to do so, you'll be the one to be punished. Remember that," Sir Miller spoke with so much authority that even from where we are standing, I could feel the horror within the guards.
He gave out further instructions and after that, he left while the two guards stand by to guard the annex.
"What are we gonna do now?" I asked turning around to face Stupid but regretted it immediately as I came face to face with him.
"Can you move a little?" I said turning side ways avoiding his face. For heavens sake, I can feel his breathing fanning my face!
He quickly stepped backward realizing how close we are giving a little space between us . "I'm sorry," I heard him say after clearing his throat.
For a few minutes, we stayed silent. I don't know but the atmosphere suddenly became awkward. And I felt a little hot too. Did the weather changed? It's warm earlier though.
"We have no other choice but to teleport away from here. They could see us if we walk," I heard him say after a long minute of silence but I can still hear his rapid breathing.
"Okay.." I said and off we left unnoticed by the guards.
It's getting hot in here and I don't like it.
