I started to cry without voice and I walk away ..I had little money in my pocket and I stopped one taxi.i wanna just to dissappear from that place. I feeled betrayed from kime and from every one there.i wanna to be alone .I told to the driver to stop I was already in middle of the city and I saw one small cigarette store opened that time ..I enter inside I bought two bottle of cognac SKANDERBEG THREE STAR and two pack of cigarettes..when I get out the cold wind touch my nose.i just keep walking and I saw one beggar in one side of the road covering him self with a dirty carton box ..his foot was outside and around him some plastic garbage. I stop and I decided to sit near to him ..while I was thinking deeply for the day already left I heard HEY THIS ITS MY PLACE .GO AWAY NOW
I smiled and I saw the men serious talking..I told him I have alcohol let drink together. and I shared the cigarettes with him .he was 28 years old and homeless. but he's having two children in another country he's wife left him after took the money and the house. she left for his boss.i feel pity for him ..and I was only listening to him.one moment I heard him say HEY BOY DO YOU HAVE A NAME..? I lost for few seconds after I answered back YEAH IM LILI
we drink and spend all the night talking when the morning come out..and I feeled so tired .I told him I needed sleep and he gave me his carton box and covered me.i fall asleep till the afternoon come ..I wake up bcs he punch me in the feet and offered some food ..he was handling some burgers warm ..I look at him different and I ask if he steal the burger but he smiled and told me he was always begging near the church and the people give him enough money today and he wanted to eat with me.while we was eating I was thinking maybe he can teach me some things about he's life ..he was really poor but was free and no one can betrayed him ..he can sleep hungry but he was free.he smiled and told me just to go in my house and with my parents..I just told him I'm from orphanage home..I have no one..he cried a bit and he just told me to stay together till I find better..I live 1 week with him and I shared his big carton box to cover in the nights ..when one night when the snow started my wounded feet start to have severe pain..I was talking in my sleep when he wake up me..few seconds after we saw a group of people punching each other in other side of the road...and after few punches two sounds of the gun ..one body of man fall down the others dissappear in seconds..MILI (name of the beggar)become scared and he pull me to run away from there..I told him NO .COME WITH ME AND HELP ME TO SEE IF THE MAN ITS DEAD OR NOT.
we run into other side of the road and we saw the man was shot 2 times in his body ..but he spoke only TELL KIME ..TELL ..HELP
I become shocked one moment my brain stop and I told Mili let hide the person first and we pulled him in one place and we cover with some old clothes ..
I checked my pocket and I found my last coins..enough for traveling till the offices..but not for enver clinic..I stepped one moment and I told mili what he will do..I told him about how kime looks and where to find it .I told him to bring kime here Tonight..and I stopped one taxi..I instructed also the driver to be back again with them here and kime will pay the trip if needed more money. it needed almost 35minutes to get in the location and for coming back ..in total 70minutes.i decided to check the man shot by the gun I approach to the place we hide him..he was moaning from the pain..he ask me for something to drink I run and I took the only half bottle left from previous night and I put in his mouth..after he turn on first time ..he said thanks..I ask him if was the same person..I ask him to describe it..with much pain in his eyes and long pauses I understood was the same man ..I told him no worries you are safe now and I go from there ..while I was alone in the darkness I was thinking what I will do now if KIME come here ..I told to MILI to not explain nothing to KIME but to bring him alone..after few minutes I saw one silhouette of taxi and the taxi approaching..I didn't move I wanna to be sure they was coming..after the driver stop I saw MILI going down first after Kime ..I let taxi to go and I run versus them with a piece of wood in my hand ..I punched very hard kime at his legs and he fall down .I removed my knife from my belt and I put my knife near his mouth ..he pushed me hard and stand up removed he's gun and saw me...
all this moment Mili was speechless and stock there in his knees..
I removed the cover from my head and In the darkness I shout: A MAN IF PULLING OVER HIS GUN GOING TO SHOT ..IF ITS A MAN ..IF NOT A MAN SEND IT BACK AND RUN FROM HERE..
KIME freeze bend in his knees and start to cry I approach to him and we hugged for a minute.
Mili heart become soft ..he start to move and come a bit near.he saw us and wanted to go away..I just told him we will go together in few minutes..I didn't said any words to KIME I just send him in the guy who suffering from the shots..I asked and I learned he was one of our group guy ..I told Kime please take good care of him ..and I left .
KIME turn back and ask me where I'm going..he said WE BOTH NEED YOU
I didn't answer I just keep walking Mili followed me ..we changed our place of staying and we didn't spoke each other till next morning..
before Mili going for his routine day to beg I stop him and I explained few things about the connection between kime and me..I no wanna for mili to feel afraid from me or to think bad..he just smiled and hug me..he told me will be back later and left me there.i decided to collect my power and this day ...and I promise my self will be my last day doing nothing and I will start tomorrow to work on my new life I had like Mili doing..and like that in evening mili come with fried chicken and some bread also having a bottle of ordinary cognac..I was happy we are going to have fried chicken..when we was eating Mili show in front of my face 2 bundle of big notes ..like we are using in our office I stop chowing..and my mouth stand open..I stand up and I shake his arms.
