“There isn't any way mom. Just help me to wake her up but be careful not to hurt her. Kuya Axiel will be mad at us, okay.” Joanine answered and suggest. Even she is a doctor, she can't just do some measures that will be a risk to her nor not recommended to do. Her license was be in line too.
They try hard just to wake her up and they do it. They succeed but not so good as they expected. Lyn open her eyes that is full of tears. She breathe rapidly out of her lungs with the wet clothes of her. Bedsheets, blanket and the pillow are wet too because of her mixed tears and sweat.
Lyn is like a newly born chick away from its mother. A poor one. Lyn stare blankly at the front when Joanine help her to sit and lean her back at the headboard of the bed. Shockness and fear is written on her face.
“Are you okay ate Lyn? Are you hurt? Is there any part of your body hurts? Do you need water?” Joanine ask with a calm and sweet voice but hiding her fear and panic. It will worsen the situation if the patient see someone having panic or something.
“Loraine” a single word come out to her small mouth. Her voice is very rapsy that her throat is very dry.
“Fernando, honey, get her some water please.” Kyla tell to his husband, that he do right away.
“Baby, are you okay?” Axiel sit beside her and hold her hands before hugging her.
“Here is the water. Make her drink first.” Fernando gave the cup of water to Axiel, for him to let Lyn slowly drink it.
“Owww..... drink some water baby. You need it.” Axiel carefully take the cup to her lips. Lyn stare at him when the glass touch her lips. Weighing if he know him. Without a word, she drunk the water. Gulping it all down in one shot. She's indeed thirsty.
The room filled with silence, all eyes and ears are open and alert waiting for Lyn to say or do something. They are aware for some bad result of waking her up. It is good if she talk as soon as possible that having this silent treatment. It gives them no clue of what she is thinking.
“Babe...... Axiel” another two words has been said. She gaze at Axiel and lift her hands to touch his face. Feeling his smooth skin. Axiel take that opportunity to wipe her tears.
“Yes its me baby. Your little boyfriend before and you're my little girlfriend.” Axiel talk to her with a soft voice to lullaby her. Axiel got a hint on what is going on by those two words she just said. He just need to confirm it.
“Kuya Axiel, she need to rest for now. Did she have a favorite stuff toy here? She need some beside her for a good sleep.” Joanne prescribe and ask as well. Lyn must go back to sleep after the long journey of her nightmare to get some energy for the next day.
“She have a lot of human size teddy bear here the room beside this room but she love the panda one the most. It is also in the next room. You can get it, please.” Axiel respond to his sister. Joanine is right, Lyn need rest for now. Maybe they will just ask it later. When she wake up again tomorrow.
“I will get it kuya.” Naomi suggests and leave the room.
“Get her for a while kuya. I just going to change the sheets. Its all wet.” Joanine is concern that Lyn will get sick if she sleeps again on the wet bedsheets.
“I will just change her clothes too son. You and your father must go out first.” Kyla helps too.
The two agreed and go out. Lyn is out of danger now so no need to worry.
“Is she always having nightmare?” Fernando ask when they walk out the room. He is also concern about Lyn. She will be her daughter-in-law soon.
Axiel answered respectfully, “No. Just this one.”
“You must bring her to doctors for a check-up. We need to know what is the reason why she is like that. It is okay to be early than to be the late son.” Fernando recommend to his son.
‘Yes, they need to know the reason.’
‘Lyn need to be checked by a doctor.’
‘It will be good to her.’
“Why are you here kuya and dad?” Naomi ask when she came out in the next door. She is carrying the human size panda for Lyn.
Axiel respond in a bord tone, “They are changing her clothes and the sheets.”
“My kuya cried hahahahaha. A cold person cry this time. A good achievement kuya. I'm proud of you." Naomi tease him. She want to make fun of him now that Lyn make her a soft person. This kj member of the family must be bully sometimes to tease him.
“Stop it Naomi. Your annoying.” he roll his eyes to her. He's pissed off by this little sister of him. He want to hit her hard. As if could if his father sis here. Naomi is lucky write now. He need to control himself on hurting this little creature. If not she is crying right now.
“Tsk. Your always the same kuya. KJ” she fight back setting aside that their father is with them.
“Stop you two. Can you? You're not a child anymore, okay. Behave yourself” Fernando scold them. Naomi pull out her tongue and make a crazy facial expression to tease Axiel more.
“I said stop. Naomi your grounded for one week. No car and credit card for one week. Behave yourself or I will take back your apartment too. And you Axiel.....”
“And me dad?” Axiel smirk while his attention is in Naomi whose stamping her foot in the floor while pouting. He know how to take back his father's punishment to him but cutting him while talking.
“Uhmmmm nothing. Forget it.” Fernando didn't continue punishing him. His only son know him so well. He tricked him.
“But. Why he didn't have punishment. Your unfair dad.” Naomi uproar. His father is unfair. He's on Axiel's side always.
‘So you leave mo no choice dad.’ she want to laugh on what he thought. It is pay back time. She get in, in the room where her mother was in.
“Mom, dad bullied me.” she complain on her mother with a teary eyes.
“Why dear?” Kyla ask her daughter. She didn't want her be bullied by her husband. She knew that Fernando favor Axiel the most so she need to take the side of her daughters. Protecting them.
“Dad punished me but he didn't punished Axiel. It's unfair mom.” Naomi explain. If her father is with Axiel, they have their mom too. Fernando is under to his wife anyway.
“Okay dear. Mom will solved it for you. Mom is in your side dear.” Kyla ease her feelings. A mama's daughter.
“I love you mom.” she happily hug her mom. Naomi finally have what she planned to revenge on her dad. Now, she win and her father will face her mums anger later hahaha.
“Are you done mom?” Axiel ask from outside. He really can't wait. Impatient man as always.
“Done son. You can come in now.” She replied. Lyn is now wearing a pink cotton sleep wear. Laying on the new bedsheets and tuck in on new blanket. Sleeping soundly. Peacefully resting like nothing happened.
“Is everything alright sis?” once and for all, he respect his sisters. Ask them without using his cold voice but a worried one. It feels better than his cold aura around him. They thought. Even his parents can't control him sometimes.
“Yeah. Your lovey doves is fine. No need to worry. Sleep beside her to watch her but be alert when she woke up again. Just call me if something bad happened. Good night kuya.” Joanine explains. She feels sleepy and need to go back to sleep.
“Okay. Thank you sis and all of you guys. Let's go back to sleep. I will just call you again if she woke up again.” Axiel feels tired too. He want to sleep beside his baby and hug her forever.
“Everything will be fine son. Just be with her. Good night.” his family leave the room and close the door slowly. So much comfort was with him tonight and he feels the love of his family to him and Lyn. He doesn't need anything, just his girl and family. It's perfect planned for him. He's so lucky among anyone.
Everything was so perfect and on line. Being granted on their wishes was incredible. No one expect that Axiel, a non-perfect guy has a lot of angels around him. Willing to sacrifice their life for him. Just make him a better and deserving person. World can change by a good changer around.
He lay and hug her. Forgetting what just happened and think positively for the good. Setting aside the bad one's and give the positive come in.
Morning came in a sunny weather. The sun light pass through the window that hits Lyn's face. Waking her up. Her body feels bad. She's feeling little dizzy. She can tell that ‘her memory is back’. She finally remember everything she lose. She finally find her whole. The part of her that doesn't complete her before but now she find it.
Tears start flowing to her eyes. Curling her body and silently sob. Regretting to forget this guy beside her. Her little boyfriend before that loves her until now. She's sad and guilty but what she can do? It's nothing. She didn't want to have that accident too but it happen to her. Its her faith and no one could stop it.
“Good morning baby.” Axiel greet her and hug her tightly. His voice is drowsy telling that he didn't have a good sleep.
‘Its her fault.’
‘She cause him a lot.’
‘She didn't deserve him.’
“Hey, why are you crying baby? Are you hurt? Are you not feeling well?” Axiel panic seeing her crying. It traumatized him. He sat at the bed to wipe her tears.
“Shhhhhhh..... Its okay baby. Everything will gonna be alright.” he comfort her. Saying those words relieve her a little. How thoughtful he is to her.
“Sorry” Lyn apologize for everything. She cause him a lot of trouble.
“Shhhhhh.... no need to say sorry baby. I know you doesn't like it too. Stop thinking those nonsense regret of yours. The important is you in me now. That's all I want and wish for.” he said meticulously. Stop her for think too hard. It is not good at her mentally and emotionally.
Lyn face him and give him a tight hug. She want to assure him that he love him very much. More than herself.
“I love you baby” Lyn kiss him. She has the intention now. Letting herself do what it want, not to control herself to him. If Axiel ask her to marry him now, she will probably say ‘yes’ without thinking twice.
